Front register, Spanish girl a customer service rep , cashier ( times of 2:50 and 3:22 ) pm . She doesn’t know how to talk , and doesn’t know store policy .was super rude and implied I was rude because she kept repeating herself to me pertaining to refund very vaguely , she could had explained the store policy nicely and respectfully instead of repeating herself on refund . She did not explain they do not do exchanges or she is not able to she expected me to already know . That is super unprofessional it’s your job to explain professionally the store policy and how the process works .. that’s just common sense , Manager Avita was able to explain store policy professionally.Door also did not open all the way as it should and door was not properly working which hurt me as I was walking out .This is place is trash . And the items on shelves for make up are super dusty .

Today, my elderly parents experienced the most disgusting and rudest pharmacist ever. The man "shhh next" after my elderly parents wanted to ask a question about some medications that they were confused about. Everyone witnessed this nasty individual, if you state that you work for free infront of customers you should get yourself another job. Kicking customers out is extremely uncalled for. I would give it no stars if I could.

I went to CVS at 530 Burnside Ave and when I walked into the store I was greeted by a employee named Avita and she was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable she helped me locate the things I needed and I was out the door in no time it was a very great visit to the store and will return very soon

Horrible customer service in this place. Cashier, Maria, doesn't like to help customers and gives them attitude. Refuses to check customers out when they can't use the self checkout. Don't come here.

Came here for the covid vaccine. The process is fast and easy. The employees are very nice and helpful. There is plenty of parking. Be sure to get there 15 min before appointment. They will not let you in any earlier. I would recommend this place for Covid vaccination.

The pharmacy is open late but that’s just about the only thing good there. There are 1 or 2 friendly and helpful staff members in the pharmacy but they all work extremely slow there. There were times where I waited for close to an hour on multiple occasions. Also, a few times they didn’t have a specific antibiotic that we needed so we had to call the Dr. have a new prescription sent, so by the time they said they received it and had it filled will be a really really long wait time as well.

Long story short, they’re stealing medication!!!! Pharmacists are horrible. They don’t tell you about all your medications for pick up you have to ask. If you don’t know what your getting, you will not receive it. When you ask they say “ oh it cost $59 I didn’t think you wanted it. Not once , but on several occasions. I used them in emergency only. My aunt uses them all the time. They are horrible!!!!

Hi. I'm nine years old and I had to get a flu shot. I don't like shots. I was very scared. James Murphy, the pharmacist brought us in with a smile on his face. He gave all of my siblings shots. I was watching my siblings and I got very scared. I didn't want to go. Dr. James Murphy was very calm. The whole time I was crying. He was waiting even though there were other customers who were waiting 👍.

Waited on hold for the pharmacy for 10 minutes then gave up. Aside from that annoyance, nobody will respond to this review to address any issue either.This is being posted strictly to help other customers make an informed decision before using this location.

This store has gotten worse and worse. Drive thru for prescription pickup is no longer operational. Line in store for prescription pickup takes hours. Plus they close pharmacy at lunch time - why can't you stagger employee lunch hours. Store itself is always out of stock of many items. Staff try to be helpful - of you can get hold of them but they are pretty useless and don't know much.

Pharmacy never opens on time! Pharmacy staff always late opening but very fast to close at night time. Terrible customer service. Opening is 9am. It’s now 9:10!

I would love to give them a zero instead of one star. They’re constantly hanging up on you, they never answer their phone calls whether front store, even worse their pharmacy. They dont help at all. Zero effort in this store. On hold 40+ minutes. Complaints go to the manager and that doesn’t take care of things. We need our meds and they dont answer us for anything. Do better, or even better get rid of this allocation since they dont help anyway

After some difficulties with an online photo order, I was super pleased with the service I received from Maria earlier in the day. She apologized, and walked me through the process to rectify the problem. I returned later in the evening to pick up my photo and I was helped by Raywattie, who also provided friendly customer service. It's great to know that the team members understand the importance of great customer service! Kudos to the Team at Burnside, Inwood!

Do not come here if you need a prescription. This location is the worst. They move slow, when you ask questions no one knows the answer and they send you to three other people for the answer. They can’t find prescriptions sometimes. Overall have had more stress coming to this location then actually going to a real pharmacy. They also pick and choose when they work their driveway as well. Just really frustrating someone is always arguing and complaint here cause the staff isn’t good.

This pharmacy has a DRIVETHRU that is very, very slow .I went to pick up a prescription today, and it took me atleast 30 mins, and there were only two cars in front of me.And sometimes they have a very rude cashier.The problem was that they are accepting COVID19 test kits,and those take forever.They should not use the same cashier to processcovid19 test kits. I was very upset for waiting almost30 to pick up an rx that took only 3 minutes.12/31/21This pharmacy has a manager that is so rude.He signed me up for CarePass w/out telling be about.He did not disclose to me the fact that CarePass costs$5.00 a month. When I went home and look it up ongoogle, I realize that he had done it without my consent.They need good customer service at front. They are nottrained well.The girl did not know how to take a picture for apassport renewal. She called for backup and no onecame to the front, until I went to the pharmacy and requestedservice at front.I go to CVS with high expectations and they never fail todisappoint me.

Annie the cashier assumed I was using cash pressed the cash option without asking me., after numerous tries to correct the mistake that she made. I was unable to get my medication wish was badly needed . 😩 Now the system states I had purchase this particular medication 10 times , so now I have to wait 24 hours . I hope she didn't apply my $ $10.00 coupon.

I am impressed with this new store. When it used to be in the Shop and Shop supermarket plaza, it was a hell hole. I stopped using it because there were problems there:1. Personnel who didn't have customer service attitudes. They appeared to be not interested in answering a question, providing assistance or helping to select an item2. Parking was terrible3. Store was poorly laid out, dirty and disheveled4. Store and pharmacy hours sucked.NOW for the new store:1. NOTHING like the list above!!!!Very happy. Welcome to the neighborhood AGAIN!My family is back with CVS in Inwood once more. A great change in the community and a great place for the kind of trusted service CVS wants to impart to the community.

I had my 2nd shot (Moderna) today at CVS. I must admit I was a little anxious. I waited for 10 minutes, and everything went very smoothly. The administering of the shot was painless. Staff was friendly and professional. I didn't experience side effects from the first shot. Hopefully the 2nd shot will be the same. The only concern I had after receiving the vaccine, during the 15 minutes wait, no one checked on us to see if we had any adverse reactions.

The wait for a Covid test is astonishing. Even if you come early, be prepared to wait on the drive through line for at least an hour and 15 minutes.Whatever their process is, they need to revamp it ASAP. It should not take 25 mins for each car. How long does it take to print a script and put a vile in a bag? Unacceptable!

Very rare to have a good experience using the pharmacy. Receive a text that medication is ready, go there and medication is Not ready. Must wait for an hour or longer for medication. It's a Very Regular event!My boyfriend, who used to be a customer, has enough stories about his horrible experiences to write a short book!Now, he deals with a pharmacy in the next county. They are so much better. No more monthly nightmares dealing with CVS! --- CVS needs to get out of the pharmacy business, period! ---

I Hope you never need your meds urgently. You call and your on hold forever-1hr, and Just when you think your about to get thru, you get "DISCONNECTED" and have to start all over. Tried calling several different days, different hours, same thing. If they pick up for you, your lucky. Spent my whole lunch hour on hold and still no help... Had to hang up!

Literally the worst CVS pharmacy experience I’ve ever had every single time I go into this place. There are a multitude of shortcomings within the pharmacy department. As a former pharmacy Technician the experience here is absolutely horrendous there is no sign of patient care within this establishment.
