Store is clean and well maintained. The prices could be more competitive. It doesn't really have what I'm looking for exactly for maintaining my fields and pasture but there are always items I can make due with and not have to wait for an item to be shipped. Customer service seems to be fine if you look like a typical patron of this establishment, if you like me...it takes a noticeable dip when needing assistance. Checking out however, customer service has always been fine.

Always very friendly when I walk in they ask how I’m doing and greet me before I walk full through the door. Amazing place and environment. Also, there is always someone here willing to help one of the workers he saw me struggling lifting my bag of dog food and carried it out to my moms car for me and he didn’t have to do that. They have all sorts of pet products and answer any questions. Definitely recommend. The stuffed animal in the pic I got from tractor supply very cute.

Great place to get your feed for all kinds of animals. If you need things for your 🚜 parts they have it if now they will order it . They sales all sizes boots . They have clothes and coats.

Bought wood pellets and when I came home opened the bags.. wet, soaked. These where useless. Called the store and I’m glad they are happy to replace them. My problem would be I drove 18 miles there and back. My gas money. I need to bring them back so should I put open bags in my vehicle so the contents spill out. Should I have to lift these bags again! I received the usual comment that we are sorry. Sorry doesn’t help

Stocks alot more horse feed than other livestock feeds, I have rabbits usually out of stock, unfortunately like alot other things pricey rabbit food, or of you ask even the workers can't tell u when the truck will be there or what came in on it. The vet clinics they have are a joke, the vets have up to the day of before they let t.s. know if they are showing, took a couple dogs there, canceled, a worker at that time said they canceled 4 previous dates also, too bad it is a good idea.

The staff seems clueless and unwilling to help. I bought over 30 cases of water for my company and ended up dumping half of them on my way out the door. Another customer helped me pick them up and I am still grateful, but the entire time the staff was walking in and out of the entrance and completely avoiding me. Have a question about something? To bad! No one seems to know the answer or care. I bought a package that was delivered to the store and was given someone else's even though my name was clearly not on the packaging or paperwork.

Thank you to the cashier willing to give all advice she could to help my puppies. Luckily one puppy seems to have survived. The others passed away do to the veterinarians negligence I should've just listened to the cashier and maybe more would be here.

TS is just an awesome all around great general Farm store. I find everything from feed for all variety of my livestock to actual tractor parts for my Ford 8n! Whatever I need for my farm tractor supply typically carries that. The staff are always super friendly and usually have someone knowledgeable on whatever subject you may have questions about. I love the selection of chicks that I get to add a unique variety to my flock every year. Tractor supply is one of my favorite stores.

Overall, great shopping experience at the 3 area locations I frequent. Personnel are very knowledgeable with all products sold. Always friendly and ready to help. On-site vet at the Hornell location every Sunday and get my dogs vaccinations there annually. Would give 5 stars if they offered 10% military discounts like Home Depot and Lowe's.

Our local Tractor Supply is fine and helpful thus the extra star. The problem I’ve had is with tractorsupply.com. I was having trouble finding wet cat food and tractor supply seemed to be the only ones with inventory, so I ordered 4 cases. 3 cases came in a shipping box and were fine, but one case came in no box and was retaped with missing cans of catfood. I tried to email customer service, but received no reply and when they hit me up for a review on their website I explained the experience. It took 5 tries before TS would accept the review and then only after I wrote a review against the item and not tractorsupply.com. They never even offered to make it right.

I ask about an item that they carried. Insisted they didn't carry it, after I was already at another TSC that said they had it in stock. Went there to look and sure enough it was right there on the shelf fully stocked. Employees need to be willing to look and not just state that they know because they know that part of the store, when obviously they don't.
