Experience is always great besides the fact that it's a little bit more costly than other places. Where's all the cashiers at though? Feel like every time I go there's only one. Doesn't matter the time of day. However, it's wheelchair accessible and have awesome customer service.

This Hannaford is beautiful inside!! Nice wide, clean aisles and so many choices! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit higher than the Market 32 store in Fort Edward. Even so, It's really a pleasure to shop here. 🙂

good grocery store, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, store is always stocked with what you need. I prefer Hannaford over Market 32 any day ,the meat especially along with the prices are by far the better of the two grocery stores in our area .

Guy in self checkout named Spencer is super nice, funny and an all around great guy. He remembers faces and greets and talks to everyone like they are an old friend. Very much what everyone in the customer service industry should strive for. Somebody give that kid a raise!!!

Horrible store in Hudson Falls.there is no one physically in the meat department or seafood. when I ask the meat department to break down a package of meat they told me that they were incapable of doing that. this store is atrocious. go anywhere else.

Umm google, which Hannaford location am I writing about? Hannaford is pretty good, usually less expensive than price chopper/mkt 32 or Shaws/Star or their unionized sister stop & shop. But higher than Market Basket or discount store Walmart or limited selection store Aldi.

The store is always clean and stocked. The produce is great, never had a problem before. The meat is fantastic quality. Prices are not as good as say Walmart but they make up for that with quality. The staff are all friendly and you even see managers helping bag groceries as they all work together. The bakery is awesome. Very accommodating and fresh desserts. Sometimes I'll find rarer products here that I cannot find in a large grocery store. There are always cats ready and avaliable by the doors. The bottle redemption area is kept clean and odor free. The pharmacy on the other hand is a joke. Won't even get into that.

Hannaford 3758 Burgoyne Avenue Hudson Falls NY 12839 around 12:32pm today December 7, 2022 with my husband and my 4 year old twin boys. We first went to use bathroom and the store manager along with five other employees where blocking the path to the bathroom. I said excuse me and they all give a look like I’m in the wrong. I then went on shopping after the bathroom break. I only had like 20 minutes to get what we need. so that my husband can get back to work. A female employee came up and told me that there where a lot of customers complaining that the boys are too loud. My response was they are babies they are not screaming they are not being rude to anyone. They are not causing any safety concerns. so what would you like me to do about? She said I already spoke to my manger they can’t have that in the store. I then took my cart up to the front desk. I then got the babies out of the cart and left my stuff right in the cart. so I’m posting this to let the world know that apparently if your kids are to loud and laughing that you are not able to shop must be a law I have never herd off. not everyone can afford to get a babysitter just to get groceries. I called customer complaints. you will never get me to purchase anything from that store advice to those who have children apparently never take your kids shopping at this location

My cashier this morning (Alix or Alex?) absolutely the best. She’s terrific. I’m at hannafords all the time, she really is the best cashier I’ve ever had. Almost made me forget how annoyed I was that you guys are rearranging and I couldnt find anything.

Had what I needed, but I am not from that town. When I asked if there was a store courtesy card to get the discounts on some items I purchased, the cashier just said NO!. Every other store I go to asks if I have a card and when I reply no, they automatically give me the discount. Hmmmmm.....

Hannaford is my place. My local market that excels in deli meat, fresh fish and fresh meat. The help is great and courteous as well as being super hard working. My only complaint is their prices - some weeks I need a second job just to pay for groceries. I really can't complain though - it's a short drive from my home, so, that's helpful. If you get there in the morning you can catch the fresh meat manager's specials before the afternoon crowd gets there.

Cleanliness is never an issue, and the staff has always been very courteous and helpful. The reason I rate it higher is that it feels sub-par with other grocery stores I've gone to, such as Giant Eagle for instance. Prices seem slightly high for some things as well. The parking lot can also be a pain on busy days

Hannaford is my go to place for groceries but right now, I'm on crutches and after I cashed out, I started to fall over and fell into the other check out and none of the 6 employee that I could see offered any assistance at all. This was in April 2023 in the South Glens Falls Hannaford. I was very disappointed and haven't been back since

Wonderful place to shop! Wide selection of items. Butcher takes personalized orders. Meat is always fresh. Great prices . Deli has wide variety of meats and cheeses ,salads ect. Bakery is awesome!

The store was well stocked and well staffed. Not one employee could be bothered to say "Hello" to me. I didn't even need assistance. I was passed by at least 5 employees. They looked right at me. I made a point to say "Hello" and "Excuse me". I am a person. When you are close enough to have to walk around someone and you look them in the eye, try aknowleging their existence.The prices are decent enough.Thr store was clean. I even found what I was looking for. Unfortunately this location never seems to coach customer relations. This location needs work in that respect.

Their Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. They are on top of everything. I don't have to stress about my prescription there right on it first thing in the morning calling telling me it's ready.

Overall I like to Hannaford I don't like him as much as I did Grand Union over it's not a bad place but why do most Hannaford smell like old people it's a very convenient grocery store
