Just upgraded to the new iPhone 15Pro through T-Mobile. I have been with them for about 4 years and have never been disappointed until last night. I won’t go into all the details about what went wrong. I will say my daughter & I were there for over 2 hours (😳) and left with things still not being correct. Went back this morning and Whitney and Caleb were AWESOME! They pretty much undid everything that was done last night…started from scratch…had us out of there within a half hour-45 minutes tops and EVERYTHING went smoothly and EVERYTHING works! Highly, highly recommend them. 😊

it's definitely hit or miss, and mostly miss. they're all very young, digital natives but lack any specific, formal training whatsoever. if you get a good one who actually knows a little about what they're supposed to be doing, and has any sense of customer service, consider yourself very very lucky. most of them just finger around with your phone with a who-cares attitude and might or might not eventually figure out how to help you. I ended up having to make two trips IN PERSON just to move data from my samsung cloud backup to my new phone. Absolutely disgraceful!!

Joey was VERY helpful! He stayed over just to finish transferring phone and he has amazing customer service skills. He spoke to us on a personal level which was very welcoming and made us feel like we weren't a bother keeping him here after hours.

Was here two weeks ago to switch carriers. The young guy was mostly concerned about making sure that he could close on time since I walked in 45min before closingI was a Verizon customer for over 25yrs previous but they finally ticked me off enough to make me switch. T-Mobile is definitely cheaper as my bill dropped $39/month BUT I’ve had more dropped calls in the last two weeks that I had in the last year with Verizon so they have the better network. I guess for $500/yr I can put up with that

Ben and Lucas are absolutely the BEST!!! Customer service 1000%. Ben was on the phone trying to get a phone switched from Boost to T Mobile for over an hour and a half! I would have "lost it" long before that! While on the phone they were bouncing ideas off each other to try and make it happen for me. Thanks again, it was GREATLY appreciated. I must say..I have not seen customer service to that level in a very long time..you ROCK!!

Inside the Arnot Mall. The staff trys to be helpful when we have issues or get new phone. I am not necessarily confident of there abilities as I've had to help them a few times. The one (blonde) girl who has been there for a while is very rude, not helpful, insulted my wife at one visit, and if she smiles it's because someone must have just kicked a dog! That being said, the young gentleman I just talked to (maybe Nick) was super friendly and helpful so...

Nathan should be seriously commended for his over the top customer service. On a busy afternoon he helped us through switching from ATT to T-Mobile. For reasons completely out of his control, it was a tangled mess. ATT was not letting us go easily. During this two hour slog, he kept our spirits up and managed to direct and help several other customers while we were busy doing our parts. He got us through the hurdles, got us a great deal, and made sure we were completely taken care of with our switch. I can’t recommend him enough and am very happy with our switch to T-Mobile.

I was very happy with the service i received at the T-mobile store at the Arnot Mall. Shelby and her team were a delight to work with and she was able to solve an ongoing issue for me. She had the problem solved faster then she had guessed it would take and had me on my way to use my new device. Shout out to Doug the regional manager, a really nice guy to talk to. Thank you Shelby.

They really do a lot of great job in the store putting every effort to make customer get their phone.I had lot of problems just getting a phone upgrade, which is weired but it happens. I was stuck because of AT& T had messed up with my account and I was no where. But thanks to Ashley, Grant and Dylon working on this store made my Work easier and I had finally got phone. Their team work is superb. Wish you guys best ahead.

Update:Thank you Ashley for providing me with assistance over the phone. I am glad we were able to clear up the confusion from the previous day.Made an appointment online. Got to the store and they didn't have a clue what my husband was talking about. Instead of showing him the different phones and explaining the plans, the woman wrote everything down on a piece of paper and handed it to him. He said she treated him as though he was just a waste of time. Shame on you Sprint lady. You just lost a good sale.

I went to see about getting a plan with T Mobile after having Verizon for 20 years and the gate was halfway closed . I was informed that the customer in the store had been there for 2 hours and they actually closed at 7. The internet says they close at 8. Update the hours so people don't waste there time. I was told they close at 7 now due to having no workers . I guess maybe T mobile isn't the way to go

By far the service i've ever received from a carrier store. I went in the store knowing next to nothing about what to do about my own cell plan. Grant Morell gave the best service and customer experience i could ever hope for. He brilliantly shared his knowledge and reeled in a long term customer.

Sprint has terrible service in our area. I changed from Verizon to Sprint hoping they had better customer service and it was a terrible idea. I have a job that requires me to use my cell phone constantly and it only worked about 25% of the time. When I brought this issue up to customer service and let them know I had to drop their service, they notified me that I would have to pay $800+ to get out of the contract!!! My issue persisted throughout the entire time that I was using Sprint. They should not be able to have stores in an area that they cannot provide adequate service. Prior to Sprint, I used Verizon, afterward I signed up with AT&T, I would recommend either of over Sprint any day.
