Rented Pontoon boat for a week. Boat was ready on time, very clean. Instructions on operating and maintaining craft very clear and precise. Needed service call..responded promptly. Would use them again and recommend them to others

Great experience renting snowmobiles. The machines worked perfectly over the 60+ miles we ran them. Late model equipment in perfect shape. More than enough trail power with the Polaris 550’s. Helmets were new and clean. The people there were easy to deal with and very helpful. Gave us good instructions on using the machines since we were not overly experienced with snowmobiles. Prices were the lowest we saw in the area and the equipment we reserved a few days before was there waiting on arrival. Trail maps were provided. Very helpful since the trails can get confusing quickly. Overall a great experience.

Rented a pontoon boat with my husband and dog for the day — easy to book (be sure to call well in advance), friendly staff, good prices, awesome day on the lake. Went all the way to Old Forge for lunch and saw a family of black bears playing along the shore. Definitely recommend and will rent again!

I have rented from Clark's (and only Clark's) for the last five years. Each year my family and I rent a pontoon boat for a week and have always been treated very well from the Clark's team! We ski, we tube, we fish and even just have a great time simply jumping off the boat in the middle of 4th lake. This year we had a bad week ... lots of rain ... it is the risk that you take ... Clark's can't guarantee the weather. When I brought the boat back and topped off the gas, the bill came to $40. The staff said, "you had a terrible week weather wise ... the $40 is on us." I did not expect that nor do I feel the Clark team needed to do that but I am very appreciative! It is not the money, it is the "going above and beyond" that I appreciate. Thank you Pete and the entire Clark's team for continuing to help us in creating great memories! We will see you next year for sure ...

Beware of unscrupulous business practices. The marina cancelled my snowmobile rental due to 'bad weather' - meanwhile the house I was staying at is next to the trail I wanted to ride, and I watched about 100 snowmobilers ride by. They will not issue a refund, only a rain check. Since the season is over, they want to keep my money for 9 months until I can use the rain check.UPDATE: Amex issued a refund after I disputed the charge. Seems as if this policy from 1999 should be updated.

We rented a ski boat 2 different days in July. We got 2 different ski boats and neither of them you could ski behind. Neither engine had enough power to pull up a 150 pound teen. The first boat stalled out in neutral so stalled about 25 times and when we brought it in the very rude mechanic said “deal with it”. The second boat would not pull a skier and on the third attempt the rope handle broke off.. it was rotted on the inside. When I spoke to the manager he was very rude and condescending and offered me $100 free gas and nothing off the boat. Clarks is too expensive to rent for the quality of boats they rent and they’re customer service was horrible!! Don’t rent from them! This is my reply to the owner's response...First off, you're lying. If you had not interrupted me several times and actually listened, that is not what I said. I have owned 2 ski boats and grew up on 4th lake. I've pulled skiers for years. I did NOT trim up the engine, I said (had you listened) that I even tried to trim it a tiny bit. Neither of the boats we rented had enough power to pull a skier up period. Also, you indicated you comped me $114 from Monday which you DID NOT. All you gave me was $40 in gas when I spend over $900 at your marina. And your mechanic certainly did yell across the dock to the young man working with me (in front of my 2 passengers) to tell me to "just deal with it". So stop lying and learn some customer service skills. No one should rent from you or be treated like you treated me as your customer.

Have a summer camp in Old Forge that has been in the family for 50 years. We tried other marinas to rent boats from but have never received the customer service that Clark's displays. They truly understand what quality service, friendly atmosphere and striving for their customers to have a tremendous experience means. I will not rent a boat or slip from anyone else in the region. To them, it is about my family enjoying their time on vacation and I appreciate them year after year. There is no other place for the Miller family!

While pretty waterfront, no hourly kayak rental, tickners was $6.00 an hour, Clark's wanted $35.00.. so we didn't rent. Felt like they are taking advantage of people during covid. We were not given any other option after we made a 5 hour drive to the area. Won't be returning to Eagle Bay. Being in business myself for many years, I would have worked with customers to accommodate them, better to make some money than to let them sit unused for the afternoon. So, instead we purchased carrier for the truck so we will be using our own from now on.

My boyfriend and I, rented a snowmobile for 2 days. NOT only was it reasonably priced, we had a little "accident" and the gentleman who owned the place, Pete I believe, was very reasonable about the price we had to pay for the repair. Over all , WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN!! WE RECOMMEND Clark's Marina to ANY AND EVERYBODY looking to rent a snowmobile!!!

