We just moved back to the area and today(8/15/23)was my first visit to this store. Nice and big Walmart, I only went to Auto Center for an oil change and tire rotation with everything going great.

Watched an employee almost walk into a customer, and another time almost into a fellow staff member all because they had their attention and focus into their phone. Quite funny actually, started getting my phone ready to capture on video when I see employees staring into their devices...

If I could rate o stars i would. I've been a loyal customer for years. Spend hundreds of my hard earned money every month. I ordered a delivery order, which was mainly stuff for Easter dinner, and a few other items as well. The delivery was Saturday morning, the day before Easter. Half of my order was missing- everything that was cold, or refrigerated, was missing. Including our Easter ham. I contacted walmart and they told me the only option I had was a refund. They would not call the store (apparently i wasnt speaking to someone from the specific store i had ordered from) to see if the items were still there or what had happened. They wouldn't issue me a store credit or have the items repacked so I could pick them up. REFUND ONLY. which wpuld have been ok, and has happened many times and I was ok with that, but this time it was our Easter dinner and a refund takes days to process. I had no other money to go and REbuy the items with. I explained this to the Walmart rep and he was very very rude and was literally laughing at me while I was crying, explaining the situation I was now in, due to Walmart messing up. He talked over me, and told me he was giving me one last chance to take the refund. THIS MAN IS A SUPERVISOR, and I'll tell u the way he treated me was more upsetting to me than the fact that I now had no Easter dinner and no money to go buy more.I thought Walmart was all about good customer service? The fact that Walmart is allowing this man to represent them is disturbing and I'm sure I can't b the only person that man has treated to badly. I did not feel heard, or valued, or appreciated, or helped. Quite the opposite! Walmart, how much do you pay this employee of yours? Because it seems to me that he's being paid to chase your business away. I have a completely different feeling about Walmart, than I did before this happened and I'll tell u that I will look into other options before I spend my money at Walmart. I am 47 years old and I have NEVER been treated like that, as a customer. Walmart did not care the least bit that they had ruined my Easter dinner. All they had to do was replace the items- I even said I'd go pick them up. Nope. They would not and wouldn't budge. Never tried to find a way to make it right- and this was THEIR DOING. FOR THAT REASON ALONE, THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THE EFFORT TO REPLACE MY ITEMS. I work my butt off and I have a big problem with spending my paycheck at a business who not only doesn't care, but refuses to make any effort in correcting their mistake. I will share this experience as often as I can because Walmart was wayyyy out of line and could have made it right, but was determined not to do so for a loyal customer who needed them to do the right thing in a big way. They threw me under the bus... and then ran me over (figuratively speaking of course).

I was in this Walmart today and I found a phone and an eye glasses case sitting atop of the bubble gum machine near the pharmacy entrance, and I simply turned it in because I would want someone to do the same thing for me if I had lost my things. I was waiting there for my wife to get out of the restroom and for almost five minutes no one came to claim it so I respectfully turned it in. A gentleman proceeded to come near the bubblegum machine in a Walmart uniform and got really angry when his phone wasn’t there. He proceeded to state” you turned it in didn’t you” I said yes sir I did, I didn’t want anyone to take it. Well he then proceeded to snatch his bag from under the machines which I didn’t see, but is irrelevant and give me a really nasty and stark attitude. The reasoning of his attitude is because that was and is indeed his work phone and could get written up for it. Walmart swears by their friendly pricing and friendly smiling employees when in all reality you’re hiring jerks who are miserable and don’t like their jobs. Walmart in Horseheads will not get anymore of my services, considering this isn’t the first run in I have had with a miserable and angry employee. DO BETTER WALMART 🖤

Totally surprised by the low prices for some items I was looking for, and some I just happened upon. I must be getting used to the inflated prices when I use amazon. The check-out clerk was personable and efficient.

Ordered baby food from this Walmart for delivery tried getting ahold of customer service and was told I couldn’t be refunded. So I spent 20 dollars for most of them to be broken. Tried contacting and the horseheads ny Walmart no answer. Pretty pissed won’t be ordering from here again . Was told I’d have to drive over 2hrs to get a new one. When it was THEIR mistake not mine.

Shopped there today. One item I paid for did not make it back into my cart at checkout. I cannot get back there today so I decided to call to alert them. No answer. Multiple calls, just rings and rings. Last try it rang for 10 minutes. Called Walmart central. They tried calling and all it did was ring. There solution was for me to go back today, which is impossible.

Walmart has become my store for all! I not only use their delivery service for groceries and many personal items thru Walmart + when I get to go there like yesterday and the workers are all about customer service and knowing their store and locations of all things which equals great customer service

Best circus in town. If your looking for a great show go to this Walmart. They have everything you need food, drinks, and a show. What more could you ask for. And please wear your PJs. We don't want to make the others feel uncomfortable!

I will like to share this appreciation to Walmart for having provided a designated space for us over the road Truck drivers to park and go shopping 🛍 I don't see that in a lot of Walmart we are like every average shoppers but on the move all the time

Its alright, it's Walmart. I do love their delivery service. If your a plus member (its not too expensive), you get free shipping, and you can shop online black Friday deals earlier than in store.

The super center is great for finding just about anything you need . Fair prices . They should have more cashers open , sometimes the wait to check out can be lengthy . This time of year especially . I bought my son a winter coat for only 21$ , that is cheaper than most places.

I waited 45 min for a 4 item pick up order the mgr should have came to my car the only way I got was to get out of my car and wave down Payton he was kind and re did my order. I am from West Virginia and never has my walmarts let me down. I do expect to be contacted

2 of the pickers (inside shoppers) were extremely RUDE to a gentleman who needed a fish tank. He was in a motorized scooter and they would NOT help lift it into his cart!! I put it in the cart for him but after thinking a bit I had him put everything back and i went somewhere else and got him what he needed and told him not to spend a dime there!!! I don't have much myself but i WILL NOT sit by and watch someone (especially disabled) be treated like that!!! Walmart should be ashamed!!!

Most of the time when I go to your store I get anxiety attacks there is so many issues I have with Walmart there ain't enough room for me to continue writing I wish there was an alternative place to go shopping other than going to your stores

It's Walmart. This is one of locations that has NOT had the reset. They have dozens of actual cashiers, with the limited self serve. I actually prefer this setup.
