I've known Leanne for years. She's a very nice woman. I go into smokes 4 less and she always greets me with a smile! Ali has been there for a long time and she's always on top of everything when I go in. Very nice girl! Leanne and Ali are wonderful people!

I go in there everyday and always see ali and leanne. They always have smiles on their faces. Theyre always very welcoming, nice and very knowledgable. They make smokes 4 less a wonderful place to go into!

This location is fabulous! I love coming in to shop, and all of the employees are well-trained, friendly, and knowledgeable, especially LeeAnn! She recognizes me even with my mask on! I was living 50 miles away for almost three years, and when I would come up to see my parents I always stopped in because the prices (and most importantly the people!) are better than where I was living. I have since come back home, and I continue to make Smokes for Less in Hopewell my go-to for cigarettes (and sometimes lotto if I’m feeling lucky). LeeAnn is always so sweet and pleasant, even when it’s busy. She is an absolute sweetheart to everyone, is the master of multitasking, and she knows her customers: she knows what they want, and consistently provides exceptional service with a smile! I don’t know how she does it: I know how hardworking she is, and I know how hard retail can be, but I always leave in a better mood because of her! Kudos to whoever hired her, and please do whatever you need to do to keep her happy and running the show! Thank you to LeeAnn for making my day every time I come in! See you soon!

lightskin guy with undercut and manbun with beard was extremely rude worst service ever in this branch after waiting in line to buy a drink from the cooler he asked me to step aside so he could help his "tobacco" customers first! absolutely terrible business! i would rather go somewhere else and pay more than be treated the way i was in this store today! unacceptable. i will be doing research as to where i can file a more formal complaint. also pretty sure the second of the 2 customers he took while i "stepped to the side" he didn't ask for id from.

I don't know how it's possible but I always seem to pay less for 2 packs of Marlboro cigarettes here then I do at a gas station like around $3 cheaper

I have been a customer for years. LeeAnn always tries to have my particular product in stock - vibe original. I have been in line multiple times with someone ordering 80$ lottery tickets one at a time! She is the most patient and pleasant worker I come in contact with. She never gets flustered and devotes all her attention to the person she’s dealing with! She’s a blessing and you are very lucky to have her!

Always a pleasure going into to Smokes for Less - Hopewell. Leann is all about customer service from start to finish. She’s always upbeat and positive, helpful beyond measure. Her interaction with customers is reminiscent of a previous era. She takes the time to talk to people during that small window. Then she sends you on your way with warm wishes for a great day and/or weekend. Her energy is contagious - I always walk out of Smokes for Less - Hopewell with a smile on my face. That level of customer service is something money just cannot buy, and the reason why I frequent the store.

Great Place!! I never have or had a problem with their service. Everyone is always nice and friendly. Lee Ann always greets with a "hello and how are you?" The same with the others that work there, I just don't know their names.

As a Hopewell resident and frequent customer to the smoke shop Leeann has always been here.She keeps the the store in pristine condition, shelves well displayed. Her presence is missed when she's not in the store. She has managed to do her best during a very difficult 2 years. Hopewell is my favorite store.

I have been going to smokes 4 less in Hopewell Jct. for quite a long time now. I have been to other locations but Hopewell is my favorite. Lee Ann always makes you feel so welcome even when it is super busy and she always goes the full distance making you feel satisfied with the customer service and a smile on your face. Staff is rude from time to time, hours are not followed as listed and vary day to day.*Update*Staff is new and pleasant, and even the old staff still held it down to be fair. They are the only store in the entire area that carries authentic products, and this is why I shop here. Easy to access with a large variety of tobacco products and lottery tickets. It can be a bit busy as there is only one checkout, and hours can still vary so plan accordingly.

Ali is amazing at this location! This location always has my not very popular cigs in stock. This is a convenient place for me to pop in quick and get what I need. Rude nasty old shrew working there. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. I went against my better judgement because of the convenient location. Wow, what a miserable broad. Unreal. She Had NO idea what we were even looking for and it was sitting out on display clear as day. She laughed in my sisters face and was very curt and rude the whole time. I’ll never go back there and make sure I spread the word in the neighborhood. They’ll get absolutely no business.

If I could give negative starts, this location would top the charts. Absolutely atrocious customer service. The lady working claims that she’s been in business for 14 years. However with an attitude like hers she will be lucky to stay in business for another 14days... I walked out and didn’t purchase anything due to her nasty attitude. I would rather drive to South Carolina to get smokes before I’d ever visit this store again.

Went there to buy a few cigars on Sunday 10/8/17 at 2pm and a aged, heavyset woman with dark circles around her eyes served me. She was the only employee in the store and was incredibly hostile, rude, unfriendly and I can go on and on. Needless to say, that will be the last time I ever set foot in that store and I usually spent quite a few dollars on cigars when I'm there. They will no longer get my business as long as she is there
