The new store layout is kind of weird. You can find some cool stuff here at decent prices...like any "dollar store" type place, quality can be iffy. You can find "name" brands here at competitive prices. A better organized store would be a positive, but it's still ok.

Found out they are under new management. This place has definitely improved and is so much clearer but the self checkout isn’t self checkout which is awkward. But friendly service!!!

Store made major changes in product floorplan layout; which, was confusing and irritating.! Also, there was an overwhelming smell of perfume mixed with incense making it hard to breathe. The scents irritated my eyes, nose and allergies(which I haven't had in 20 years)!

Feels a lot like false advertising when they price things above $5. Many items are cheap and break easy. A lot of things can be bought at other stores cheaper and better quality. The size you see online is definitely misleading. If you order online be careful.

Nice store, however, like many stores, they're resorting to self checkouts. There were 4 associates literally standing there, arms folded, and we had to self checkout. Sorry five below, but no choice for checkouts?

Love this store, haven't been there in over a year. Great store for last minute items for holidays, birthdays, special occasions.Prices reasonable even with inflation, very well stocked, staff were welcoming and helpful.

Always lots of stuff when I go there. Staff could use an overhaul, I don't think I've ever dealt with a nice or pleasant employee there which is sad. I think they should also find a larger store, they need more room.

As soon as you walk thrue the door ties a display right in middle of the floor differnt items some name brand even the mixuer toy and gadgets. games dolls some tools they got a littel bit of everything for one and the prices will make you want to buy. .. You will go mad isane you will be caught in a spending spree so beware of five below

You can make out like a bandit at Five Below! The store is always clean and staff are always keeping shelves stocked and neat. The kids love the bargains and get their moneys worth!

4.5 ⭐ This store in particular is pretty darn good considering the area. It has some pretty cool stuff to offer and the staff is always so nice. Given how many people go in and touch stuff, play with it, then set it down elsewhere, it is very organized and clean in there. I wish they had more Rick & Morty things available, but that is just my thing haha. Not everything is 5 dollars and lower but it works out. Ps.. don't buy any of the balls there.. Walmart is right down the street and has them cheaper and better quality. But if you don't plan on going to Walmart then you might as well get them at 5 below.They still get 5 stars though. Nobody is perfect! They gotta make money somehow. :)

We took our 8yr old grandson out for his birthday: a Cracker Barrel breakfast and a gift of his choosing from Five Below. He loved the store and enjoyed picking something for himself. Super reasonable pricing, very colorful store and upbeat music made for a sweet visit!

Lots of cool items and trinkets to explore. However, leaving with a small bill is difficult as priced add up as most items are $5.
