Took my doggies here after their groomer for nearly ten years closed down again. It was an easy, quick process, I was in and out. Their groom didn’t take more than an hour and half. I’m so happy to say they did an astounding job. They kept my doggies fur long and healthy, did everything just as asked. I’m so happy with how they came out. They look so cute and they even gave them the cutest little bow ties. I’ve never seen them so happy after a groom. They took a nice long nap afterward, and they smell amazing. I will be coming here again.

This establishment is so amazing.The environment is very friendly not just for pets but anyone. The hoody is through the roof. Not to mention how clean and sanitizes the spa is. Now onto the grooming..Not only did Michelle meet my expectation of the cut I wanted for my pup, but she also added her special spice on it which made it 1000 times better than what I wanted.I came all the way from Georgia and was not leaving until she blessed my baby with her charm and she o we exceeded on every level.The staff were amazing and I would recommend anyone to bring their fur baby here.

We are long time clients of Rina. She has cared for all my pups. Over 20 years of her professional service. I have had pets with special needs and she has always been someone we could trust. We were beyond thrilled to find out that Rina left Lucky Paws and moved to Luxury Pet Spa. This new shop has great customer service and treated us with respect. Lucky Paws should have their front desk staff train here and learn how to treat paying clients. I was so happy Rina moved. This new Spa has class as Rocky came home a gentlemen. A great cut and a bowtie. On my behalf I made a big error. Since last haircut Rocky had been diagnosed with CHF. I never told Rina or Luxury Pet Spa. I never thought about mentioning it and it was very irresponsible of me. I will remember those details moving forward. Thank you Luxury Pet Spa, Dana & Rina for a great experience!!

The boys Oreo and Messi look amazing , the spa was friendly and knowledgeable ! Recommended great cuts for my boy dogs and they came out adorable and smell so good . All the staff were attentive and answered all my questions! Looking forward to their visits with the spa !!

Had to take my dog Benji to get a cut. He's picking about where he goes but Michelle and her crew were dog friendly and careful with him! The place was very clean and I had talked to a few other customers and they were happy with there experience as well. Very professional and Good location easy to find I parked around the corner just to get alittle dog 🐶 walk in didn't want Benji lighting the place up with pee 😂. She also sold dog products good business you have a new customer thank you and see you soon! ✌🏾✊🏾

The experience was nothing short of amazing. I was a little nervous because my mini poodle is a little feisty and wouldn’t allow anyone to groom him without putting up a fight. They gave me a few pointers on how to ease his anxiety and it worked because he was receptive to being washed, cut and having his nails cut. I’m not sure if the amazing Groomer is just The Dog Whisperer but she got the job done and he looks absolutely amazing. I will totally be coming back they now have a loyal customer. I highly recommend this business!!!!!

This place was amazing they saved my grandmother matted dog when everybody else .refused service her I drove around for hours then found out about Luxury pet spa the staff was amazing and the job was top tier. Our Family was happy with the service.

My dog has had all kinds of haircuts, weird, good & bad, and this is the most ridiculously cute cut I've ever seen. Prior groomers cut his face narrow& it just didn't do him justice. With this cut I can just look at him & smile because he looks so cute!Shih tzus aren't a 1 cut fits all like some groomers do. I may have made him lose his street cred walking around like a teddy bear, but hey, who buys the treats?Photo speaks for itself!10 stars 🌟

My pup Benji is 8 and in the past year, he’s had some issues with his eyes. The first time I brought him by he was a little unhappy and aggressive, but Michelle said she was open to grooming him since I was looking for a new groomer, after a prior bad experience. The second time I brought him in, she noticed something with his eyes, and she turned him away, which I appreciate because I took him to the vet and there was something wrong. After he healed, I brought him in Michelle said he did amazing, and he was his kind, sweet self. I really appreciate her and all the staff taking care of my dog in the way they did!

They were so kind and gentile with my rescue on the first day out of the shelter. They took the time to wash Teddy several times to get the shelter smell off of him and gave him the cutest puppy cut. So grateful for the way they took care of him.

They did a great job on my dog, Cooper. Very professional! I absolutely loved that they sent reminder messages and were able to squeeze us in last minute when another groomer (not Luxury Spa) promised they would shave him and then said it wasn't scheduled when we got there, even though I confirmed it multiple times over the phone. Luxury spa fit us in within the next two days. I am extremely pleased that he not only got great treatment, considering my dog can be a psychopath at times and a bit much to anyone meeting him for the first time, but he also got groomed right in time for Thanksgiving when other groomers were booked for the next month. I was recommended here by a friend and they did not disappoint. They were a little on the pricier side based on what I'm used to paying, but with my dog's energy level and personality, as well as everything they did, it was worth every penny! Thank you, Luxury Spa!!!

I really trust this groomer. They are all very friendly and professional. I have been here with my dogs before and although a few dollars more that my last groomer. It is so worth it. My dog does not come back terrified and my kids love how our dogs look.Very professional and truly a very well qualified and experienced groomer.

