WOW! The staff at this location is AMAZING!! They all take pride in their job! DANA is remarkable! I have never had someone who was so welcoming, so knowledgeable and so patient. This is my first dog and she made sure she took her time to explain everything to me, look up the prices, and had so many recommendations!! Dana is truly an asset to this company! PROMOTE HER PLEASE! I am so taken away by her service! The best $300+ i spent and I’m happy I spent it here with Dana.

I took my dog for training with Adriana R, and I have to say that it was the most wonderful experience that I ever had, not only with my Dog but my son was always looking forward for the dog training session with Adriana. When I decided to sign up for classes my dog was having some behavioral issues, by the 4 session with Adriana it was like if my dog was a new dog, my dog became really confident, friendly not afraid of taking walks, he learn new tricks, and I love the way that Adriana managed to involve all my family members in each session. My son even got inspired by Adriana he always said that Adriana is his favorite trainer 💙💙❤️❤️Adriana is a great leader and I can definitely see her doing big things and changing everyone's life by providing the best Dog training,,,Thank you so much Adriana,, Iam so happy that I was able to find you in Petco,,will definitely recommend the session with Adriana,,💙❤️❤️❤️from Milo and Matthew's family❤️💙💙💙

We brought our puppy Dewey here for training with Adriana - she’s awesome and we’d highly recommend her classes! We love that she tailors the lesson plans based on Deweys specific needs and adds new things to the agenda at the proper pace based on how he's progressing. She is extremely knowledgeable and always there to answer our questions. After completing our 4 private lessons today, we signed Dewey up for 6 more group sessions with Adriana and other dogs. We’re excited to see how much more he’ll learn and improve in the coming weeks. 😁👍🏻

The woman at the counter was very helpful and informed me about the type of litter I should be using for my kitten such as non scented. Very informed and professional. I really appreciated the help and information she went as far as getting the litter that was of better quality.

Very very bad customer service, winjing or whatever her name is, went into to the store to make a few purchases for my kitty, and upon cashing out, I gave her my number and coupon hoping she would say “You got 10% off your purchases never heard a word from her, upon asking her she got mad and threw the bag and walk off the cashier with a stink and nasty attitude. Saying she's going on a break. She needs to be fired or something, this is my second incident with this girl. She needs to learn customer service or go back into training, very very poor service.

The stores I have been in are a result of the Corporate office in San Diego, California. Just plain bad. I called into Customer Service.... they need to re-learn the dictionary definition. Zero call back 72 hours in, after a "we will call you back in 24 hours" promise. Need I say more?

I purchased a baby bearded dragon and 4 days later I noticed his left eye shut for most of the time. He would open when he felt like it. Please don’t buy any reptiles from this location they are selling sick animals.

Shopped in the Howard beach store today. Bought 34 cans of friskies shredded cat food. Was told unfortunately there were no bags but I can purchase a bag for 4.99. First of all 4.99 for 1bag was outrageous. It was not the customers fault that there ordering department does not keep up! I don't feel after spending 30 dollars I should have to shell out another 5 dollars for 1 bag! To carry all those cans.

I went there today and wanted to buy one goldfish for $0.47 and this young boy refused to sell it to me even tho I had a 5 gallon tank. I asked him if he was a fish expert and he said no that he has no idea about fish’s but he’s just saying what he think he knows. I’ve been coming here for years and never had anyone refused to sell me a goldfish! Never coming here again.

Had worst Experience ever Today at Petco I went to return something it was one day passed the due date I wasn’t in town I got back because the sweater didn’t fit the dog and the manager told me the policy is 30 days one day past due date and I wasn’t in town horrible worst ever I will never go back to that store again thank you so much for being so nice to me Petco I spent so much money in this store food for my dog, the cat, my mother‘s dog and what a great manager today that was there. Oh, we can’t except the return because it’s one day past the due date.

I took my family last night wanted to get some allergy eaters for my tankI ask a young man for some help I told him what I wanted he thanked me ask why do I want 6 if I knows how big they get I said yes I would like 6 however he refused to sell me the fish’s I ask for the manager they spoke she came and kinda make an effort to help me only to say ohh we don’t have them my self and my kids was very disappointed because I’m a valued customer that pays for the monthly subscription but I will be cutting that off today and no longer shopping at Petco 🙏

Hello I have a friend that went into Petco today for an interview. It was at the 157-20 crossbay blvd location. The woman in charge of the interviews told him that she wasn’t doing the interview anymore because he was 6 minutes late. This was a black woman. I believe that this is severely unethical behaviour annd super unfair ….. and this was very traumatising on my Friend because he has a sick mother he needs to take care of. I do not believe that this woman should be doing interviews. She’s deserves to be fired because it’s no telling how many more people she has done this to. We live NYC and the taxes are insane. We all just tryna make a decent living and take care of our families. How are we supposed to do that if we have people like her in charge of interviews? I do not want this to happen to anyone else

I went to the Petco on crossbay blvd and there was a guy name armando very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to a customers. He didn’t want to sell anything to me. Anything that I ask him he would say no I can’t sell it to you. I asked him for his name and he would not tell because he knows what he is doing behaving rudely with customers. Very disrespectful. I won’t be going to this petco from now on.

This petco is very unprofessional we had to wait 45 minutes to get two fishes and when ARMANDO finally came I wanted a certain amount of fishes and he was telling me about some stupid policy on how much fish he can sell me and blah blah blah. I’ve bought more than two fishes at once before from that exact pet I they are very slow and unprofessional. Service sucks and ARMANDO SUCKS!

Was really pleased with the level of customer service at this location. The cashier was very knowledgeable about care for young kittens and offered feeding instructions for bottle feeding the 7 week old kittens I had recently rehomed. I didn't catch the cashier's name, but she mentioned she had cat(s) as well so her guidance was very much appreciated! The store itself had exactly what I needed and it was easy to find.
