The best service that retail can offer. Impeccable store and assortment of home, accessory and clothing. Owners are present and beyond pleasant. Zak is great and went way above helping me load heavy items. I wish I lived closer i would shop weekly. Online updates are a great way to stay in the loop w inventory and new arrivals.

The store was lovely, and I'm sure the owners are as well. However, I was in contact with somebody about purchasing and shipping a chair, and I was ghosted. They said they would follow up and never did, and when I tried to get an update I was ignored. Pretty upset because I would have been understanding if they had just told me they sold the piece to someone else.

Fantastic customer service and excellent merchandising. Michael & Andrew, the owners, have a very high taste level and were kind enough to let me browse & shop after store hours a bit.Also, I am new to the area, and they were quite generous with recommendations.Five gold stars for sure.

There are many stores along Warren street but Finch was dedintely my favorite. The owner, Michael, was amazingly helpful and patient. He answered every question we had and even dealt with us until close. They have wonderful and well-made pieces. You must shop here!
