Hopefully corporate is paying attention to these reviews we should be able to give a negative rating. The person that everyone is complaining about is Alicia. She's very rude to everyone and should not be an assistant manager. The last time that I was in there she tried to start trouble with me saying that my boyfriend was dancing naked on the front porch. First of all, I don't control what other people choose to do with their lives. Second, I don't give a damn. Third, if you were so offended by my boyfriends actions why didn't you say something to him?

Good store, clean and will stocked. Paper bags are useless so be sure to bring your own. I barely got to my car and the bag broke.

Sales people were helpful and I appreciate the way they handled my issue, however the company's policies regarding their electronics made a return impossible for an item that did not work. I asked the manager where the return policy was located and it was in small print located almost underneath the cash register where a customer would not easily see it. I am not very happy with the situation and I will be contacting their corporate office.

Close and convenient but the outside of the store always has loads of trash in the parking lot. I've always been treated really nicely by the staff. Wish they would switch up the selection of products more often. But prices are good and hardly ever out of stock.

Was a frequent customer of this location on my way to clients for a long time, most of the staff was really polite. Recently I was told by a short large woman with brown/redish hair (I assume the manager, I’m not sure) that me and my friends weren’t allowed to come back to the store because we supposedly stole a pack of gum the day before, mind you I thought she was joking at first. When she walked up to the counter that I was being currently rang out at she confronted me and made the accusation publicly in front of everyone else in the store, saying that they caught us on camera stealing. Now the interesting part is, when I asked if I could see the footage because I knew that none of us would stoop low enough to steal anything, especially a $3 pack of gum, she refused and said she was gonna wait for a police officer. I don’t know who would be stupid enough to steal from a store they regularly patronize on an almost daily basis but if that’s how customers are treated then I wouldn’t really want to continue going there, not that I have much of a choice anymore. Worth noting but not completely on topic, I have my own internet-based business and I’m not exactly struggling. If I chewed gum and actually wanted a pack of gum I would’ve bought it like I do everything else. Not to mention the fact that the doors have alarms for items that haven’t been checked out honestly makes me think she’s just taking her own issues out on the customers and the only reason I’m writing this review is I’ve heard it from several others that a woman with her description is the reason they no longer shop there anymore. All with different reasons but mine in particular is honestly ridiculous.

A nice store a little bit of everything there. Price's are reasonable and definately a place to check out for the whole family. Staff was very pleasant too. Happy Shopping you all.

I have been a costumer in this store for a while and it was ok but last times that we have buy anything in there food wise it just taste like the back room they keep their merchandise and when I say food is all the food Family Gourmet brand or just the leader brand it does not matter ,even the rice after cook and it's really disgusting, plus last time when we shop we were walking home we live in Fort Edward so we ask for big bags and this woman told us she just have a few left,we could see the bags behind her and we need it them so... if those bags aren't for the costumers that need them, then for who?

Advertised 15 - 10 oz water, for a dollar fifty each. Went to two stores, neither store had the water. Very bad advertisement won't go to the stores again.

I go to family Dollar for close ; cleaning splys and som time for their prices and their clearance sales
