I love this store. It has curated a wide variety of vintage records, including cassettes and CDs! As well as many items, clothes, etc. Customer service was top notch. My daughter was absolutely thrilled by her experience in this store.

Solid selection of assorted records, fair prices on most of it and super friendly staff. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

On 12/14/2023 I stopped by on my way back to Kingston to see what they have. I have been in a lot of stores similar to this from Las Vegas to Bethel CT but not one was so confusing, dusty and unorganized. After looking around I bought a first season Dave Chapelle show DVD and an Ella Fitzgerald with Louis Armstrong CD for $10. The CD is very good but the Chappelle set was missing a DVD. Disappointed. Buyer beware.

Really fun shop!! Lots of good records, when I got in they had some record playing and as soon as I started browsing the jazz collection they changed it to jazz!! Pretty cool!I got a Wes Montgomery with strings record, I love it, but it has a big scratch on the B side which I wish I knew before.

It certainly had many records and albums, some a little overpriced. The worst part was the store smelled old, dirty, and dingy. That being said, it is in an old building, if you shop antiques and stores like that, you are probably used to that. The young man there who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. I mean, I would go back again if I needed to.

I was in this week with 12 teenagers. I was very up tight (think 12 bulls in a China shop) but the kids were so excited to see a real, vintage record shop. The staff was awesome, very accommodating. Helped the kids and myself find items of interest. Everyone left happy. I got a System of a Down CD.

A place you can truly dig into. Lots of great records and tchotchke nonsense. I found two records from 50+ years ago that were in shockingly excellent condition for a shockingly reasonable price. Bearded fellow behind the counter was very friendly and gave me an unasked-for discount.

Nice place with plenty of rare treasures such as vinyl records, cds and k7s. There you'll find music from past generations, for a fair price. Worth the try!

Places like this are becoming rare. John Doe has lots and lots of bins of LP records, all manner of collectibles, books, used CDs which are actually worth buying and -- for some reason -- vintage clothing. One of these days I'm going to take a day off from work just to spend here; it would take that long to see everything and it would be worth the effort.

Such a kooky store. Viewing the eclectic mix of vinyl records and other media is like an exhibit unto itself. A great place for record enthusiasts with cheap and high end items.

Unfortunately a lot of the vinyl we looked at had scratches on them. Some of them are in great shape, but it depends on what you're looking for. Just not our favorite shop.

Owner was very rude and only spoke kindly to locals. Then sold us a broken record machine even after turning it on and guaranteeing that it would work. Was actually insulted that we asked if it would work. All records are very over priced as well. Will not be back, very unfortunate.
