Although Lowe’s in store customer service is excellent their delivery service is horrible and not cheap!I had a delivery that was scheduled to be delivered between 8 and 12:00, a four hour window. When 12 came I was wondering what happened to my delivery? I called numerous times and I got the run around when anyone at all picked up. I could not understand what had happened . They finally showed up at 4:00 with my delivery and guess what? The delivery was incomplete. A lot of items I had purchased were not included in the delivery. Now I’m waiting for the rest of the order which is supposed to come 3 days from now. I hope. THis is unacceptable. Don’t bother with their delivery. That just subcontract it out to whoever.

Scheduled a door to be delivered today. They notified me last night that my 4 hour window was between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM. My wife took time off of work to be here because Lowe’s policy states someone must be home at the time of delivery. Door never showed. The driver finally reached out at 9:27 PM and said he was 2 minutes away. Customer service is nonexistent. Shame on you Lowe’s! I am canceling my order which was a Trex deck as well. I am done with Hudson Lowes!

My husband and I just bought a new home and went to Lowe’s to complete a patch up painting project. Unfortunately the sellers did not leave the leftover paint from this particular room so we asked customer service if they could help us find the sheen level of a large paint swatch from the room to match the remaining walls. We were a little taken aback by the woman at the desk who told us very bruskly “No, absolutely not. There will be no recommendation. I can do a color match and that’s all we do.” A simple “I’m not sure” would have sufficed. I’m worried the can we picked isn’t right now. We came to Lowe’s thinking there were experts there who knew more about the products than we did but the response seemed like the representative was irritated that we even asked for her professional opinion. We plan on doing a ton of projects so we’re thinking to try and find a local hardware store that’s interested in talking about it. We went to Lowe’s because we thought the company invested in trainings and course for staff.

I primarily shop for indoor and outdoor plants at Lowe's. They have a large selection to choose from. I can't wait until Spring! Unfortunately, there isn't always enough staff to keep up on watering!

Ordered a new dishwasher in February. We were told it would be in by April 4 or 5th. When we called on the 6th, they hadn't even put in the order!! Now we have to wait another month! The woman clerk in the appliance Dept was very curt and rude. This washer better be outstanding!! Because it's the last we're buying from them!

I was at Lowe's around 7:30 pm October31, 2023. I am 64 years old. I needed wood pellets for pellet stove. I asked the two female cashiers where I would find them. One didn't know and didn't seem to care, the other said out in the garden center. I asked approximately where. They couldn't help me. I walked the entire garden center but could not find them. I was frustrated, tired, and had pains in my chest. Then, a young man named Amoz asked me if I needed any help. I was almost in tears by this time. I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to them, inside the store. He even put the 40-pound bags in my cart. Now that is a good employee. I praise Amoz for being so kind and helpful. Thank you Amoz.

Home Depot was such an unpleasant experience, I switched to Lowe's. It's day and night. The store is clean, well-stocked, and people are available to help you. I was looking for storage shelves. Ryan in the Hudson, MA store showed me everything available, patiently waiting until I made a decision. He helped me check out and carried the shelves to my car. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

Ordered a refrigerator online June 30th with a delivery date of July 14th. I had already requested the day off of work and was contacted by email July 13th extending the delivery to July 28th then another for August 28th. Drove to store and spoke to representative in Appliances (Lisa) and was told that if I pick one off the floor that they could delivered sooner. I did and was contacted for delivery August 2nd. I took another day off and they came to pick up my refrigerator and did not bring my new refrigerator. Apparently the order was entered as I took the appliance with me at the store. Luckily David (not 100% that name is correct) took care of it and got the order entered properly. They will contact me with the new delivery date and I will need to take a 3rd day off of work. Mistakes happen but when I order a product in June and it is now August 2nd and not only have I not received it but I have missed 3 days of work expecting it then those mistakes are costing me with no offer of reconciliation from Lowes. How about a we're sorry sir why don't we take 20% off. That doesn't even come close to what I lost financial but at least it shows they acknowledge their mistakes cost me.

I really love this location. I've always had excellent interactions with staff, the store is clean and well maintained, and I've never noticed any holes in the shelves. It's easy to walk in, grab what you need, and get out quickly.My biggest complaint is how cramped the registers are at the front. It can get congested VERY quickly and can be very overwhelming, especially if you're using a cart.

I want to express my warmest THANKS, to the young lady that helped me earlier at the self checking out! I was not familiar with the system, and her name was Jessica. She was patience and assisted me, also educating me of self check out, so I would know in the future. She was so very kind and polite,and that really meant a lot. Astonishingly bad product with Lowe’s Appliance protection plan. $275 for a 5 yr plan where I can’t even get an appt, much less a technician to fix a $1,200 dishwasher. Hours of phone calling repeated cancellations and still no service. Called Lowe’s store, corporate, insurance department, Assurant insurance. No solution, no refund, no sympathy. Absolutely fed up with Lowes - it’s all orange shopping for me in the future.

We alway have excellent service at this Lowes, but recently we were lucky enough to work with Mark in the Paints dept. He walked us through the entire process of paining our decks and ensured we didn't miss a step. We're thankful to have people like Mark in our community and glad that Lowes prioritizes customer service.

My husband and I just ordered Kraftmaid cabinets for our new kitchen from Lowe’s with the assistance of Elizabeth G. the Sales Specialist in that department.It was a great experience which I initially dreaded. Elizabeth certainly knows her stuff!She gave us wonderful advice, suggestions and found us significant discounts. She gets back to you immediately with any questions or concerns you might have. She is truly one of a kind! She is patient, pleasant, has a great sense of humor, with a personality plus.It was a delight working with her!!!

While visiting this Lowes in Hudson,NY, I tried to use my disabled veterans card but the woman at the counter, Elizabeth, was very unpleasant and was not allowing me to use it at checkout even when I had an account active. She was very difficult, rude and could care less about my presence there. It was $200 worth of items but could not give me the time of day while I was there since she was too caught up in talking to a coworker instead.

Went on Thursday to get some blinds. Our fault, we came with the wrong dimensions. We took them back, happily got a refund, spotted the same delightful young lady Elizabeth, who again cut the blinds to the new sizes. She was great, definitely manager material!

Went here with a friend to shop for appliances. No one around to assist us. Pressed a button at the service desk, multiple times, for assistance, and no one showed up. The person that we did find wasn't very helpful at all. She seemed annoyed that she had to stop what she was doing to help us. She gave us the wrong information about the product. The cashier also wasn't very helpful. We needed assistance to load our appliance into our vehicle, no one showed up. Luckily the item was light enough for us to load it ourselves. Never coming back here again.

Went in for a few items for a bathroom remodel- had amazing customer service provided by Kathryn Ploss and her coworker Rob. Both went above and beyond to help be get tile (from way up high!) and get just what was needed for the job. Prices were the best I found (compared to similar stores in the area) Great selection and friendly service!

Today was probably the best experience I have had in Lowe's. There was a super proactive manager who helped me way beyond other experiences I have had in past visits. Though the woman in the paint department also rocks. Some visits to the store I can find myself wandering around looking for someone to help or ask a question but my last 2 shopping experiences have been awesome!
