Shorted me by HALF. I purchased a half oz (14g) of the Donny Burger strain on 4/28 and everything seemed great. I stepped away to go to the ATM, and then I came back and paid the $145 for two half oz's with no issue. She handed me a brown paper bag with both half oz bags inside, and I left without checking.When I got home, I realized the Donny strain bag looked surprisingly empty when sat next to the Mochi Gelato bag (also a half oz). I thought maybe it was a lot denser than the Mochi strain, so I weighed it was 7g instead of 14. The other half oz was correct.I tried calling all week since but the phone number is dead, so there was NO way to speak with anyone.I understand being off by 1 or 2g because the female budtenders were all openly smoking behind the counter, but HALF? Insane. She even wrote 14g on the bag, so I don't see how this was an accident.Don't bother with this place unless you want to give them 50% extra money for them to short you and be sort of rude the whole time.

This place is hands down the best one in that area. To others who complain saying that they're not coming back over rudeness. Bye nobody cares... you are but a drop in an endless bucket of pot smokers

I’ve been going here for almost a year and a half now, I understand if folks having a rough day or just not in the mood. I also believe that attitudes should change when you work into your place of employment. I never felt so uncomfortable when I walk into this place until about a month ago now. No one greets you as you came into the business anymore, attitudes towards customers are very insane, and it’s like when you ask a question about the product it’s “BUY IT OR DONT!” That is not how you get sales off your products at all. Very disappointing! As I said I’ve been a customer for a year and a half and this is the most I’ve ever felt like an unwanted customer. I’m not sure if it’s new hires, but very very very poor attitudes. All in all they have very very very good product, deals and more! The newly updated space is very roomy and comfortable.

I'd recommend finding another place. I paid $120 for 2 carts. Both were clogged and leaked within 2 days. And not just a little leak. Solid tube of rosin from the mouthpiece into the mouth. Tried to take em back so I could try a different kind. They said you're stuck with them. There is nothing we can do. Find another place. There are plenty of them in that area

The different flavors are worth the ride and prices are very decent but they don't have a strain of the day at a discount but it's 5 🌟 patient workers and all are Pretty.

Deleted my review from 9 months ago to write a new one- This used to be our favorite place, but after they hired all those females , it went down hill & im glad other people are noticing it to - we felt very uncomfortable coming in, literally everyday- the workers have nothing but stank looks & attitudes it’s crazy. We stopped coming here for that reason & now go to the cat rez , where we don’t get rushed , or feel like we’re not welcomed . Someone needs to get them to not act like that bc you’re loosing & will continue to lose customers- if you say you don’t care now , bet it’ll have a bigger impact in the future

The layout is amazing as well as the concept . The budtenders are cute . I brought two other friends all of our orders were wrong they were also smoking weed on the floor .....I should bring my own scale next time

OH YEAH! "Off the beaten path," per se —i had "↑-↑!G|–| H∅P€§" (heh heh, see what i did there?!) — for this location... And I wasnt far off !10% discount gift me my least costly screw on cartridge, and it even came in a fun container. I thought the girls here were pleasant kind and knowledgeable, I don't see how anyone else's time could have gone THAT differently (at least not without considering the possibility, that said individual may have been the actual problem, yeah?)I just came back on Google, to post for this establishment; apparently I already have! The young lady that was assisting me today, was very patient, kind. She didn't find my range of products despite the amounts of what I bought and what I paid. I have to say I think this is the best dispensary in the area, unless I make a reservation, because it, as far as I know, has the cheapest cost cost in products, a huge variety of products (ex. Actual hemp flower, disposable devices, disposable screw on cartridges, papers wraps pre-rolls, live resin)Small FYI: THIS IS A CASH-ONLY BUSINESS, however, there is an 🏧, which is located (at what's most likely linked to, as a brother or sister dispensary (however, since I will not post anything intentionally without the proof to say with 100%, so I won't) still, regardless they share a hallway with a covered roof if you do need to use said ATM for a cash interaction)Oh yeah, #SUPPORTSMALLBUSINESSES@HOLLYWEED

Hollyweed has a big selection from 30 a oz to 680(top shelf and it is actually top shelf)... I love the pricing posted right on each jar. Cut that in half, and you have Half n O prices...10.00 gram concentrate.I go next door for vapesThe time I go is 1 hour after they open during the week. I get good service, and the workers aren't over opening and closing 2000 jars that day...Today, the girl who helped me was great...Tip your BudTenders...If you're going to a legal shop setup for mass sales... You should watch a video on how to use whatever...BUT always Ask if they have a Budtender that is into all the teaching how.There are levels to Budtending, and some only know grams and might learn more...

Got my pens here for a long time. Spent lots of money there. I asked for a round pen not flat. I was told it was round but when I opened it, it was flat style. The flat style shoots wax into your mouth. They wouldn’t let me return it, and then accused me of trying to say they were fake. They were telling me that the flat style pack man is exactly the same as the much thinner and rounded style. They were always great with me, but this time they lost my business for good.

Was spending $200+ a week at this place including edibles. I bought a 1000mg chocolate bar that was severely underdose. When I brought it up to the female worker (looks like woah Vicki) she immediately got an attitude and got defensive. You can tell I'm not the first person to bring this up. I walked out as she was packaging up the rest of my order. Nobody should treat their customers as poorly as this place does. Just read the other reviews

Go here for flower.The last few negative reviews seem to have been talking about the sales staff and extract selections but we went here today and yeah, some of the sales crew may not know much about the products and individual strains but the prices are outstanding and there is a GREAT variety of flower at all price points.If you want a guided tour through the magical world of marijuana or want a huge selections of extracts this probably isn't your place -- but their variety in flower is superb.

First time we came, products were decent priced and nice and ppl were friendly. Not this past time. Whatever blonde u have working there is rude and had attitude with my bf and is lucky he told me when we were halfway home. Needless to say we won’t be back. We pay good money and to be treated like we annoyed her and wouldn’t give him time to shop is ridiculous! So we will find somewhere else. Not wasting our time again.

Went to this dispensary for selection and variety. We were not disappointed. There were about 200 strains. A large selection of edibles,dabs, and pre rolled. And quite a selection of paraphernalia. This was worth the trip.
