Their coffee is really good, however it took some time to make the breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast. The breakfast sandwich wasn’t made correctly the first or second time. I also ordered a chocolates glazed donut and got a chocolate frosted donut. The management was definitely not organized. The most pleasant part of my experience was ordering the food as it was taken down correctly. Thank you DJ!

I'm going to give 2 stars because it's not the drive-thru order taker's fault about wait time being super long and being short on supplies. When I requested 2 more suger packets and a stirrer apparently none could be found because I had to wait long again while taker search for some. I simply drove away when taker didn't return to window. Management this is your fault for not monitoring supplies and allowing yourself to be short staffed. I genuinely feel bad for the workers at this location.

Worst experience ever!! Did a mobile order, waited in line fore 20 minutes waiting to get with 1 vehicle in front of me. Watch 6 people just stand around and looked dazed and confused. Even got the vehicle in front of us order wrong. By the time we left there were no joke 9 cars behind us. The drinks are melted! We will never be back! That is a promise. There is no Exaggeration here.

Very good I like coming here a lot for coffee the food is ok but the drinks are so good I love my once in a while I get my mass up other than that one of my favorite places to come.Parking: Good on parking.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, all good there.

If I could give 0 starts I would, this morning decided to take my daughter to Dunkin for breakfast, man what a mistake that was, I ordered a sausage sourdough breakfast sandwich, get half way home to realize it was bacon! And the box with the sticker clearlySaid sausage, so drive back to complain and then they remade it and threw it at me across the counter, get in the truck to realize they only gave me one small slab of sausage! This place is a joke and the employees are lazy, I do not recommend this Dunkin to a pack of rats in the dumpster, so sad, Timmy ho’s is gonna put this Dunkin out of bussiness

Last time I went to this Dunkin I went through the drive through and sat there for AN HOUR in line in 95° weather in a hot car. We decided to give this Dunkin one more chance and preorder for pickup inside, this time is takes TWO HOURS for a couple drinks and sandwiches. Our orders were also wrong and missing items not to mention. The workers are also incredibly rude and understandably so. I could not imagine working for an establishment that does not care about the well-being of its employees a single bit. This place is so obviously understaffed and the district manager should be fired for allowing this to continue. Trainees are working on holiday weekends with no clue on what they’re doing and extremely overwhelmed. This Dunkin needs more staff, a bigger building and new management immediately or should be shut down!

Good food, but sometimes the employees aren't the nicest, would recommend for a doughnut though. (Old)Update: This place is usually pretty good (besides the wait times), but today this is what the doughnut (Boston creme) looked like when I took it out of the bag.This place is a very big hit and miss, because sometimes it is great, and other times it is bad. This is due to which employees are there.(I have also heard that the manager is rude to the employees)

Wow, so many lackluster reviews for this Dunkin'. I would concur somewhat. Try not going on the weekend between 9 and 11, or you will be waiting a while. They do get slammed.However, I feel they have improved a bit over the years. I used to avoid this location entirely because coffee drinks tasted too bitter to me. Not anymore. On the other hand, I usually only order iced coffee with hazelnut and cream, and I think I used to have more of an issue with their iced espresso drinks. But hey, I love my drink, and it's made consistently every time. All of my food orders have been good also.In my personal experience, I find that the drive-through is better in terms of getting things in a timely manner.

This place received 1 star as it wouldn’t allow me to give negative. The male employee behind the counter was very rude and shouldn’t be working in an environment serving people. Hornell DD proves that it can keep getting worse and worse from where it started. Maybe management needs to rethink about hiring everyone that walks in off the streets.

Took us 30 minutes to get our food and drinks when there were only 2 other people. Then it filled up and people were getting their food who ordered after us. Food was cold by the time we got it. The employees were asking everyone what they were missing. Finish an order before starting the next. Very horrible service. The employee running the drive through needs a raise. Looked like the only hard worker there. The cashier couldn’t get our order right because he couldn’t find the right items, we settle for what he could find. Best yet the order was wrong.

Wow 10 minutes before they even take your order in the drive thru 😳 with only 1 person in front of me they took 10 minutes to take that cars order and another 10 minutes before coming to the speaker to even acknowledge me then another 20 minutes waiting for a coffee . This is insane. The hornell location is always slow and rude . Food was cold ,toast was hard and chewy like it got cooked hrs ago and drink was wrong 2x .

Went inside to get donuts. Asked girl what a particular donut kind was and she said donut. Yes, I know this is dunkin donuts. She said she was new. Ok, everyone is new at there job some time or another. Register told her to give me $43.56 in change($5, $10 bills) she gave me $30.00 and change, I counted it back to her, she called another girl to help her. If you can't count by 5s or 10s or ones for that matter you have no business dealing with money in a business.

You can’t leave incompetent kids to run your business!! Tried to order take out coffee. One employee finally said we can’t run those registers. You have to go to that one and he’ll take your order. We’ll all I got was a vacant stare and slack jaw from that employee. Had to leave and not say what was on my mind. I went and got gas station coffee that was 6 hours old but at last I had coffee for my night shift.

Ordered 2 drinks, a breakfast sandwich and some hash browns in the drive thru. Waited at the window 3 minutes to pay. Got one drink. Wait another 3 minutes for the food. Wait another 3 minutes and get given a bag containing more hash browns. Get asked what drink we are waiting for. They have like 20 drinks sitting there but not the one on our receipt.Finally got the drink after like 12 minutes of sitting at the drive thru window. I don't know why we bothered waiting.This place needs some management to come sort things out, the line was awful and doesn't seem to have been a 1 off. I'm willing to try again in a few months and re-assess.

I came in to get a coffee and the front counter person was teaching someone and drive thru was slammed, they kept asking for help and i saw one person walk out and then walk back to the back without even helping them, come to find out it was the manager. i told the lady to just take a deep breath and i told all the employees they were doing a great job. 5 stars for the employees but not the management.
