Did a 10 here 🚛There is a subway for food.Bathrooms were clean. 🚽Don’t get excited for breakfast because Subway opens at 9am.In the hot box there was minimal jimmy dean items.This parking ain’t for the weak.It’s terrible and tight.Many spots to walk dog 🐶

Not too bad parking is a little tight one fuel isle was down. The scale works and the line wasn't bad to fill up. They have a Subway inside that's convenient if you're hungry and tired of eating junk. The older lady that works there in the morning was very nice great attitude, but those young whipper snappers behind the register could be more attentive. Overall not a bad truck stop or gas stop for cars.

Very small parking lot, 5 trucks were. Stuck about 15 minutes while one was parking, people thee are very nice, subway and a pleasant across fuel pump view.

I hate this pilot. I was tried to fuel on June 25. 3 pump out of order but no sign on it. I moved again again between the pump. Finlay i got the pump but that was also passenger side pump was error.Who is manager ? Company HQ must know about this. for driver time is money.Also preapproved fuel list should me removed like this bad management branch.

Once again the water was shut down overnight but meanwhile they are still serving food. Isn't this a health violation? How are employees washing their hands properly???Unbelievable to he treating truckers like this

The parking area for the semis is ridiculously tiny and there is absolutely no way there are 65 parking spots and it’s so poorly lit that you can’t see anything. We got hit tonight bc the parking lot is so small that trucks can’t maneuver and his tractor clipped ours. The trucks flying through I understand isn’t something they can stop unless they were to put in a speed bump at that corner but that’s another issue they have. Not to mention the property and store are disgusting. The bathrooms don’t look cleaned even after they come out from cleaning. Do better pilot!

I had the most awesome time talking to the Lady's here. OMG, they are so funny. And very helpful. Lol I can't remember Their names but one, had the parking lot covered and the other one, made sure I had all the soap I needed for my shower. Funny and professional. That's y I only stop at pilot/ flying j, thanks for being our home on the road. Pilot/ flying j, we drivers, appreciate ya'll more than you know.

Shower was relatively clean other than some old mounting holes in the wall with rust coming out. Shower fixtures leaked horrendously and the temperature was less stable than my last relationship. It would go up to steamy hot and down to just about chilly constantly. The pressure was also sub par doing at best a medium rain. Parking is also a horrible mess.

Talk to Michael about why they don't have pizza and the nearest pilot from here and he was so helpful and kind, he got my attention. Because he got all his information correct. I respect this man. He did not mislead any information I had ask for so I want to thank you michael for helping me out from the bottom of my heart. God bless.

Beautiful day at Castleton Pilot. Quiet area, nice store, clean showers. Dave had a delicious large chopped salad with guacamole at Subway, boards looked great. Excellent sandwich maker there this morning.

3 stars because of the friendly staff and clean showers.otherwise 0! Flip-flopers parked all over,and bobtail.they not even taking the time to back-up straight in the spot,to be sure everybody has a spot,and the spots are tight.

All good but I was burned by the hot water in the shower. The regulator valves are not working. The manager said it's the plumbing, and there's nothing they can do. I used to fix these at an athletic club and it can be repaired. I guess someone will have to do the McDonald's hot coffee thing before they fix it. I am very worried if someone's child is traveling with them and they will get burned. :((

Nice place but the cleaning crew needs to work harder in the shower corners. A lot of dirt build up. This was shower number 3 just in case anyone needs to know

Nice folks working unfortunately at 7am you have folks looking to buy a breakfast sandwich at the Subways at this pilot but they don't open tell 9am I suppose some folks like to sleep in

Nice pilot inside new showers hot food fresh coffee they do a great job. but this is not a place for parking. very tight not a lot of room front to back very tight and late at night trucks all over the place and a lot of the times the pump are down. with no signs. some lazy workers not all. But you know who you are. I'd give five stars. but I give four for the layout of the parking. get there early if you plan on parking. and sleep with one eye open. Or u will get your front end ripped off or backed into. you've been warned. you can always tell how tight a parking lot is. by the pieces of plastic reflectors, headlights ,and broken mirrors ,on the floor in front of the parking spots. just run of the Mill pilot the type you see in Illinois and Kentucky,,small

showers are decent. but the count on the parking lot spaces needs to be corrected. The app says there are 65 but it cant be more than 25 spaces and 16 of them are reserved. Please put correct information on the website to help assist the truckers with proper trip planning.

These are the poorest maintained showers and restrooms I have seen at any pilot. The staff were friendly. Just need to work on cleanliness.

Pilot 146 is awesome all of the showers are pretty clean at all of the pilots and flying J’s however I’ve only been to 2 that took the time to clean the fans and the exhaust vents VERY IMPRESSED. Staff was friendly and warm! EVERY EMPLOYEE GREETED ME FROM the front counter to the lady working the drink area and even the guy coming out of the freezer!! This store is the standard!! Makes others look ……average

There's always issues at this location. Either the card readers on fuel pumps are not working properly, or the pumps are down, or even missing hoses to pump fuel. The workers are mostly ok, but some are not. Bathrooms are mostly clean. I'd say it's average maybe less.

Came here just for fuel. And then had to circle back around to weigh. I know drivers are mandated to stop and rest however DON'T allow parking right behind the fuel lines. Two trucks deep for fuel and then some driver decides he needs to sleep and that does not allow for the flow of trucks to get to the scale. There were plenty of spots to pull into, no reason to park where the flow of traffic is. I know it's one of the smaller Pilots however that is no excuse to block/impede traffic. Staff was friendly, restrooms and store was clean. Please enforce parking so that others don't lose time on their clocks. (We arrived before 5 PM so no excuse for not being able to see).

And the mystery of pilots continues. From one thing to another not random pilot locations including this one showers don't work. They had weird reaction to my response when I told them why am I not surprised that something not working here again. Gave me a look like I was an alien lol.

Pilot/Flying J is better than that 'other's truck stop. This particular location is smaller than most. Truck parking for amateurs is NOT recommended. The one employee I dealt with actually cares about his job. If I am in the area again, I will be back.
