Adam and Bonnie at Arkport Harley made the buying process super smooth and enjoyable. They are not only friendly but also super knowledgeable in their department. Arkport specifically had the bike I was looking for so I rode out on the bike I traded in and I was riding out on the new bike in no time. The process was actually so fast that I was able to get home before my wife did. But she liked the bike and I’m still married so all in all 10/10 would recommend to anyone to make the trip to Arkport.

"I needed to have my bike inspected and I am working 3rd shift. I tried a local shop but they would not inspect my bike without an appointment. I then rode to Arkport Cycles and explained to Adam my situation. He was extremely busy as they were short an employee who was on vacation. Adam said no problem, and performed the inspection of my Bike. I have been a customer at Arkport Cycles since the early 70s, and because of employees like Adam and the way they treat you is why i am still doing business there. "The work was OK, but quite expensive. I also was surprised to see the tender cable again laying directly on the exhaust at the time of pickup. This was confirmed by my driver that brought me last year. I managed to catch it this time and secure it away the hot surface before I departed. Overall, I will return in the Fall to continue my repeat business."

Straight forward and easy experience. I Knew what I wanted, they had, I brought my own financing and they all double triple check paperwork is in order. Adam helped me with the sale and was very thorough with going over the bike.Was well worth the 5.5 hour drive from Long Island!! The office (finanace and tag lady , sorry forgot name) was very patient and pleasant and was multi tasking which is rare to see now adays. A++ for the whole staff!

"Every team member we met was personable and gave you a feeling of trust and good folks. We were on our way to pick up an antique HD in a town further west and had an appointment to pick it up. We purchased a few items and were on our way. The pick up of the bike went smoothly and so on our way back we stopped again and enjoyed the upstairs with the museum of older bikes and were very surprised to see the Ariel Square Four and the 500 Yankee Z not everyday pieces. We bought a couple of more items showed off our find and they gave is an Arkport Cycles HD Key fob for our latest member of our Harley Family. Pure good will and kindness. We also found a fantastic restaurant in Angelica so even though it is 3 hours away. we may need to do some antiquing there and hit Arkport in at least one direction. So bought my Honda pioneer brand new from the place was told all my accessories would be installed 4-5 days after ordering.however when I got to shop parts were still not in and I was shown a bare machine. 2 weeks went by was told it was done showed up and none of my accessories were on it.... Kept hearing excuses after excuses finally got to pick it up.... Honda plow system I wouldn't recommend to my biggest enemy multiple skids broken John swarts told me to keep it under 5 mph did that still broke skids and skid mounts .I'd ask them to warrenty the whole plow system and offer me a upgraded system but after the rude and cocky attitude about the warranty skids I'll go elsewhere and never do business with arkport cycles again.
