We got there at 745 pm never got our order taken till 810 pm. My friends and I started ordering food and the girl taking our order told us the cook that was cooking was done at 8 making food on the grill, we were there at 745 trying to order food! The young girl taking our order after we said “we are all set” proceeded to talk to the other employee about my friends and I as we walked away and kept giving us dirty looks. Will never return nor did I respect the disrespectful behavior the employees were giving.

My husband and I really enjoy coming here..however..the radio or music they play is way to loud when you sit outside to eat. We cant even hear each other over the music, otherwise...we enjoy this place very much. Always clean..friendly..good food and excellent Ice Cream and choices.

I asked for a medium soft serve, which was just under $4, and the portion-size was far too small. By comparison with Middletons in Dansville, which is unfortunately now closed, their $3.25 small option was quite a bit more than what I got here. I'll give this location one more chance, but if I get another medium with this little portion again, then I definitely will not return. Look at the pic I posted, a medium size didn't even fill the cup!

Everything I've gotten here has been delicious! Ordered a salad the other night and it was phenomenal. Lettuce was fresh, bacon bits were HUGE. And I love that I can order ahead and pick up at the window on my way home! Thanks folks!

Decent food good selection of flavors but by god the service is some of the worst in the area. There is no dedicated person working the register so if someone ahead of you orders something like an ice cream flight, youll be waiting till its done just to place an order.

One other person here. Girl took our order and had to clarify it at least 5 times. Girl had no idea what a garbage plate was or how to make one and kept coming out to ask us what we wanted on it after she took our order. When we got the order the garbage plate had no ketchup or mustard on it and my cheeseburger was missing and we had to wait to have it made. We ordered two waters but never received them - we just left after getting the burger because it wasn’t worth any more hassle or time.Unfortunately I would say avoid this place until their employees have better training. I know help is short but there is a certain expectation of a level of quality/service for money provided which this didn’t meet.

Update: 2023, open and started my Pit Stop season with a Bacon Cheeseburger & Fries! Crispy, crispy fries!!! 😘Pit Stop burger is a delicious messy burger. I never do messy... I'm gonna get this one again!!! It is awesome... !!!Wow! This location just kicked it up another notch. Staff top shelf! Yum ice cream...

Used to be a good place, lately tho, not so much.Last two times I took my wife they botched our order completely!!Asked for a large Sunday got a small, ask for a particular type of ice cream in the Sunday, end up with something else,.... couldn't eat it or get my money back!! INFURIATING!!

what a cute place! Spaced colorful tables in the sun or shade, yummy Perry’s ice cream in diary’s of flavors, delicious grilled hot dogs, red or white, tacos,etc., and very pleasant young people serving. I hope Brst of luck Trish and crew!🍧🍨🍦☂️🍔🌭 The Pit Stop is around a long time!

slow . 20 min more wait for my husband's shake to come after my 10 min wait for my sunday . nobody in front of us and 3 people working. 2 of which decided to make and eat their icecream while we waited for them to make ours . idk what in the heck they would do if a sport TEAM etc showed up . it would take hrs to serve them ... also smallest most flavorless icecream I ever got ..
