I go to this location every day and no matter what time of day, I always wait in line for 10-15 minutes as there always seems to be one check out person and a line of people. I always see other staff walk by and even the manager and no one stops to help or open another register to check people out. Everyone just walks right past the line like it isn't there. The nice old lady at the checkout is amazing but none of the other workers seem to care that she routinely handles lines of people without any help. A gas station business should not take 15 minutes to buy a cup of coffee.

I have stopped twice this week to get gas, And both times I was not told by an employee that the Button that you push back so that you don’t have to hold the pump to get gas is not working it does not matter how full your car gets. It does not stop the gas from coming out!!!!!! So not only have I lost over $10 this week, but GAS IS ALL OVER THE PARKING LOT! This is totally ridiculous to me and upsetting!!! I’m truly hoping that the employee that I voiced this to tonight put a sign up on the pump as he said he was going to! Be Cautious when pumping gas! RT 13 in Horseheads store.

Really nice and welcoming place . I had stopped in 6am on this cold morning . Freshly made wraps and sandwiches in house ! Nice people- Josh, Moris and Matthew were really nice and I wanted to thank them .Merry Christmas all

Largest damn egg salad sandwich I've ever had. So good. The price was good and service was quick. Bathroom was clean as well the whole store. Out door and indoor seating.

Usually get decent food from the byrne dairy I work 3rd shift I stopped this morning after work spent 15 dollars for 3 slices of breakfast stromboli... Super disappointed they were rock hard and hollow as if they were sitting for a very long time. Not impressed for as much money that it costs for a slice.

They are disgusting! Yes, the just remodeled the bathroom, however I got cold coffee! The prices are not up to par, which is what you'd expect from a gas station. The only thing that keeps it from a 1 star rating is the fact that we've been here before and it was good.

Pay inside for your gas unless you want your card info stolen!! This gas station has had skimmers soo many times!! Maybe if they took proper measures, they wouldn't have the issue repetitively.

The most nasty bathroom I have ever seen and my wife said hers was just as bad. It was so bad for her that she did the hover. The two girls didn't seem to care about there job, just there personal life.

Heather and I had the most caring General Manager making our sandwiches today. He was the best of the best. The staff in this store is AWESOME!!!!

Was in there tonight and ordered a sandwich the lady behind the counter told me she couldn’t do one of the other people there told her they could do it the lady proceeded to make me the sandwich the way she wanted not the way her coworker told her too I would not recommend going there till they get better help.
