This review is strictly from my experience at the dog wash. The staff were great and accommodating. Unfortunately upon entering the dog wash in store it was nothing like what is advertised. My poor dogs had a cold bath for at least 2 mintues as the water warmed up. It charges for that time. There was very little to no shampoo being dispensed from the hose and no conditioner. No dog clippers of any kind... Only slicker brushes. No dog grooming table. I was pretty disappointed that it was so drastically far from what tractor supply advertised on the website. Thankfully the cashier was apologetic and did not charge me for the bath.

I requested help from an employee Anthony G. who seemed busy at the time. He dropped everything to help me. Anthony went above and beyond to help me locate items that I was unfamiliar with. When finished with shopping, he then was my cashier and rung me out. Afterwards, Anthony helped me load my vehicle with heavy items. This place is awesome! I am a DIY kinda guy who also has 3 dogs. I only buy things that are highly rated for both my projects, and my pups, and after spending two days researching a product online, I can usually find it there. For the few things I haven't been sure about, the staff is extremely friendly and super knowledgeable.

I took my kitten in to the walk-in wellness clinic in the Horseheads Tractor Supply. While there we saw Dr. Artero and her Vet Tech, they were both super nice and very informative. They were also able to do everything we needed to get “Wofie” up to date with his shots and what not. Thank you! We will be going back for sure. Wolfie was very pleased with how gentle they were.

For some reason they had no k87 carhartt 4xl t- shirts. I go I've to buy them every spring but hardly no bud sizes at all. Big guys like those shirts but none to be had!!

Horseheads! Shift leader (Tiffany)is very unprofessional. Went in there today, usually never have a problem. Talking about coworkers and given petty looks when they walk away to do something. Childish go back to high school. I see why this place is always hogging. If you don’t fit in with their “clicks” they make it miserable. Is not professional in any setting. Never a problem with Chrissy or any other manager

Most items are organized and reasonably priced… however, an entire display section lacks shelf or individual price tags/labeling. Otherwise the store is clean with pleasant associates.

Great place to get curbside pickup of supplies for my livestock. Very friendly, fast and helpful staff.Sometimes have to order items online since this is a smaller store.I’ve gotten some great bargains here when items were leaving TSC’s inventory, hopefully in the future they will expand.Got my favorite sturdy, well-built coop with run, $$$ off.

Nice place, nice people. I love how they keep some of the shelter animals in there for adoption! Their feed prices for agricultural animals are a little high, wish they would carry things in bulk. They have cute gifts for Christmas and any occasion gifts. I also love when they sell the ducks and chicks. I always end up buying them!

I like the place but because the season change they think no one grills in the colder season well there wrong pellet smokers grill all year round. So I guess I'll have to shop elsewhere. Oh I let my grill friends know they don't stock for us dedicated grillers

Ordered on line and picked up at store, very convenient. Price was cheaper on line than was posted in store so well worth it. I did still walk around the store and picked up a few other items. Service desk employee even carried my purchase out to my truck, he was so helpful and very pleasant young man.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and I always go in for one thing and come out with extra items because they have so much great stuff. Quality tools, pet supplies, fun gadgets that you just have to try AND this time of year you can visit the chicks and ducklings they have for sale - so fluffy and cute. Today I needed 100ft of basic light-duty fencing and they had every height in stock but the one I need. I took a photo of the tag w/the item # from the shelf, brought it to the cust service desk, and the lady said that they didn't have any more in the store but she could order it for me. She placed the order and set it to ship to my home. When I asked how much the shipping would be, she said she had waived it (it would have been $63 to ship). Excellent service!

This place is basically my candy store. Selection is outstanding, and the quality of most of the products is exactly what you pay for, professional quality. Staff was very nice and helpful and enjoy every second I spend in the store, not to mention the products online are great to browse as well. If I ever need tools, work equipment or replacement parts I know exactly where to go.

Great people work here! They actually said hello. They even asked how I was doing! I bought 40 lbs of sunflower here. The birds just love it! I enjoy watching the variety if birds that come to my feeders. Keep up the good customer relationship Tractor Supply!

They seemed well stocked for the average customer, but they didn't have the security torx bits or the size of hose clamp that I'd been looking for. They're rather overpriced on what they do have, as well. I would certainly recommend Home Depot or Lowe's if you're looking for tools or hardware.

This place is ok. They have alot of useful stuff. Kinda pricey on some of it. But this location got a extra star rating due to their excellent employees. Very knowledgeable and helpful folks.
