This place is great! The prices are often a tad lower than surrounding pet stores. If they do not have it, they can order it for you. Very knowledgeable staff about many animals and there needs. My favorite part is outside their front door is a shelf of donated pet food for those in need. Love this, you don't see other stores doing this. The caring atmosphere makes all the difference.

A dog friendly pet store with super helpful staff! We try to support them with as much of our pet shopping as possible, because they are a great community resource. They have a huge stock of supplies and food for all types of domestic pets. They have some treats and foods in bulk, plenty of toys, toiletries/grooming supplies, clothing, crates, gates, leashes/collars/harnesses, and plenty of other cool gadgets. Please note that while they have chicks at certain times of year they do not sell dogs/cats/animals, just the supplies related to owning animals. Highly recommend!

All friendly people in this place. She didn't have what I was looking for but personally ordered it for me. Very knowledgeable When it came to all animals. Oh They also have free dog food and cat food on a shelf next to the door if you ever need. Take one return one when u can.

Really great selection, and was so happy to get help with getting a 40lb bag of bird seed into my car!Update: after discussing a brand of fogbthat the owners themselves use, we switched and all I gotta say is ...WOW! Such a great food. My golden is finally free of skin issues like scabs and he no longer stinks. He just looks and performs like a healthy 4yr old!! Thank you against for taking the time talking to us and help us choose Holistic brand!!

We get our dog and chicken food/supplies here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they care about providing advice appropriate for your animals needs. You can get the same or similar products at big box stores, but you don't get the customer service there like you do at Sutherland's. Shop local. Kudos Sutherland's.

Today I went to Sutherlands, looking for a solution to my elderly dog, not eating. I got a recommendation from the man by the register. I meandered over to the canned dog food section, and while I was browsing, Mandy came over. She was a wealth of information and knew what I was going through. We chatted for about 15 minutes and she made me feel totally comfortable and sold me on a few different items in the store. It was a great experience. What made it great was that Mandy took the time out to come over and chat with me about my dog. She got information from me and gave me pertinent information to help me with my dogs eating issue. I would totally recommend Sutherlands to anybody with a pet!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Many specialized items and food for both cats and dogs and other little critters! Great variety of raw and freeze dried raw pet food as well as over the counter pet pharmaceutical products. Supplies for livestock as well! From chickens to rabbits and everything else in between! Leashes, collars, sweaters, coats, t shirts for your furbabies! I truly love this place!

I feel that every item these folks sell they would kindly feed to their own animals. Their hours are tricky, but if you are looking for high end or specific dog food you can't find in big box stores. Chances are it's here.

Went specifically on a recommendation for Fromm dog food. Very helpful and informative. Plus when my dogs have eaten so many bags I get one Free.They also offer a free shelf outside with pet foods. Which is wonderful for those in need for their furry friends.

I needed help picking out a puppy food from the huge variety and the woman took her time explaining the brands she liked and why and how she rotates the flavors. And she took time to help me pick out durable toys when the previously empty store was suddenly filled with customers. A+