Rented snow mobiles here - the front desk staff was awesome and accommodating. I was here a year before, and they remembered me! The guy who got us up and running on the sleds was super cool, very patient, and had a good sense of humor. Prices were great (especially during the week). The sleds we rented were brand new and ran flawlessly.

Have rented from them before and will definitely rent from them again! Phenomenal service, super friendly employees and far better than competitive pricing on their rentals. This is absolutely wonderful company to do business with and we will be back again year after year!

I've never and my family, has never rented a boat in all the years we visited Inlet. While up there on vacation with my wife, her father and brother, we decided to rent a pontoon boat from Clark's. The service was BEYOND STELLAR when we went there. The boat we were given looked brand new, and we were treated with the utmost respect.Yes, you do have to pay for the gas you use, but you have to do that in a rental car as well.Seriously, don't look ANYWHERE else if you are looking to rent a boat in or around Inlet, NY!

We were able to get the boat we wanted without reserving it and it was great. The boat was nearly brand new and the service was fast and friendly. The prices are comparable to any other marinas in the area. The dock workers especially make it a great experience, they put in a hard days work to make it worth while for you. Overall, I would definitely go back and suggest you go too.

Rented a 90 HP boat, was able to get a Tow package, and they let us swap mid-day between a tube and water skis. You'll have to pay for the engine oil and gasoline, on top of the rental fees. However, there aren't many options for boat rentals, and I would rent from Clark's again.

I left this marina infuriated. Read these facts and you decide if you'd want to rent anything from this family:1. Arrived to pick up a pontoon boat on a 3 day rental. Stood next to employees for 15 minutes as they ignored me and fixed an excavator to rent out. The dockhand (who was courteous once instructed to pay me some attention) gave me a nice pontoon with a crappy little yamaha 40 and a frayed anchor line but I didn't care, I just wanted to enjoy the sun and water with my son and wife.2. Went inside to pay. ($225 per day plus $500 deposit plus an oil fee). The teenage Clark avoided eye contact and didn't seem happy to be there. Over all apathetic but hey what do I care I just want to enjoy my few days off with my family. The seats had a brown slime in them that coated your fingers every time you opened the storage compartments but again, I didn't care! I was too excited.3. It rained the three days we had the boat. The boat's surface invariably got wet. Not muddy mind you, but wet.4. Brought it back on time and was charged a cleaning fee because it was wet. I told the lady (Mrs. Clark I presumed), "well that's not fair it's not muddy it was wet cause we got rained out our whole trip." She looked at me and pointed outside towards the boat, "well then would you like to go out there and clean it?"5. I paid the fee for getting her boat wet and went outside and was told to bring my car down to load our gear back in. Thinking they would move their pickups for me I got my car. They didn't. I asked another dockhand if he would ask the owner to move his pickup. The dockhand walked up to him, waited silently, shook his head timidly and sulked off as if he was afraid to interrupt his boss even to help a waiting customer. I waited longer but they didn't move for he was closing on the excavator rental. I approached the owner and politely asked if he could make room so I could load in. Having no clue whatsoever how he looks when making jokes at others expense he smugly answered "no", long paused and then laughed hysterically as if he had said something funny. As I was leaving a local told me that Palmer's Point is a Marina half a mile further down the lake with the same boats at far cheaper prices. Now that you know that, and know how The Clark family treats humans beings, you are free to rent a boat from here... Or elsewhere.

We rented a pontoon boat for 3 days.Erin was great she did all the paper work for my 3 day rental. Then Shane took us out to the boat and went over all the safety item and operation of the boat.Since it was a 3 day rental we were able to keep it out our rental house. We returned the boat on the third day .Check in was so easy we paid for the gas we used and was given a credit back for damage. There was no damage. We hope to use them again they were so friendly and professional. Also ask to see Rosco.

They should have plenty of snowmobiles for rent. They guy on the phone was rude and hung up on me after he said he was put. they need to buy a lot more sleds to be running a “buisness”. Would not recommmend this business.

A group of us rented two canoes for a couple hours. The gentle breeze made it difficult for some of the younger ones to row. The staff were very patient and helpful. Everyone had a good time. We would do it again.

My girlfriend and I scheduled a vacation around snowmobiling in the Adirondacks I asked if we should book the snowmobiles and the guy said there would be no issue with availability. They then decided to be closed for the whole weekend not answer the phone and said nothing of being closed on their website and now today is the last day of our trip and they’re only open till noon what a dump
