Honestly i wish i could give zero stars ive been going to this pharmacy for years and so has my mother and all the sudden they arent able to fill our medication, because its on back order but its funny i called every other pharmacy in the area and they arent having a shortage on Vicodin. On top of that the pharmacist is rude and treats you like your drug seeking any time you ask the date your script can be filled because you just wanna know before hand for the purpose of picking it up. Last time i checked they dont know my medical history so therefore why do they think they have the right to judge me for the medications im on. Im never coming here again and thats a promise i already switched pharmacs. So if you want a pharmacy that is reliable and respectful definitely dont go here.

Newer to the area, and hadn’t ever used a Rite Aid before, but the store was really clean and the service was exemplary. The pharmacy staff were incredibly warm, helpful, patient, and fun. My primary pharmacy doesn’t carry this particular medication, and this Rite Aid did, (using a coupon that the staff graciously accommodated), at a very affordable cost.The pharmacist even noticed that we were waiting and completed the order herself in addition to helping me set up a rewards account! Thanks!!Going there was just a breath of fresh air and kinda helped restore my confidence in humanity, lol.Tl;dr Definitely above and beyond.

The Rite Aid in Hyde Park is one of the best stores and pharmacies I have been too. Specifically in the pharmacy, the staff are very kind and go out of their way for all of their patients. They work very quickly to get patient's prescriptions ready, and even go above and beyond to get the best price for patients as well. It is very rare to find pharmacies like this. They are amazing in there!

Went to Rite Aid on Saturday and asked if they could order a specific (very expensive) injection.The pharmacist said she could and I advised her I found a coupon online for $508.00 that I would bring in once the medication was filled. I called on Sunday to make sure they got the prescription transferred in and they told me it would be in on Monday and also signed me up for text messages so I knew exactly when it was ready. When I got to the pharmacy Monday I was told they got the price down to $189.00. I got in my car and cried when I left because I was so thankful. It shows that they went above and beyond to get me such a good price. I’m forever grateful! I wish I had asked specific names but ALL staff was extremely caring and helpful.

I picked up 2 prescriptions last week that were around $65.00 for both with my insurance. One of them I had gotten on my mail away for a 3 month supply for $10.00. I just checked Single Care and both were around $11.50 each. I have learned a hard lesson, I am done with Rite Aid. I can’t believe the pharmacist doesn’t try or have the patient try when they pick up the prescription. I did question the cost as i know one of them was a Tier 1 generic drug. CVS does this in CVS’s in Florida. Pharmacists should be kinder to people that are unaware of this company that is free to patrons.

I have been going to Rite Aid for 10 years now and have never been disappointed the staff is friendly and helpful and the pharmacy couldn’t be better. Everyone is professional and seems happy and cares. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Not a great experience. Lady who checked me out made fun of me because I was a man wearing pink pants (yes, in 2021). Pharmacist was also very rude despite my politeness and smile. Quite a culture shock coming from NYC, so I advise people of color and LGBT+ to avoid this store if having a nice weekend upstate. They kinda ruined mine. :/

Pharmacist is absolutely terrible for children’s health. Do not go to this pharmacy if it’s not for an adult. This “pharmacist” had no idea what to do for a toddler… twice!

Had to wait on the phone for 45 MINUTES & no contact with the pharmisist - The medication in question is CRITICAL to me & they go by like it was nothing -- Someone LIVE must be by the phone to take calls - Sunday 7/18/21 - Called 1:17 pm & held on for 45 MINUTES - this is unacceptable!!! Not sure If I can trust this store to assist me in the future the jury will be out for sometime on that - U NEED TO DO BETTER & I DO MEAN MUCH BETTER!!!!

I was rushing there from a visit to the ER to pick up two scripts. But got stuck behind a Christmas parade. Call them to say I was on my way and close by, asked them to wait one extra minute. I was exactly one minute past 6 pm. They shut me out. Tomorrow I am transferring my scripts to CVS.
