0 star. Awful, won't honor sticker prices. They need to retrain or look into terminating their employee Giana, terrible customer service.Updated. Changed to 2 stars as the manager Justin did contact me and honor the prices, the rude employee has been spoken to. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Love going to tractor supply in practically live there we have donkeys, goats, Rhode island red chickens, and other pullets, bantam chickens, roosters, dog, cats & domestic birds. all of our grains and feeds for our animals comes from tractor supply,They usually have everything in stock we need

I went to this store over the weekend to look at some safes my boyfriend and I were interested in purchasing. While there we saw a griddle that had a sign on it for $179.99. We decided to wait on that for the day since we didn’t have room in the truck at the time to buy it and take it home. I came back the next day, (today) and the sign is still displayed on top of the griddle. I asked to purchase it and the cashier rang it in and told me it’s $324 and my jaw about dropped. I said “that’s not the price that’s on them”. She said “I’ll need to go look” and I walked her over where the sign is. She said “well if you can’t tell, our store is being moved around for cleaning and someone must’ve put this there by accident”. Mind you, there’s not another sign in sight for the correct price of these griddles. Not anywhere. She proceeded to put the sign back on top of the stack of griddles and I said “I definitely don’t want this then and you should probably take that sign off instead of putting it back”. Being this was the ONLY sign there that showed a “clearance” price, how would I know differently? I definitely didn’t need to be talked to in the manor I was when she started with “well if you can’t tell, our store is being moved around for cleaning”. She basically blamed me for their false advertising. I used to work at a Tractor Supply in VT and this is not a GURA tactic. I never would’ve spoken to a customer who technically wasn’t wrong given the wrong sign was on the product in that way. I won’t be returning to this store to even buy the safe we were going to order from them.

I bought a pair of work boots for the winter on July 18th. I decided on August 26th that I wanted to get a refund. The problem that I thought that there would be was that the policy is that returns have to be within 30 days of the purchase. I was expecting to get stuck with store credit or no refund at all. I called the store to ask if an exception could be made to the policy or if I was going to be stuck with the boots. The gent that answered the phone was friendly and said that if I came in for the refund he was sure that I would be taken care of. I went in a few hours later and the cashier was friendly and refunded me the full amount after getting manager approval. Thank you for not sticking me with a card with store credit which always seem to get lost or they are never in your wallet when you decide to go to the store.

When I entered the store I was asked if I needed help finding something. I answered: "Unless you've changed the floor planogram drastically I should be alright". Love TSC, they are helpful and friendly. I go for one or two items and always find more.

I shop here often and have never had any issues, as the employees are nice and helpful. However, when I went to check out today, the middle-aged woman behind the counter was barely wearing a face covering. The two other employees were wearing proper face masks, but this woman was clearly not. This piece of cloth barely covered her mouth and was not over her nose at all. I'm disappointed that the store deemed that acceptable and would not feel safe shopping here if she was working.

Cashier was swearing about how bad her day was, then was harassing me about vaccine proof. There is no vaccine mandate locally but I guess she is just gonna make up her own rules. Then she was yelling at me still as I left. I regret the thousands of dollars I've spent there in the last 3 months alone as we have a new farm. Store is always poorly stocked, and always was even before Covid. Hopefully I can get some sort of cash value for my rewards considering I earned them but do not plan to set foot in Tractor Supply again after the way I was treated

Always a good experience visiting tractor supply. Our chickens need their food, and it's always available. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales people are great. They are very knowledgeable, and love the way they greet you, as soon as you enter! What an incredible selection, of ideas. I found things their, i wouldn't associate with them, like candles and wax scents. Thank you.

My family and I spend a lot of money with Tractor Supply, and at this location in particular. They usually have everything we need for our tiny farm, and if they don't have it they will go out of their way to get it.The employees are always very friendly and helpful, and they make a point to let you know you're welcome (the same can't be said for other local stores that offer similar products). Shopping at Tractor Supply, especially the Schodack location, is always a pleasure.

I shop at this store almost daily, It is hit or miss, sometimes have the most pleasant people check me through or help, other times these people need to find another place of employment.I use to like getting propane at tractor supply, the filler has a credit card tablet to pay for the fill out at the tank and pretty friendly. Last few times, propane station frozen 2-3 days after storm?? and another time filler was on lunch??. What? Both times, I saw other people attempting also to get a refill and commenting to me. Needless to say, I bought two refills exchanges at Walmart for slightly lower price and less effort on my part. And probably continue buying from Walmart

This tractor supply continues to underwhelm me. Short staffed and trying to stock the store on a busy Saturday morning, the staff was surly, though, I was helped. I go there on occasion to get tidy cat cat litter. Today I went to get a part for my tractor that was there Friday, but gone this AM. Someone did call the Hudson store for me, where they have the part.

Boots were all over the place, couldn't find what boot belonged to what price below it. Not like any employees were around. I think about two at the most were working. Sorry, the other Tractor Supply stores actually look like one not a discount junk store like this one.

Castleton New York location.I feel they're going through some sort of a transition. The store staff has completely been replaced..... And they can't seem to keep the stock on the shelves.I do not know if it's the warehouse not shipping it or if the staff is not ordering it.The canned dog food aisle is sparse, the dog treat aisles are slim pickens, the bird seed aisle is just a row of empty shelves, and the horse feed, chicken feed, etc hasn't been stocked properly in more than 6 months. The tags are on the shelf but there is no product.Tractor supply is convenient to my location but several times during this winter I needed to run to Agway which is the next town over to get feed for my animals.Do they not get it ??

My dog food is unavailable for the third time. Nobody in the store can tell me when, or if, the beef marrow bones (shin bones with attached joint) for dogs will be restocked!Last night it was cash only because they were rebooting the computers.I'm sick and tired of of this. I will choose another brand of food and shop elsewhere.

I purchased a porter cable air compressor took it home turned it on oil everywhere. I was told I can't return it to the store because It's covered in oil. The oil leak is coming the bottom of the motor so probably a bad gasket. Every time it's on everything that is in the oil reservoir leaks out so it's a huge mess. Thanks tractor supply for selling me a broken air compressor and then telling me to take it up with porter cable.
