We stopped by Stewart’s for a quick treat in between activities. My boyfriend got a 6 pack of cream soda (they didn’t have any 2Ls but I don’t think he’s too disappointed). We also each got a kiddie cone. I got the cookies n cream and he got the black raspberry. I really liked the black raspberry (he loved it). I don’t think the scoops were cleaned off well before scooping though because my cookies n cream tasted so minty. I really don’t love mint flavored ice cream so it was a little disappointing. Once I got through the mint layer it was fine. Overall pretty good experience though!

Shift supervisor Katherine was extremely rude and disrespectful. She seemed dismissive and mad at her job. I was actually texting the Stewart's number for jobs when she was being super disrespectful. I told her one item I needed, she told me go to the register to pay, not asking if there was anything else I wanted. When I told her I wanted a cone and I was looking for my flavor she told me that I need to pay and I can figure out a flavor after. There is a reason they are so desperately trying to find workers. If the shift leader is like that I wouldn't want to work there either. I get you may be short staffed but if you can not deal with customers don't have a job like that. Doesn't matter what is going on you don't bring your anger to work. I live close and it would have been a wonder opportunity for work but I could not work with someone with absolutely no respect. I would highly recommend to not go when this woman Katherine is working. Stewart's do better.

Went to stewarts this morning aound 620am.to get a coffee the employee was very rude when I held up the half and half and asked if she had anymore . She came over and said the next time don't hold it up and just wave it at me say something...I did she just didn't hear me. I apologized and said I did you just didn't hear me. Thing is she couldn't apologize to me for talking to me like that

Stewart's is good and has great ice cream but every time I go in there in reminded that I live in a cesspool. I always get stuck waiting behind a little old lady that smells like an ash tray buying her weeks groceries with her food stamp card. Then she need cigarettes, and she needs 10 lotto tickets checked and needs another 10 tickets, all specifically different from one another all while you are waiting with milk on your way home from a long day at work. Ugh.Otherwise great place, not choice customers. Also no one has a clue what they're doing pulling in and out of the parking lot.

My daughter and I just had a miserable experience trying to get hot fudge sundae'sfrom an employee and a manager. Employee was so rude and made my daughter feel so uncomfortable. We were told out of hot fudge, vanilla ice cream and even sprinkles. My daughter drives there every night and so upset

Good ice cream the staff can be a bit rude at times depending on who you get at the register but for the most part they are kind and helpful.

Hands down my favorite stewarts I’ve been to. The store is always clean everything is fully stocked. The staff and management here treat you with respect. They get to know their customers in a first name based. Amber and Chris are my favorite employees I don’t even have to tell them my order for my ice coffee they know it by heart and have it ready when they see me walking threw the door! Such great customer service

The two young ladies that were working tonight were absolutely dreadful! I purchased a canned drink, 3 shakes and a hot fudge sundae for my 80 year old grandmother. We had the order written out exactly of what we wished to purchase and gave it to them. We had a punch card so one ice cream order item was free and we were entitled to a new card with 3 punches. After the order was rung up and paid for by my debit card the cashier notices she didnt charge me for thick shakes as we requested and wrote. She then slowly begins making our order and what should arrive out of the gate first?! The HOT FUDGE SUNDAE TO GO. Ok, we patiently wait thinking surely our 3 shakes (2 chocolate and 1 cotton candy) will be following soon. 10 minutes goes by and I have yet to hear a blender. Look over to see two cardboard ice cream boxes in chocolate AND cotton candy had to be brought up front to the serving area. So time is still ticking away and the flavors are stocked. All this time my grandmas sundae is melting away as we sit at a table and watch this painfully slow scene drag on. Finally after 20 minutes or more the shakes are done and I request that the hot fudge sundae be remade as it was soup. Surely, I wouldn't bring that to my grandmother. The employee gets rather upset and walks to the other side of the store for no apparent reason, dawdles on back and proceeds to scoop a very small portion of the wrong ice cream, top it with very little fudge and whipped cream and hand it to me. I get home and realize that this brat of an employee couldnt even get the correct ice cream after physically showing them a written note and verbally communcating what I needed. I asked for chocolate chip and got chocolate chip cookie dough so again disappointment for my grandmother when you try to serve her soup, then the wrong thing entirely. Not for nothing, but I love stewarts and this shop doesn't even have gas pumps to watch... The employees need to be retrained on basically everything from customer service to listening, reading, stocking shelves. That was a VERY bad visit at this location tonight. Unfortunately, I was not given a receipt so I have no employee names. I do hope you address this situation and try to correct it otherwise Im not too keen on visiting again and will wait until I head across the river to shop.

Terrible customer service! I went in today and there was ONE employee helping the counter while the other stocked cigarettes...with 7 customers inside. The girl stocking cigarettes watched me juggle my baby, eggs, milk, and bread, and an elder gentleman with a cane juggling his items, while the other employee helped a lady with lotto tickets, she continued instead of helping .... Are these people even trained?

Nothing like dealing with a cashier who’s eager to make a customers interaction difficult. Stay away, cross the street and go to the Mobil shop, rite-aid or krauszers

Absolutely god awful attitude from whom I believe is a manager. Taller African American women who constantly has an attitude. Numerous occasions she has treated myself and wife terribly and went as far as to listen to a personal conversation and give her two cents on why she disagrees with gun owners.... of all things to bring up while trying to get ice cream.

I went In for milkshakes they took over 15 mins to make them i ordered Thick and they were not thick … very disappointed because i come here a lot for my milkshakes :(
