Worst dollar tree I have ever been in. Empty boxes in isles, book area were just thrown on shelves. Very unorganized ,and dirty..If I saw the manager I would have told him also.

Love this place as an employee!!! My mangers are awesome, they very understanding they care about our wellbeing and try their best to accommodate as best as they can to, help if needed! One of the best work environments that I have had worked at in awhile!! Our team does the best to their abilities every day! I would recommend to work here!!

The staff is always very kind but are sadly not the most available when asking where a product is. They are always very considerate and quick at checking me out! One thing that could improve is the staff availability. But other than that I always enjoy coming into this store I definitely recommend this store the manager is awesome he knows me by name and he always asks how my dog Stella is doing. So, I highly recommend this store it is very family friendly and the manager remembers his customers I always feel so welcome .

The employees at this location are so incredibly rude. I've had issues before and dismissed it as a "bad day" but it seems to always be a bad day here. Today, I walk in and see a box of christmas things. Being that it's a week past Christmas, I figured it was discounted and I grabbed all ten of the plastic candy canes. As I'm walking through the store, an employee yells at me "THOSE ARE NOT FOR SALE" And yanks them off my cart with no explanation at all. At the register, I asked her why she did that and her response was "maybe because you shouldn't have taken them out of a taped up box to begin with". The box was not taped. There was a single cane with a piece of paper taped to it, and I did not take that one. I understand that some things cannot be sold after a certain point, but don't leave them in the very front of the store with all of the other discounted items, and definitely watch the way you speak to your customers. A simple "we aren't able to sell this item anymore. I'm sorry for the inconvenience" would have been sufficient. No need to be rude.

This place has some VERY WELL prices on freezer food!! I like their egg rolls!! Especially their lobster egg rolls!!! 😋😋 omg! Id top those over the other egg rolls!!SO GOOD!! Much cheaper then Walmart!! When it comes to freezer food in this place, it's all $1! 😊 I also like their bbq rib sandwiches!! So delicious!! 😋😋😋 I recommend y'all try some of these freezer foods!

The Staff at the Hornell Dollar Tree are Awesome, Down~To~Earth people with Amazing Customer Support. .& Comical as well. .Hornell has a Nice Selection & Clean, Usually Organized, Store..Ugh, I visited 2 other Dollar Trees, in 2 different towns/cities over the last month & Ugh/WOW You Certainly Would Not Guess that it's a Dollar Tree store, Especially when you are Already Spoiled by the Hornell Store, which is the Way it They All Should Look/Feel..Thank You Hornell Crew!!Much Appreciation for All your Hard Work, it Certainly Does Show!!God Bless All!!

Obviously the pricing is great (only $1) but some items that would normally be cheaper elsewhere are also a $1. Most of the staff is abrasive or just not knowledgeable, but management is usually helpful!
