Um. What is wrong with this place? Let me tell you a little story. I pull up to the drive-thru and am met with a sign that says "drive thru closed due to staffing. Come inside."Okay?? So, I come inside and half the pharmacy staff is masked up, and the other half not, meanwhile, there's hacking coming from the pharmacy (didn't bother to find out whether it was someone in a mask or not.) Suddenly it occurs to me, wait a minute, if the reason you're under staffed is because people are out sick, how is bringing every customer into your store helping stop the spread of viruses? Ummm wouldn't it make much better sense to keep everyone safe by having just your drive thru open, and not the counter inside??? I would feel a phuck of a lot safer if I was in the comfort of my own car where only my germs are. Because not only am I inhaling the germs of all of the sick folks behind the counter, but now I'm inhaling the germs of every sick person you're making come in here. Definitely going to change pharmacies after this. This is insane. Who in your employ thought this would be a good idea? Hint: It wasn't.

I called to have my script switched from a different rite aid. Because the one I was using closes at 5. I work in a dr office that’s open till 5. So not possible for me to pick up my thyroid medicine. I basically got told their pharmacy is a mess right now and they can’t guarantee it’ll get filled anytime soon… Seriously?! Not going to bother going through rite aid anymore seeing as I can’t even get my meds.

Terrible service every time I go to this pharmacy. I sat at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes yesterday and didn’t even get acknowledged. I will have my scripts sent elsewhere.

Always came here when my doctor prescribes me something 2 month later I return for a meds that I really needed. Gave them my name and they tell me they don't have my order but some how they turn around and tell me they can’t give me my meds without my insurance which it should been on file I been with this place for 6yrs with the same insurance but all sudden I’m not in the computer, didn’t have it on me at the time so I told her I’ll just pay out of pocket because I really needed it and she refused even after I offer her my ID card. Not coming back here after all this situation and end up at the urgent care that night so I had them send it to CVS now. They need better training or something never had a problem till now.

My family and I have found this Rite Aid to be very helpful, informative, and service-oriented. The pharmacists do a great job and go out of their way to help in any way that they can. The techs are friendly, yet professional. They often call us by name. Will, one of the techs, recently gave me a small gift for my birthday. Down home, but still first class. We are very pleased with the level and quality of service that this Rite Aid provides.

Love their Pharmacy! I specifically drive to this Rite Aid because their staff is knowledgeable and time efficient. The Pharmacy techs are always friendly and willing to answer any and all of my questions! The store is always clean and well stocked, I will continue to frequent this Rite Aid in the future.

4 times, in the last year, my medications have not been ready, when they said they would be ready. I talked to the pharmacy about this 6 months ago and since, its been corrected. Today my meds were not ready again. I am tired of taking extra time to come back to the store, to get the medication I need. Another pharmacy will be getting my business now.

The staff at this location is top notch! They do everything in their power to get scripts filled in a timely and professional manner. Having sciatica, two knee surgeries and a shoulder clean up, I’ve had numerous interactions with the staff at the Grand Central Avenue location. I see them monthly for blood pressure meds as well. Everyone in the pharmacy is exceptional and I can’t say enough good about them. The front of the store however... rarely has anyone behind the counter and I think management makes them constantly go from isle to isle to stock shelves. Honestly... they’re not busy enough to warrant making customers wait for someone to notice them and then make their way to the register. The front needs work. The pharmacy... professional and friendly. 5 stars to them. Maybe two to the front of the store, if that. The staff are friendly though, so that helps.

The pharmacist and staff work very hard and go out of their way to get everyone's medicine to them in a very timely fashion. I was at another pharmacy before bringing my prescriptions here and am very pleased with the service provided by this staff.Thank you to each and everyone of you.

Every place will tell you that they love their customers. This team means it. I've seen their hearts break personally when they find that one of "their people" has passed on. Compassionate, kind and caring from the pharmacist, to management, techs and cashiers. They will always be my pharmacy.

Pi king up a phoned in refill prescription. Picked up @ 8:25 AM and NO waiting in line! In and out quickly. Pleasant Pharmacy Technician Cathy waited on me! Kind, quick, courteous! Made for a great shopping experience!

Very clean and stocked store. I was visiting this store from out of town bc I needed a few things. I walked in, and the store was so refreshing to walk into. So clean, and the associates were very pleasant. Keep up the good work

The manager Tammy tried attempted to steal $25 dollars from me by pretending that the ticket was not a winner.. when confronted a few mins later about it she scanned the ticket again and the machine said paid out. When questioned about that. She all of a sudden acted like the machine was wrong but then pulled the paid out receipt from under the cash drawer and did a payout from the drawer... Sorry Tammy I'm not the dumb one.. you got caught and corporate has been called.

Most expensive place out there for medications. You also get bogged down with loads of unwanted paperwork. Time for Rite Aid to reduce their prices and go paperless!

Clean store. Employee Nick was extremely rude when I was checking out when I asked why something did not ring up right, he said you do not have a loyalty card sorry I have other customers in line. I was so shocked I left but this is horrible customer service, disappointed.
