Wegmans is a beautiful grocery store lots of items to offer customers. The online ordering in store is below satisfactory.The shoppers in the store Don't communicate well me with in regards to my order. They replace items in my shopping cart without my consent and give me milk 2 days before it's due date . They are out of stock a lot on their products which has forced me to find other grocery store options.

Excellent Specific selection of self made products, staff is very helpful. Store is always Clean and Neat. Checkout was easy and fast. Thanks for putting theZero Sodas in coolers. Please label mixed fruit units. Pineapple is a diabetic no-no.Also pre made "Salmon in lemon" meal is preferred.Elmer Approved...Thanks...Perry

We have shopped at Wegmans for 50 plus years. What we love, fresh veggies and fruits. Great choices of cheese and delicate meat, olives, breads,, bake goods , and a variety of organic goods. A clean store and bathrooms are so appreciated !! Most of the time , great customer service. What is very disappointing to us and hundreds of other customers is not being able to find what we need because they move things around on a weekly basis 🤬. Yes you can ask for assistance or stop and look it up with the app. But most of us don't have a lot of extra time as it is. So maybe they could move things every 9 months !! Lastly, I truly wish they would allow our phone number to access all coupons that match up with our order instead of taking away even more of our valuable time because we have to look it up. Most times there are none unless you're willing to eat only coupon items that week. Before the app, your Wegmans card or phone number associated with your account automatically matched items . 😭 I can't believe I am the only person who does not have time to stop and look up digital coupons ahead or last minute. Don't get me wrong I know the app offers things like recipes, introduces new products. That's great!. But it is hard when you're short on time as is and then when in the store you decide to access the app but because of the internet dropping or Not working correctly slowing you down and all the other people waiting behind you to check out it is frustrating.Ever since we have had to stop using plastic bags and have to buy paper bags, I cannot tell you how many times I have had bags rip before getting to my car! $0.05 thrown away and more time wasted because I have to stop and pick it up! How about double bagging for those who do not have their own bags with them every time they stop in the store.I don't know if anyone at the corporate office reads these posts but if you do please, please, please, please ,please, reconsider allowing a customer's phone number that's attached to their Wegmans card automatically look up and activate any and all coupons associated with time of purchase . Please, please, double bag or sell us bags that won't rip! Lastly, either stop moving items so often or stop having cashiers ask us the annoying question " did you find everything ok today? " Seriously!!Now for other suggestions that could be beneficial to health and wellness. Stress relief... 😁 Massage chairs, an area with classes offered related to health and wellness. I have several I could suggest but for now I would like to close by saying as frustrating as it is Thank You Wegmans staff for all you who are truly kind, caring and considerate. Yes Danny thank you to you and yours for offering such a great store. For all you donate in time, service and products to needy families and important organizations May less stress and healthier experiences for all Wegmans customers be your motto in the coming months.Here's to a better future for all.

Nice selection of Asian sauces. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad Dressings in the Asian section. Nice produce department with local products. The local farm that supplied the produce is on a card on the display. Nice selection in the floral department. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

Wegmans has always been a comfortable place for me. I like the variety, the prices are a bit higher than some places and that can be somewhat expected when quality factors in. Still I only bought two sacks of groceries, no meat and its same to $180+. How do people do it?

My first time in a Wegmans I really like this store. I'm new in the area. they make fresh tasty donuts and a great pizza and sushi area food court. Coffee, clean rest rooms and pleasant employees.

Was pleasantly surprised when I googled what time wegmans close at 7pm and it came up as 12am I thought to my self impossible, took a stroll over. I’ve Been walking past these for weeks and said I had to try added light salt on the fried rice and beef with a little duck sauce reasonable prices. Must try

Every Wegs is different....layouts, story "flow", variety of inventory, even what is available in ready-meals, deli, and bakery often reflects the "local" customer base. But the essential of Wegs remains very consistent so you can be assured of good quality, clean stores and efficient check out (assuming a particular store hasn't made the idiotic decision to add self checkout and eliminate human checkers). The Hornell Wegs gets a solid A- from me. I do wish they'd rethink the flow through the produce section-- it's often like navigating multiple one-way streets amidst drunk drivers. But if you're looking for a decent variety of food options, sprinkled with a little demolition derby while you get your kale and oranges, give this Hornell store a try.

Wegmans never disappoints! The produce is always, always fresh. Parking is great and the cashier's are very friendly and sweet. I don't shop for food anywhere else.

Wonderful place to get groceries. Clean, well kept environment, courteous staff. Prices are about average but some items are more expensive. Offers premium products that other grocery chains do not. Deli and bakery are top notch. 👌

The sub shop really needs to start paying attention. When you have a line of people waiting to order you do not start doing call in orders and tell the people to wait. Very slow and need to start concentrating on service instead of having personal conversations. The subs are good but not that good. Wish the thought of customer service was still important. Checking cell phones and holding conversations seems to be the new thing. The customer is not always right but we are not even given our right to be served. Wegmans is not what it used to be.

Wegman's shoppers are constantly up your a$$People who shop here have no concept of personal space. Somehow you will always be in the way of somebody but if you keep an eye on them they don't even buy an item in your isle after huffing and puffing at you. It's weird.

I still can't believe those little 3in stuffies were $9 EACH!!! Are you serious!!??!?? What a major ripoff!! I can see MAYBE $4 or $5 but $9!!!??? That's a bit ridiculous!! I can find those same things elsewhere for like $2-$3 but $9!??? Come on guys...that's ridiculous!

This store has everything I need! Every-time I come in wegmans I am get help exactly when I need it there is always someone available. Their products are amazing and always fresh! Their fruits and vegetables always perfect prices are incredible. I also always see helping hands outside helping the elderly and disabled out with even the smallest of tasks. It is wheel chair accessible and there is even electronic ones inside. Yes I recommend this grocery store.

Store is always clean, well stocked and the prices are so competitive with the markets in Wellsville! Produce is definitely better! It's well worth the extra little bit of a drive for better choices and better quality!This store is still wonderful... some things are getting a little harder to find, but for the most part I can find produce here that I've been unable to find anywhere else... still better quality and better prices! It's a win in my book!

Lots of great hot food and good place for lunch. Great selection of groceries but it’s a bit pricey. Love the sushi and meatballs. Self checkout always has no line so it’s quick to check out. Curtesy umbrellas by the door and tons of carts. Great parking too.
