We were just there to sleep. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was very good with many hot and cold choices and the included breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms: The bed was comfortable and the rim was clean. The bathroom was a little small.Food & drinks: The included breakfast that day was cheese omelettes and turkey sausage, fresh made waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, bagels and toast, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. A very nice selection.

This hotel had one of the best reviews online. Hotel check-in was fast and efficient. The room itself was huge, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of parking available out front. Within walking distance to restaurants. Bed was soft. No complaints. The room ended up being cheaper than originally priced upon arrival. We were even given a bag with cookies and a water bottle. Would definitely stay here again.Safety: Security cameras galore. Hotel is located in a quiet area. No safety issues that we could tell of.Walkability: Convenient location within walking distance of restaurants and stores.

While this once was our go-to place to stay while in this area, it could definitely use a makeover now. Also, some of the staff aren’t as good as in visits of the past. The younger woman working in the breakfast area seemed more interested in feeding her face than wiping down tables for the guest. Our bathroom fan was full of dust & extremely noisy. The shower curtain needed to be replaced as well as the towels. While they were clean, they were a little thread bare. The elevator always smelled of hydraulic oil. Overall, it is clean & front desk staff is pleasant but unless they update I will probably find another hotel for future visits.Nearby activities: Visiting family, midway of family & places of interest. Several good restaurants nearby.

They have an EV charging station that you can use (they do charge a small fee), and they’re quite helpful and accommodating. The property itself is in excellent shape.Walkability: Restaurants and a convenience store are easily walkable.Noteworthy details: EV Chargers.

Let me start by saying the workers here are great, no issue with them at all. Now that said I was here on a work trip, so the company picked the hotel, if I had a choice it would not be here. The bed sheets were ripped and torn, the TV remote was broken and the TV paper guide did not match the actual channels at all. On top of all of that the amount of spiders I seen all over the room and the black mold growing in the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and if you have a choice pick somewhere else.

Nice rooms friendly service. I don't normally stay at Best Western hotels. I am pleasantly surprised rooms are clean and comfortable. Best Western upgraded me to their top tier rewards program by just showing my status with other chains. I thought that was a great reward to entice customers and appreciated we will stay here again on our next visit to townRooms: Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I'm in 2nd floor, two rooms down from housekeeping and there is a regular and loud recurring noise every 15 minutes (approximately).Told the front desk, they said they are aware but don't know what it is. It's clearly a pump or a compressor and staff are uninterested in making my stay better.Pee stains on my toilet, like it's not been cleaned in ages.

HOPE U LOVE TRAINS AT 3 AM!You can always tell when a hotel has cheap ownership...1. Bath towels that u can't tell if they are kleenex or towels.2. Bathroom fan sounds like a B52 bomber when running.3. No shampoo.4. Generic cereal and overall terrible breakfast.5. Generic sweetners instead of name brand.6. No room service on multi night stays...didnt need full service but some new coffee, towels and soap would have been nice.7. Pool is...ugh...nevermind.8. Not enuff Staff work and as employee told our group...there is lots of hotel ownership family working here but they got rid of a lot of staff...it shows in a bad way.9. Plumbing that sounds like its coming thru the walls...I could go on...the rooms are ok but bed is lumpy and u can barely open the bathroom door to go use the toilet. It was a pleasant stay at the BW ,Hornell. Service is good. Rooms are clean and we have access to the gym and pool.At first i was skeptical because of the location but overall, it was a nice stay.Rooms: Clean and tidy. The bathroom is relatively small

I'm rarely staying in a small like Hornell. The fact there is a decent mainstream hotel to stay at is a bonus for the city. The Maple City Best Western is a very nice hotel for your stay.My room was clean and inviting with a comfortable bed and all the necessities for a short or long stay. Breakfast is served every day, providing the typical fare of small hotels, waffles, eggs, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and plenty of coffee.There was a nice looking indoor pool and a business center, neither of which I used. All of this for a very reasonable price per night. The only demerit was the location, as the hotel can be easily missed.

This hotel is utterly repulsive and horrendous. We stayed there for one night and I would never, under any circumstance, like to experience it again. For starters, the surroundings of the hotel smell of manure and urine; it is absolutely revolting. The lobby and hallways are very dingy and unwelcoming. We then entered our room which looked extremely unpleasant. The bathroom resembles those on an airplane and there is an extremely small shampoo and conditioner included. The shower was also very dirty with brown stains. The beds are absolutely appalling. The bed skirt had many rips/scratches and what seemed to be fungus. The blankets were terrible and were literally two bed sheets with a poor-quality old blanket that had not been washed between them (as shown in the picture below). The sheets also had rips and tears visible. There was no access to water in the hotel (excluding during breakfast). Would not recommend staying here at all; the Best Western is a sad excuse for a hotel.

This facility was one of the cleanest we've been to over the past year. I am very picky about cleanliness and comfort of bed. Bed was comfy, not the most comfortable I've slept on, but got a good nights rest. The room was clean, I mean impeccably clean...I couldn't find anything wrong, great job and very much appreciated. Breakfast was great and the pool was warm and inviting :) Would stay again in a heartbeat.

staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was lightly stocked, some items missing due to trucking issues. Our Second floor room had a bulge in ceiling above the TV, and the light on the room phone was blinking non stop, needed repair. However, it was convenient for our destination.

I've never been happier. It's so clean, smells wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. I have only one complaint, the heated pool was only 80° ; ) We are staying again because it's just that nice. I highly recommend it... for any occasion: vacation, business, family, passing through. The beds were oh-so-comfy. Even the toiletries were spot on, smelt good.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms and hotel as a whole were clean. The beds were comfortable. I stayed in various rooms while out of town for work and some had issues in the bathroom. One toilet barely flushed and a shower drain in another room didn't work properly so by the time you finished showering you were standing in two inches of water. I left for work before breakfast was served so I do not know how that was but it seemed like a large area with a good selection.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at!! The pool area was caked with dirt and hair, the lobby area was clearly not vacuumed or swept, and the room itself was the worst. There was a beer bottle on the floor of our room, stains on the chair and the bed sets, clumps of dust around the box springs, and a dirty toilet brush in the elevator. Overall, the cleanliness was terrible. The only upside was the grab and go breakfast. On top of the bad cleanliness, the only elevator in the hotel was out of order. The staff spent a lot of time doing nothing or smoking outside together.

Hotel was nice for the price. The free breakfast was okay, they serve the same food every morning so if you plan to stay more than 2 nights might want to plan to eat out so you don't get tired of the same food (which is microwaved eggs and sausage). Bed was pretty comfortable. If you have more than 2 girls that need a mirror for make-up/hair, the lighting above the extra mirror is not very bright. Overall I would stay again.

I rate it 5 out 5 stars. The very homey environment made our holiday stay great. The staff was always working, and there when we needed them. The rooms were clean and organized when we came and the design is modern, yet it feels like home. I will definitely come back for another stay.