I have been grooming my dog Chance here at Luxury Pet Spa for 8 years ( chancey is 8 years old ). Michelle ALWAYS exceeds my expectations when it comes to my grooming with my fur baby.My pup was born with “collapsing trachea” so at times when he is excited/anxious his breathing becomes very rapid and heavy and he needs some time to collect himself. Michelle is so sensitive to him and his health issues, and just works with him so he can have a “non-stressful grooming experience” as best as she can. I can tell that Chancey truly loves Michelle and only trusts her with his cuts. I’ve referred many friends/family to Michelle and they were all satisfied with their experience. Dana at the front is such a warm, kind person with the intakes as well!Thank you Luxury Pet Spa for a five star experience at all my pups visits !! ❤️🙏🏾

Highly recommend this spot! Michelle’s professionalism and knowledge on maintaining a healthy coat for your pup is helpful. I’m a new dog mom and I wasn’t aware of the importance of keeping up with their combing. My Pup always comes out so fresh and so clean.

We had the BEST experience at Luxury Pet Spa. Michelle was so sweet and informative. She was busy and still took the time to get me serviced and taken care of. I was a bit nervous because my dog hadn’t been groomed before so I didn’t know how she would react. When I came back for pick up Michelle affirmed me and walked me through all that they did and gave me some tips for my dog and future services, as well as recommendations for other service providers that could help my dog. That’s the true definition of community care. I love love loved my experience and we will definitely be back!!!

10 YEARS!!!! Our beloved Toy yorkie King has been going to this incredible establishment!!! Michelle and her incredible staff were the first people to groom him and forever will be! What can I say!!!! We fill our beloved babyboy with a lot of TLC at home and Michelle and her staff do just the same! We are extremely particular and detailed and every single time our request are executed perfectly!!!!!! King naturally gets nervous but in the arms of Michelle he always jumps for joy as if it’s one of us!!! He always comes out so beyond adorable most importantly he’s safe and protected and cared for with LOVE, at pet luxury spa! Can’t believe I haven’t left a review sooner!!! It’s one thing to know that you’re getting incredible looking services ( I mean look at the pics from his most recent review) but to know and see the beautiful passion they put into their work is another!! Every time my mother, boyfriend or I drop king off we always see how every single animal is being treated with much love and care as they are getting groomed. They also have the most sweetest cat in the front as well. MICHELLE THE OWNER IS A HEAVENT SENT ANGEL SENT FROM ABOVE!!!!! She truly makes us feel as if we are family and we don’t trust king with anyone else but her and her staff!!! If you love your fit baby bring them here!!!

My standard Bernedoodle is groomed at Luxury Pet Spa. They do a beautiful job on his hair cuts and grooming- whether full grooming or partial. My dog is always well cared for. They are very kind to the dogs. When I walk my dog, People will often stop their cars and ask me where Jackson is groomed. Big or little- the men and women at Luxury know how to bring out the best in your pet. Give them a try. They are very receptive to requests- for new styles, etc. I get my dog groomed every 4-5 weeks so as to avoid matting. Jackson is usually in and out of the salon within 3.5-4 hours.Michele B.H.

I am rating my experience as horrible. I would give negative stars if I could. My dog was at your salon for 6 1/2 hours. She is 4 lbs-tiny! After not hearing from you for 5 hours I tried calling but no one answered. I was very concerned. After 6 hours I received a text my dog would be ready in 15 minutes.I came to get her & was left waiting for 25 minutes with no explanation while you, Michele,the owner along with 2 other staff members (one the receptionist-Dana) worked on other dogs, leaving my dog in a crate. Dana finally took her out and was struggling to put on her harness and adjust a bow on her head. She had to go into the back for assistance, so now 2 people were unable to get her finishedMichele, you, the owner had to also help them. 3 people to fix a bow !! I finally get my dog, Dana tells me - we're working on getting her face to look like you want! Well, for the second time coming here, I did not not get what I asked for. And her face and ears looks like you chopped it up, with one side looking untouched, uneven and pieces of hair hanging in her eyes. Her private areas were also untouched and parts of her underbelly left long.. Oh and the bow, falling out and crooked-.she looks like an inexperienced, unprofessional groomer worked on her, leaving me to question the authenticity of this establishment. I feel Michele is very distracted and not giving her undivided attention to her work! I will never be returning and would never recommend you to anyone!! It's a shame considering the price we pay for this grooming service. Very unprofessional salon.

I’ve taken my dog to several groomers including Petco. I wasn’t to pleased with them so I decided to look elsewhere. When I came across to Luxury pet spa I was amazed how clean, and spotless they are and it does not have a bad smell. It smell very good in there! I love how they groomed my baby they did exactly what I asked for. He is forever a client.

Yesterday 9/9/24 I wasn’t happy with the service, I took my dogs for nail trimming, which I’ve always done, my female dog was ok, my male dog wasn’t he was making noise (which he does all the time) as they trimmed his nails.Michelle told her worker to stop trimming her nails and for me to take her to my Vet to get them trimmed cause she didn’t want my dog to get sick (since when a dog get sick from trimming their nails?) they didn't realized that it was the male dog they had in their hand kept saying she .. SMH. Michelle didn’t want the worker to continue trimming his nails cause her son was asleep and didn’t want him to wake up cause she wouldn’t be able to finish cutting the dogs hair.Very Disappointed…

I forgot to write a review on the day of, however, my dogs look amazing, they take good care of the dogs and make sure that they look amazing. My dogs look like a brand new set of babies, I love what charlie and Michelle did with their butts so much. Would recommend this place!
