My Zella and I just LOVE this place! Our first time and Lynnsey was SOOOOO helpful. I haven’t had a dog in years and just moved to Hornell… she is full of recommendations and support!!! Couldn’t be happier! Autumn is a beautiful addition as well!!!

Lynnsey was wonderful with my new rescue and made her look like a queen. I have gone to her for many years because she is great and also has a nice personality with people as well as pets. Highly recommend her.

She is a wonderful person and the best groomer. She has since decided her work load was too much or that is what we were told. I personally don't have the high praise that we use to. To just dump a very long time customer with no prior notifications or honest reasoning.She does do nice work. Pricey. $100.00 almost every month. Now we have added a new member to our family, a Westie. We bought our own materials and husband clips our Golden Doodle.

They were amazing. She trimmed Ellie's nails so quick. I certainly will be taking her back there. They get a five star rating from me and i will be recommending them to my friends.

Wonderful place ❤️ Welcoming atmosphere! They were "amazing" with our fur baby ( who is a bit skiddish bc of a prior experience 😞 ) It is very clean and has a small shop w/collars, leashes, shampoos, toys etc...They are worth every penny ❤️

I've been taking my dogs to Hair and the Hound for close to 20 years. The care my dogs have gotten has been outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone needing grooming for their dogs. Don't know who I would go to if I didn't go here. I've watched them groom dogs at Petco and the dog was treated so terribly I actually cried for who ever brought that poor dog in. I took our Shih Tzu to Petco once and they cut his nose so bad, he never went back again. Plus it took 10 hours for 1 haircut. Hair and the Hound always takes about 2 hours.
