Been stopping here since 2019 or so, never had a bad experience. Staff is always pleasant. Coffee/Big Gulp area exceptionally clean and well stocked. Only issue - not enough parking. Finding a space can be a challenge.

This 711 is on my way to work, I pass by multiple times a day which has made me a very loyal customer for so many years, at most part I am satisfied with the service and merchandise, however tonight I went in for the third time in one day, my last visit was at 7:09 pm. The cashier was so angry, miserable and sooo rude, I was so disgusted with his attitude and his zoro customer service skills that I even returned part of my purchase. They can keep him there but they won't have my business while hi is working there. He thinks that he is the only option in Nassau, I got news for him, the competition is much bigger than he thinks .Adios!!!!

Today 3.22.23 I stopped by the New Hyde Park location on NHP Rd and Hillside. The cashier was very rude when my wallet app didn’t go through the first time - saying “no money”!!! Why? Because I was a colored woman? Please coach your employees to be professional. The response should be - did you want to try again? Instead he wanted to imply I had no money. Pfttt. Get professional coaching or home training, Rude cashier!!!

I CALLED AT 10:23PM ASKING IF MY HUSBAND COULD PURCHASE A MONEY ORDER TO PAY OUR RENT. THE EMPLOYEE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID YES, ONCE MY HUSBAND ARRIVES AROUND 10:40PM THE EMPLOYEE LIES AND SAY'S THE MACHINE ISN'T WORKING AND HE JUST CHANGED SHIFTS. THIS HAS BEEN A COMMON ISSUE ONCE THEY SEE MY HUSBAND'S AFRICAN AMERICAN FACE. THIS IS NOT COOL!!! BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST JUST FOR A DAMN MONEY ORDER IS RIDICULOUS!!! THE WESTERN UNION WEBSITE STATES THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO GIVE MONEY ORDER'S UP UNTIL 11:59PM

Wow...with my usual marcus/hillside 7 11 shut down, I gave this one a shot at 10pm on a monday. A few sketchy characters smoking, walking around the lot; the inside smelled terribly of B.O, and featured a very incomplete inventory. Yikes! Skip this location!

Its ok 7-11. The cashier didn’t know half the stuff i asked him. The place is small, but clean. The parking lot is awkward, diagonal shaped parking spaces. Tuff to get in from hillside ave. The coffee was good quality.

I came in to redeem my points and when I went to get the food came back to desk my points disappeared and and won’t let me get my snack I think he somehow took it off and now I can’t use my points . Don’t come here you will get scammed and cashier person is rude af.

This 7/11 is hands down the best. The guys that work here take pride in what they do. I’m always greeted when I come in, they know how to make 7/11 fun!

Worst service. Bought a charger this morning, didn’t work properly and asked for an exchange and the man was rude and didn’t want to to do it. He threw the charger at me and said he will not give me anything and said if I wanted to change it I had to come in the morning. Disgusting and disrespectful
