I was impressed by the size of the store and the selection.I did struggle with the flickering lights in the ceiling all around the outer walls of the storeI also found it slightly frustrating that multiple items (at least that I was interested in) were not actually priced. There were no stickers and no signage indicating how much things were so I ended up having to ask the cashier.

Watch your credit card statements. They’ll sign you up for their Back Stage Pass membership, even if you decline, for $11.99 a month. Then when you call their customer service to complain, they give you lots of attitude about it.PAY WITH CASH, or better yet don’t buy anything there at all.

One of very few FYE Stores I will shop at. FYE was a great music, video store with a few extras to make it better. Now, most FYE stores are more about b s. memorabilia...Fortunately, the Arnot Mall FYE is still the great old way!! They offer music of all types on CD, and the have DVD & Blu-Ray movies, TV series... along with t-shirts, different candy, some memorabilia....Don't change a thing!!

I love FYE, it's 1 of my Favorite stores in the Arnot Mall!! I get most of my 📀 & 💿 there!! If they don't have a copy of it, I always order it.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Pretty good selection. However, they didn't have Marshall Mathers lp2 special edition.. So I ordered it through them, and they couldn't get it for me. Aside from that, great store. Love the fan memorabilia. From KISS to Super Mario Bros. And everything in between

I came in with my 9 months old nephew sleeping in his stroller bc my sister went to bath and body And they were so amazing about letting me set my sister and mines bags up front and keeping an eye on them while I slowly shopped as I waited for my sister to catch up. The woman there that day also had great energy and was truly interested in the products sold in the store

Great selection of movies, music and merchandise. Has a wide assortment of all sorts of entertainment including games and comics. Have new and used products. The staff are sometimes hit or miss. They are either amazing or horrible.

Used to love this store for my music and stuff. I know a lot fo stuff is digital now so there's is less stuff. But it's more shirts and accessories and stuff like that. Not really what I remembered. Prices seemed a bit high on new stuff. The used stuff wasn't too bad tho.

First of all, one of the coolest stores still around, and the assistant manager is so sweet and down to earth. Great place to shop for all your comicbook, music, and movie memorabilia.

I love the geeky merchandise at FYE. They have so many wonderful things for fans of pretty much any show (more mainstream ones). The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the prices. I wish they were a few bucks lower, but I always keep an eye out for sales!

Large location with lots of everything, but sadly the music and movie selection has really dwindled down and the store seems more focused on collectibles and t shirts. Prices can be too high on stuff, so that takes away the 5th star

Definitely a personal favorite of mine. All the variety of movies and music, along side plenty of pop culture collectibles. Whether it's classic or very recent, you'll find it here at FYE. Wish they would expand the franchise my way again

Fun, friendly staff here. Lot's of really neat collectors items to browse. My 16 year old son loves this place. They have everything from baby yoda Ramen bowls with chopsticks, to Japanese candy to carebear socks and funko pops. A really fun place to shop!

This store is messy and the staff are consistently (for several years) unpleasant and lacking in knowledge of the products they represent. On one visit I asked for a particular new release on vinyl. The sales person looked at me blankly and said they didn't know who the artist was... I later found the album on a special display! Every time I go in the store I leave disgusted with myself for even giving them another try. I'll go to Hot Topic or online for my pop culture products... And Amazon for my music.

FYE used to be a really great store for DVDs CDs and everything. But as of late they're going more towards the internet like most everything else is which in my case I think is not right. I think they should keep the store open as it was. And offer more DVDs like they used to or blu-rays as their call now.

Would rate it less if it was an option. Completely new staff I've never seen before. Had to go to three different people to one nice enough to help me find a movie. At register acted like they were being put out to wait on us.

FYE, in the Arnott mall is a great place to shop for many different videos, cd's, even some tee shirts. They were so very helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. What a great time we had finding, our movie's. The employees made it a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Store has a good variety of nick nacks and novelties, as well as, the expected variety of CD's. As a finer note, they have a large selection of modern vinyl. Friendly staff was also a nice plus.

Neat store, lots of pop culture stuff. Everything from Captain Planet to Rick & Morty. Can't imagine too many folks are still buying DVDs and whatnot but it's really cool to browse through all the novelty merchandise.

Very helpful employees they are all friendly clean place to shop and a huge variety of movies music records and misc items I could spend hours going down aisles several times to see if maybe I missed something they offer ship to your home movies if they don't have it in store that is go check this one stop shop out you won't regret it :)

It's great to have such a versatile store available. As a movie collector with over 1500 movies. It's great to find hidden gems in FYE. Staff is usually very helpful.

Could use a better selection of 4k movies, but the prices are pretty good. They need to fix the security system, everytime we go there the security alarm goes off almost everytime someone leaves the store. Very anoying.

It's better than your average entertainment store. In the days of Spotify it's nice to still see stores around that sell CDs let alone record. You'll also find posters, movie memorabilia, DVDs, tv seasons, video games and audio equipment. All for a fair competitive price.

I went in to buy a simple cd. The counter girl was rambling on for minutes about signing up for some membership and how much i can save blah blah blah. I declined. I only wanted to purchase a cd. A month later i have a $11.99 charge from my bank account for FYE backstage membership. I never signed up never wanted this and the girl took it upon herself to sign me up. Ill never buy anything from this store. Just a big scam.

Decent to look around and get gift ideas, but very seldom is anything worth buying, the prices are way too high. It seems like it's only a matter of time before FYE goes under.
