This shop was amazing got me back on the road in less than 5hrs of dropping it off. They pulled my bumper out and re aligned my tires even though they don’t do body work they were able to. Accommodate my needs to get me back on the road since I have to drive back to Jersey and I didn’t want to tow the truck off the mountain and then wait there since it was early after noon on a Friday. They did an amazing job. Great customer service Very reasonable in price. Highly recommend.

My pickup truck was not starting and I didn't know if I should get it towed back to my house or to the dealer where I bought it since it was under warranty. I was really upset... not sure what to do or who to call. I was alone.... but near home. Left the truck on Main Street and got a ride home with Dawn, from Dawn to Dusk and she said, "call Pete, and then call AAA". Pete was so great on the phone. I explained the situation when I went back to my truck later in the day. Had me try to start it again and I called him back to let him know it wouldn't turn over. Called AAA for a tow, which was done by Pete's. Pete's tow truck driver put my truck on a flatbed and brought it to the dealer. I felt such a sense of relief and knew my pickup was in good hands. Thank you Pete for your sense of calm on a crazy morning/afternoon. Thanks for walking me off my "ledge" when I felt alone and confused. So happy with the professional and friendly service you and your tow truck guy provided to me.

Woke up to a cranky diesel engine that wouldn't start on Christmas morning. After a few calls, I found Pete's Towing, James arrived in 30 minutes, confirmed by fuel lines were gelled up and towed it back to the shop. 90 minutes in a warm shop later, we were on the way back home. I think this is a family owned business and they took the time and empathy to help get my family back home despite it being Christmas morning. Top notch!Service: Battery

Pete saved me!I had a break seize on the day I was set to leave town for Canada. Pete took mercy on me while my wife and 3 month baby hung out in Fellow coffee. He prioritized the work after hearing I was stuck in town with my daughter, and we were on the road mid afternoon. He is a good man. We don’t know what we would have done without him. Above and beyond what you would expect from a mechanic.

Pete and his family operated business are honest, courteous and quite helpful. I had a flat tire while my car was parked in my garage at home. Even though I have 24 hour road service through my car insurance, of which my last experience re a dead battery took over 4 hours for the insurance co. to get to my house to jump start, I contacted Pete instead of using my road assistance. In LESS than an hour, Anthony (very nice) came with a flat bed truck, brought my car to the shop, repaired the flat tire that had a nail in it and then brought my car back to my garage. My insurance will reimburse me for part of the charge, but well worth the piece of mind and expediency that was not covered that I will pay out of pocket.KUDOS to Pete and his crew!!!

Was an out of towner up for the weekend in Windham when I ended up with a puncture on my Subaru Outback. Based on reviews, went to Pete's as soon as they opened and was super glad I did. Staff was courteous and professional; showed me the screw that was embedded in my tire. Service was very prompt and Pete was a cool dude.

After calling and searching for a good mechanic in the area we kept hearing "not today" or "we can't help you" that all changed when we called Pete. Pete sent over a tow truck right away and worked on the vehicle on the spot. It's only a few hours since we called and thanks to the tremendous service from Pete we are back on the road! For Pete's Sake:) I made it home because of this guy! The only two of the five lug nuts came loose while cruising up the mountain. We could have lost a tire and perhaps even our lives. Thanks Pete and crew for being the ONLY place to stay open past noon on a Saturday afternoon and at a fair price as well.Good guy and likes it better when people don't sleep late - he will get that joke - we had a few laughs while waiting for my ride!

Don’t go here. My truck broke down and they towed it. They told me it was fixed, I paid for it and I took it home and the same problem happened when I went to start it. (Would turn over but not start) I go back in and Pete tells me I must be STARTING IT WRONG! He spoke to me like I was a child. I left there and went to a real mechanic that rebuilt the carburetor. So, they not only didn’t solve the problems at Pete’s, he told me it was my fault!?! Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad mechanic.

We drove up during the heavy winter storm and the car got overheated. I took it to Pete's on a Saturday morning. He examined it right away, figured out the problem, ordered the part and was able to fix it the first thing Monday morning. Every time I mentioned to the locals that my car was at Pete's, I was assured by everyone that he is trust worthy and my car was in good hands. I really don't know what I would have done without him.
