I love this place! Clean, smells good, and the staff is super helpful! They're knowledgeable, and very patient, not to mention sympathetic. When our breaded dragon died we couldn't ask for more understanding young men. Also they offer price match, and even showed me the app to download to check prices elsewhere 👏👍👍 would definitely recommend

Ever since this location got a new manager and staff, everything about the store is horrible. When Randy and Erin where working in the store, service was great. They were very knowledgeable and would be able to help you with anything you needed. I used to purchase fish from this store all the time. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and had all of the fish tanks looking pristine. I went to get minors today and all of the tanks had a disgusting algae build up as if they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. There were also dead fish in every tank. When the new manager bagged my fish, it was as if it was his first time. I literally hand to untie the bag and redo it. I hope that the necessary people read this review and do something about this. It’s completely unacceptable.

Fish department sucks!!Always lacking knowledgeable staff.Tanks often are under quarantine.Fish are often sickly and/or they die within days of purchase.Rest of the store appears decent and well kept.Staff is generally helpful and friendly.

Why are the young people not happy at there jobs? A smiling face a good attitude will make people come. When you go to a place and you feel like your bothering people and this is there job that is not good at all. They need to understand if people don't shop stores close and online shopping increases. A leadership conference is what they need I can help.

The Manager at this location was very helpful. He helped me shop for my 9 week old kitten and even gave me first time pet owner tips. The store even carries all natural foods and other options. They also groom pets at this location FYI I havent tried that yet.

12/17 UPDATE: New management and staff. Alot has changed. Register-girls are extra friendly and "dedicated", seems as tho anyone can pick one (or more) of them up, along with some food for their other animals.Convenient location. (real) Helpful staff. Good variety.

The store is nice snd organized but the service is awful! The workers are always on their cell phones or goofing off. They talk about personal information while ringing up customers and have too many people sitting around that don't work there. I'll be going to another location. It takes me 45mins driving to get here, not worth it with such horrible service.

This is my favorite pet store! Wonderful prices for dog food. A young lady name Shadia helped me out one day.. she helped me find a good brand for my dog. The brand I’m using now is Redford Natural ! MY DOG LOVES IT ! Every time I go to the store and I see the young lady I just thank her so much ! She’s so sweet and knows her stuff. Also Erin , Nia and Michelle are very lovely workers ! I will want to see this store STAY OPEN !

In the past I had problems with the to young of an employees with no personality .but now better.the staff is helpful on the floor n informitive.do u get all of your pet needs here no.plus I like a lot of bling for my pets n clothing choices n they dont have that.but I take it like a round the way grocery store, for the pets. This store is in inwood.in the same place as shop n stop.

Always buy my pet supplies here. But the big draw besides the low prices is the doggie wash. I bring my Porkie here and have a 5 wash $25.00 self wash plan. Towels, shampoo and drier all included. What a price. "Is someone going to get fired for that price?

Fully stocked, I had more choices to choose from of the dog food brand I use and more options for treats than where I normally go. Which is Petland , which is going out of business so I will be shopping here now.

Employees & manager are always attentive in addition to the store always being clean. Only issue with ALL pet supplies is the food that's on sale either is expired or about to so just beware
