Very clean. Very organized. Unfortunately like most pet stores, they had every Hills Science Diet EXCEPT "No corn, wheat, or soy". The cashier was very kind and told us we had Treats cash to spend, which we hadn't even known we earned. So that was awesome!

Awesome place excellent customer service also a great environment to bring your pet they had exactly what I was looking for a little bit more expensive than I thought but ten times better of a brain than anything on Amazon or tractor Supply will definitely be going to them first from now on the quality of of the merchandise they carry shows when you use it 100% love the electric nail trimmer with cord that I bought for my dog and the fact that I don't have to buy batteries is the best thing in the world lol

I went to the store after making an appointment to get my dogs nails clipped. Waited patiently till the waiting area was cleared, came in filled out papers, show vaccine information and then was told I couldn't hold my dog or have another groomer hold her instead of having a collar around her neck. I have taken her to this specific PetSmart and had them done by me holding the dog and having her nails clipped last month.I spoke to the store manager who kept saying its policy...cutting while me holding is a fireable offense as well as clipping her nails while the dog was not behind the employees only sign. I have no problem with policy, but I do when policies aren't the same. I never said anything about her not wanting a collar last time, I just held her and she did it no questions asked. I HATE how poorly I was treated today and most likely will never return into this store because of it. The manager was belittling and the main woman at the grooming was just negative. This is my dog and I get to make the decisions for her as you would make decisions for your loved ones when they cant speak or decide. Secondly this dog is a service animal. I have her registered and it's also helpful for my comfort to have things done the way I need them done for her as well. Today didnt help that. This store is terrible and run by obviously management who has zero care. perhaps PetSmart needs people who care working for them and have a policy and it sticks across the board all the time...not when its convenient.

I ordered online for in-store pick up and it was ready very fast. When I got to the store they had it ready immediately and it had a cute little ribbon on it! The two associates in the store were so friendly and made the check out experience so pleasant (because naturally I ended up shopping and buying more stuff)!! We chatted about our pets. I highly recommend this Pet Smart!!

So I went here with my daughter and mom today and got.a bunch of fish , shrimp and frogs and the girl that waited on us was the most pleasant person I ever met. Her personality, knowledge and just a great person in general , will always keep us coming here... I wish I knew her name. She should be a manager.

It is SO ridiculous that they do not accept return without the original credit card. Even Walmart gives us cash refund. And we have to bring the item back only within 7 days! Who would want to come back here just for this!! As I had the receipt issued on the same day with me, there was NO reason that they could not refund in cash. I can only imagine that they just want to give their customers a hard time. I WOULD NEVER WANT TO COME TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!

Super knowledgeable, helpful, caring sales associates! Nice selection of more obscure, specialty products as well as the expected staples. The variety of terrarium and aquatic offerings is a bit limited but seems to be increasing. It's worth wandering around a little if you're in the market for small dog and cat accessories, as displays of sale items are scattered throughout the store.

I bring my 70lb pitbull mix here to have his nails clipped regularly. Other places have had difficulty with him in the past since he can be a bit high strung during visits (and we think had poor experiences with grooming prior to being adopted). The staff here are phenomenal, patient, and understanding. He is excited to go each time and always leaves happy. Highly recommend their grooming salon if you're looking for quality staff who know how to work with any dog with any temperament.

It's PetSmart...They usually have what I need and the prices are fair. The staff at this particular location are always really nice and friendly.However, I can't say that the pets for sale there seem any smarter than the ones for sale at other places. The goldfish just stared at me blankly with their big, kinda gross, googly eyes when I asked them their views on philosophy. The hamsters didn't even wake up when I asked them if they wanted to discuss their favorite books. In fact, none of the animals there seemed any more clever than the average animals of their species. Which is all fine and dandy. I don't need some uppity, know it all turtle correcting my grammar.Go here for fair prices on pet supplies sold by friendly people. Try your local mad scientist or radioactive sewer puddles if you're looking for extra smart pets.

Our puppy Lily just graduated from puppy training, and we had wonderful experience... Thanks to our trainer Kathleen Huffman for being patient with us and for all help... She is very professional and very polite! We recommend everybody to take their dogs for training here. Thanks once again!!! 🤗🤗🤗

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This store NEVER has anything. Every time we need crickets for our dragon, no crickets. Horn worms? No horn worms. I went for birthday stuff for my dog the other day and they had nothing but Halloween themed dog outfits. My husband went today and they didn't have dog food toppers. Worst store ever. I wish a PetCo would move into town! We rarely have this issue when we go to PetCo.

Employees are pleasant but very few know much about fish. Poor selection of fish and fish products. I have to drive to East Greenbush to get filter replacements for a filter for a filter I bought. I asked if they could please stock what I needed and was told that corporate makes all the decisions 🤨

So I had a terrible experience with the grooming department here. Recently my grandmother had passed away and I brought her dog in for a grooming service. The dog is about 12 and has a thyroid condition so he has some areas of no hair. Long story short I dropped him off and they called me after saying he’s too matted so they have to shave his hair or they can’t do a bath. I decided not to shave because it’s cold and he’s old. It was stressful just getting this sweet old dog who isn’t mine to petsmart. Once I picked him up Shelby talked with me and said, “take better care of your dog.” And again she’s like “hope he gets the care he needs”. She was incredibly rude and out of line!!! I almost cried having an employee talk to me a client so disrespectful. I will never bring my dog or another friends dog here ever again!!!

Kind staff the man handling pets and feed gave me perfect advice and helped me locate a great terrarium for my new spider and the cashier she was amped that I was buying a spider and it made me more amped about it cus it was a dream of mine to have a huge spider pet both of them made my day the employees are great
