Had to return an online purchase. Xs pet diapers are too big for an 8lb dog. Handled with ease. Found items I needed and clearance items in the food section allowable with dietary restrictions . Awesome experience

They keep moving things in the store so not easy to locate things. At self checkout with 4 checkouts there was 1 closed and another the gun was disabled. Person watching the checkouts has a nasty attitude and spent time shouting into her phone at family. UPDATE Person watching self check out is very pleasant.

This Walmart is absolute trash. The workers don't care, store is disgusting, the managers have no sense of customer service, nobody is ever available to answer the phone, and their online delivery department is a joke. Also they're better off going full self-check out because their cashiers are either non-existent or undertrained

This Walmart is spacious and clean. It is one of the few Walmarts we have been to that have enough disability scooters available. We found everything we needed and were able to check out quickly.

I went to Walmart to exchange a game controller I bought 2 days ago. I told the guy at the electronics counter that it was to be an exchange. He put the money back on the card so I had to use a different card so my LD son didn't have a behavior. This place has gone to the dirt. Do better Walmart. You are losing customers daily.

I hate Hudson Walmart. Catskill is so much better. Some of the employees are just mean and not helpful. Their so-called secret shoppers are so obvious and follow you around and it's so comical and annoying. The bathrooms are dirty and gross

Wouldn't take back an item that I brought that was broken the clerk said I had to buy it at their Walmart I had heard that Walmart was hard to return things I didn't believe it but now im stuck with a broken item.

The team lead in deli I think her name is Peggy she is the most rude and unacceptable person to be working around the person who works there, I swear she has it out for this person. This lady has had ethics called on her numerous times and she is still there; she is rude to the customers and has been harassing the employees. This woman needs to be fired and to never be hired at a Walmart again. I am putting this out there that this Walmart is about to have a lawsuit on their hands for everything they are putting the person that works there through. Sorry the only person that needs to be named in this review is the incompetent Peggy she is team lead of the deli and I don't care who has a problem with what I wrote.

I felt that some of the workers were rude but did speak to one in the snack aisle that was friendly.I believe I was overcharged for some items, tags were in the wrong place.It was a few dollars so wasn't going through the hassle at customer service desk.

I go to Walmart to buy everything that I need if they have it the only thing I will say 5hey need to hire more cashiers they only have 2or3 lines open when it's a lot of people here in there weighing on cashing out not fair to the customers have to weight so long to check out

Never in my life have I ever been to a supermarket and seen mouse traps on the shelves next to ready to eat product (bread). When I spoke to a manager (very rude lady who spoke with a thick accent) she said they were doing all they could do, but the mice are coming off the produce trucks....as if that is a good thing. That has to be a violation of some kind of health code. It’s Walmart, so what do you expect.

Went in tonight and felt very uncomfortable. The maintenance man on the far left side of the store by the entrance was very unsettling and weird. My boyfriend and I walked in and he stopped what he was doing and stood there and stared at us menacingly. not a very inviting experience. found what I needed and left but overall, very poor experience. I would recommend that young people, especially young women, travel in a pair when going into the store late at night.

Never worry about disabled parking here. I usually go here on my way home from church. Get groceries. The price on certain things are too high in my opinion, so I get items that are reasonably priced or not offered elsewhere.

Just sold me rotten past date fish and oysters today. Now I can’t even get through on the phone to talk to a manager. Definitely go to shop rite instead, quality control is much better.

I cannot remember the name of the wonderful associate working at the pharmacy today, but I just wanted to say thank you to Walmart in general for making it easy to fill prescriptions for pets, and not just for dogs and cats, but for my little rescued and injured toad, Harold. They were fast, amazingly polite, and very supportive of us, despite the rather uncommon nature of our request. And, whoever I spoke with on the phone was absolutely delightful. I'll be switching my prescriptions (the human ones) to Walmart now. Thanks to the Walmart Hudson Pharmacy Team for making things easy!

I prefer to frequent local snall business. However, Walmart is the only location that carries the cat litter in my area that my cats prefer.
