We were not sure how our dog Jewels would react to boarding, but she did fantastic! She was very well taken care of and we could watch her on the CCTV cameras. We would get photos by text from the caregivers and updates on how she was doing. Very professional, very caring, very glad we chose Paws Up!

We left our 3 months old kitten Bella here and Brandi and Shannon were just amazing!😍 Bella felt like at home and had so much joy with all the toys and 2 cat trees in her room!The girls kept us up to date every day what was going on sending lots of pictures and videos. We are very happy to have found a second home for Bella while traveling in the future:)

I absolutely love this place. They treat your dogs like their own. Everyone who works there is amazing and genuinely kind. My dogs get so excited to come here when we go out of town and can't take them with us. They have cameras that you can access from your own phone and see your dogs on it which I also appreciate.

Absolutely the best boarding facility we have ever worked with. We have an extremely difficult dog, an English Bull Terrier, and Brandi manages him perfectly. Big, clean facilities with all the extras you could ever expect. Great place - highest recommendation!

Our experience at Paws up was excellent. We had a bad experience at another facility boarding our previous dogs that we were hesitant to leave Stella. We were able to view Stella on our phone and also received a text from Brandi telling us how Stella was doing. She really made our experience boarding Stella an easy one. She was very accommodating and made this transition easy, not only for Stella, but for us also. Highly recommend Brandi and her staff!

Brandi is great! It takes someone special to put up with our knucklehead of a beast. Our English Bull Terrier likes only a few people and Brandi is one of them. Really nice facility with plenty of room to roam and play. Super clean, modern and well staffed.

Wow! Place is amazing! Was worried about boarding our dog Leo while on vacation because he is 15 years old. Brandi, the owner of Paws Up, suggested we bring Leo to doggie day care prior to boarding for vacation. What a great suggestion! Leo loved day care! He looked forward to seeing his friends!! Brandi treated Leo like her own! Loved the place and would definitely take Leo back! Thank you Brandi!!!!

Norman (11) & Finn (7) had their first stay at Paws Up. Brandy and all of her staff gave them the very best vacation, we could have hoped for. Our boys received exceptional care. They hand a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to board them again at Paws Up.In fact, we are going to schedule them for some day care dates. We highly recommend it.

Brandi and her team are outstanding. We enjoy our time away knowing our pets are well cared for. The facility is a pet resort more then just a kennel. Best in the area. Our pets received constant attention by the staff. Very clean and well kept facility.

I used the dog wash. I'll be a regular now. Pull up into the parking lot walk your dog right in close the door. It's exactly like a car wash. Put the money in pick wash shampoo condition blow dry whatever and the minutes take down. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here. It's clean and efficient. All the dogs here at the doggie daycare seem to be super well taken care of and very happy.

Paws up is probably the best kennel I have ever used. Both my daughters dogs seemed to have a great time. Brandi was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Would definitely be the girls back.

Long review alert...Huge shout out to Brandi at Paws Up! I have never boarded Ada before last night and was quite nervous about it! Also, Ada doesn't always get along with other dogs so I was a bit worried about that as well.Well let me tell ya.....if you ever need boarding near Hornell by true dog lovers....this is your place! Not only is each living space roomy, watch has a door that goes to another outside personal fenced in area for fresh air.There is a HUGE yard for them to play in with a small pool with fresh drinking water. The best part? There's an app so you can see your dog at all times, with views of not only each living space, but the outside play area as well!! AND Ada got along and played with all the dogs!! 😮🤩👍There's also an indoor play area in the event of increment weather. She checks in and lets them out to play throughout the day and night. At 10 pm last night, she was there, checking on them all, and giving Ada special attention bc fireworks we're going off 💓 And I could see it all :-)I don't always give such long reviews, but if you're a dog person like I am, this is kind of a big deal 👍 Anyway..they also have daycare and a self serve pet washing station! Check them out!
