When we decided on getting a waterfall in our backyard, we started looking at reviews and calling companies. Some were so expensive it felt overwhelming and like we were buying a house, not a waterfall. Another two companies kept telling us they would get back to us and never did. Then we called Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc. and talked with Darian first over the phone and then in person. From the first phone call, we could tell that he knew his business. He was professional, polite and cared about what we wanted. When we first met Darian, he was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need, but gave us great ideas we never thought of. Darian didn’t just listened to what we wanted, but the way we wanted it. We agreed on a very reasonable price, set a starting date and a few days later, we met Darian's staff, Phil and Andrew. When they first introduced themselves, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they took great care in the vision we wanted. They shared some great ideas and we were so confident in what they were doing. We saw they had such a passion and loved what they did, so we just let them create it. What a beautiful creation they made! They went above and beyond and it shows. All through the project, Darian always kept in touch, answered all our questions and always sent us a text message to let us know what time the workers would be arriving and even stopping by to make sure everything was going smoothly and it did. The whole process was stress free and unbelievably true. We, our family and friends all love it in the day and night!! We wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommended Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc.

Wanted to give our pondless waterfall a face lift. This was July of last year. Spoke with Darian Odabasi. After speaking with him and several other companies, decided to go with Aquarium Design. Darian and crew seemed were very pleasant. Waterfall looked great when finished. Had a leak out the side and company came and fixed it. The problem is this year the waterfall looks awful. Rocks have shifted and fallen. Small rocks all rooling rolling down. It is such a disaster. Glad I waited to review them.

The photos tell the story about a reseal to my 110 gallon tank and there was also two reef ready pips that I wanted removed which I was told that it would be better to cap them which 8 month later after draining my tank ,it came off and my tank started to drain through the bottom,so I had to drain it and purchase a new 110. So thank you Darien for "all" your losy work, so save your self the headache and avoid doing business with this individual!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats why I possed those photos so that you know since picture tell the truth..... and the two first photos are of my new aquarium the way it should have been resealed I guess patience and understanding that your customers come first show integrity!!!!!! Thanks again Darien for pointing out those areas of unprofessional business ship.....

Darian has been a professional businessman throughout the process of inspection, diagnosing problems, making suggestions needed to correct the problems with my koi pond, and correcting them. I’m new with Koi ponds and Darian has been patient with my ignorance of the subject. He’s listened to me and answered all questions, explained, gave examples, and made sure I understood what I needed to know. His work crew is awesome also! They are not afraid to make suggestions and recommendations that will help the pond better for the fish to thrive, and more appealing.They don’t just come and do what was asked. They care about what the pond will look like after their work is done. Kudos to the crew! Darian stays in touch to make sure all is good with the fish, the pond, and you. Thank You Darian

Great fish store! Been inside and they have such a great selection, all the staff were super helpful and friendly. I don't know what these other posters were talking about never being open, I've stopped in several times during the week and they've always been open.
