I can't really say much. We were all just picking up some snakes for the movies. But for some reason they didn't have any change. Or something was wrong with a card reader? Whatever it was? It didn't have much to do with us. Got what we got and got going.

It look like the store is about to close or the owner just don't care, because every day its a new problem. Today sign saidPAY WITH EXACT CHANGE OR USE CREDIT CARD. MOST TIME NO AC, OTHER TIMES SHELVES ARE EMPTY.But one good thing is the staffs are always friendly.

The employees are wonderful. They are five star young people. The young man showed me how to download the app to save money.! However, the manager, on duty this morning, Saturday, 10. 27.18 is a different story. When my lovely Cashier asked him for help with a price check, he stated in a loud voice, "I can't be bothered with smart clip coupons". 😑 Being a marketing professional, I can tell you Managers don't speak like that in front of your customers, not if you value our business; our dollars. I deleted the Family Dollar app, I won't be back to this store. *Sheridan Avenue* Who needs a Manager with an 'I'd rather be home' mentality?

This Store is OverCrowded with Merchandise, the Customer service is poor and the wait time on line to pay for items is way too long. Save the trouble and drive to Target

I love this store, lost my wallet with everything in it. They found it, I called and picked it up, so thankful. Plus it's a nice store with amazing customer service

Staff is too good. The prices are good. Saturday $5.00 deal is good thogh i never used it but it should carry on everyweek. I couldnot found i ecream since last 2 visits. I hope to get it next time.

If it's winter time, wear a heavy coat so you will be warm while shopping. The heat is usually not working. If it's summer, being water because you will die of dehydration waiting to pay for your stuff. The air conditioner is usually broken. It's horrible that people have to shop like that and even worse for people to have to work in those conditions.

Ah it’s okay. The stuff is, now if you want the cashier to give you incorrect change and lie to your face about how much change you give then this would be your store.
