I ordered through the web site:Margherita thin crust Sicilian with sausage and half hot peppers and half mushrooms. Cost = $30.00When I got home I got:Regular pizza with half sausage and half mushroom. Cost = $21.70I overpaid by $8.30 and didn't get what I wanted.Too far to return and then wait for the correct order as I had company over.There should not be any miscommunication when ordered through the web site.

pizza was good, but took TWO HOURS to deliver and was ice cold. When I asked the driver if it was cold because it too two hours to deliver, he looked at me like I asked him what the secret of life was...If you want pizza from this place, PICK IT UP!!!!

Sorry to say we are no longer customers! Once again order arrived ..missing a complete meal! No soda again ! 3 times complete strike out. Of course call no one answers ..do not bother ordering from here sure enough you will not get a complete order even if you go over the order 3 times. Prices not cheap! We never complained just asked for missing food to be delivered which of course never arrives! But yet we get charged anyway! Not a good way to run a business ! Plenty of other places to order from.!

It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I called in very happy mood and said hello how are you? She said what can I do for you? I said yes ma’am do you have any specials. She said, what are you looking for? I would never order from a place that makes me feel like they’re going to spit in my food before I even order I would recommend never ordering from here in life my friend, who lives here also said that the pizza is the worst thanks , and I hope that you take my advice

Two times in a row with extremely long delivery times pushing two hours. When the food finally arrived it was ICE cold. Not an exaggeration, shockingly cold. Also, quite pricy.Odd to tack on a $5 delivery fee considering the logistics issues.Delivery issues aside, the food is good and would order again if they got their act together.

Their margarita pizza is out of this world. Super speedy service and ultimately tasty pizza. People who work here are very nice and chatty. Also, even though it says pizzeria, they offer bunch of drinks, snacks and everyday essentials. Plenty of seating available too. I strongly recommend checking their place in person.

I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances but it just gets worse each time. They used to be great but now they are the worst I’ve ever seen. First time, 2 hours for delivery. Second time, over an hour for delivery. Today? I ordered, as their pizza is good, and after an extremely traumatic family event and due to that I have not eaten in two days- but the thought of pizza was the only thing I could stomach. I called at 830, they took my info and order and credit card info, and the order literally just never came. It’s 11:06pm- and they just did not even attempt to send my order. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. If you didn’t want to take an order, then don’t. I waited so long that everywhere else closed and I was unable to order takeout which was mentally needed after the last few days I’ve had. As a small business owner myself, this is beyond disappointing and downright just terrible business.

I ordered Garlic Knots, a Pizza, and Sandwich for pickup. I get there and the woman gives me the Pizza and Sandwich, no knots. I ask and she flat out ignores me. I ask once more where my knots are and once more she ignores me. No answer whatsoever. Deliberately refusing to acknowledge me. I pay for the food I got and walk out. Not the first time the woman there has given me an attitude, but now that food is missing I feel the need to leave a review.

A bit pricey! I know everything has gone up but $10.75 for 2 plain cheese slices and a Dr Pepper seem excessive to me. I mean I know a lot of pizza places that do lunch specials for $5-6 dollars for 2 slices and a drink.The pizza itself was good, a little greasy but good. I won’t return to this establishment because I think for plain slices it is out of my budget for lunch. I am sure the whole pie may be a better price.It was my fault as I should have asked the price before ordering. No menu board, no pricing at all so next time I visit a place with no pricing I will ask before ordering and not assume

Pizza is actually pretty good and told several people but last couple of times there the guy handled pizza coming out of oven with no gloves and the last time it was after handling money at cash register.. Zero reason for that. Will not be back.

We ordered a delivery and it took over 2 hours for them to get to our house we are around 2 minutes away they delivered it to the wrong house and then was nonchalant about how they essentially lost our food we had to wait longer for them to remake it and it took another 30 minutes for that. The wait time and customer service is not worth getting food from here. Wait took too long and it wasn’t even that good after that wait.

I'm so sorry to give a bad review but I ordered two slices of chicken bacon ranch and it was the absolute most disgusting pizza I have ever tasted. As a delivery driver I carry dog treats ( beef sticks) for the dogs on my route and I have to say that this pizza smelled exactly like those dog treats. The delivery van stunk and I felt extremely nauseous after only a few bites.Man I really truly hate to give such a negative review but good God that was the worst experience of my life.

Chicken ala vodka is amazing. Pepperoni rolls are yummy and a huge hit at parties. Pizza is best around. Would love to see a specialty salad on the menu.

The young lady at the register who took the order was very polite and efficient. Many other businesses could learn a lot from her. The turkey sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The only downside was the person who made the sandwiches put too much mayo on them even though I requested they go easy in the mayo.

This used to be my favorite place to eat and I will never go back again after another horrible experience. I showed up late to pick up my food and it still wasn't ready. This happens almost every time I order. The lady at the counter was very rude and not apologetic at all. Every coke bottle had some brown smear on them. This place is filthy and poorly run and I'm done eating here.

My family of 5 love Tommys!!! When Tommy left we were upset then the owner that took over was horrible. Luckily one of the cooks bought it and started it up right!!! All the girls know me my husband and our kids by name!! We love them!!!

Best place to get a sandwich and Italian cuisine. Penne alla vodka is too die for and their hero sandwiches hit the spot. Always a pleasure and even though I may live 30 minutes away I gladly always come here for my sandwiches cravings.

Definitely disappointing I've been craving meatball sliders this place apparently does not know what a meatball slider is meatball sliders is a meatball on a garlic knot that is not what I received I ordered six meatball sliders which consisted of a meatball sub cut into four pieces at $5 a piece well maybe it's my mistake I should have asked the price of the meatball sliders there for what I received which consisted of one whole meatball wedge and a half for $35 every other normal pizzeria should have been about $12 for six meatball sliders

The delivery driver came flying through our parking lot, almost ran over my husband, me, and our dogs. When we didn’t move immediately, the delivery driver turned the wheel and sped around us. When we approached the driver they began mocking us for being upset. They proceeded to fly out of our parking lot after delivering the food.
