Cute apple picking farm! You can hop on the train at Grand Central and it's a short Uber ride from the train stop.We came near the end of the season so most of the apples had been picked but there were still plenty. They had live music, corn maze, pumpkin fields, hot food, and ciders! While it was cute, it felt a bit small. I wished there were a bit more activities.

Wonderful selection of apples! The orchards are maintained well. Apple picking would be a great fall activity for the family. It would be a great activity for a nice cool fall day. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear. Boots and sneakers are a must. There will be a lot of fallen fruits on different stages of rotting. Numerous bees attracted to the fruits and smells. There will be damp wet areas. I almost wiped out on a muddy puddle. The farm store was small and cute. I would not recommend the apple cider donuts. They were dry and clumpy. Overall, my experience here was good and I would recommend a visit here. I will forever be amazed by the vastness of the orchards and the large selection of quality apples and fruits to be picked! You won't regret a visit here!

A hidden gem. Food was great especially the apple cider. You can refill as many cups as you want but it’s not cheap. Beautiful scenery.

We went apple picking this past weekend and had a great experience. It is a Beautiful orchards you can drive right into. Their sparking apple cider is delicious! There is No admission fee or parking fee a bag for apples is $58 and it admits up to 5 people into the farm. The donut line was very long so couldn’t grab any.

We went apple picking on Saturday. We made the reservation online. Pick-your-own up to 5 people and 1 half bushel bag was $58. We got lots of apples. Corn maze was okay ($5/ person). They already have different pumpkins for sale. Apple cider donuts were delicious. We brought our lunch so we didn't buy any food but the food for line was long. The food looked yummy! So if I visit during weekdays, I would try. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Insane! So many apples! Your ticket includes a bag of apples but you can buy more and get pumpkins too. The hayride is a good way to get around the orchards but be prepared to see lots. The food area has a lot of options and drinks too but the lines can be crazy on the weekend

Beautiful and well run farm and orchard! Great Cider Donuts! Lots of food options on the weekend. Pick ur own requires reservations through their website and must be prepaid…so is the hard cider tasting…good place to spend a couple of hours.

Apple picking here is a super fun experience, and we went while it was raining! They have a great area for cider, live music, and an awesome farm store. The food is super overpriced and meh. You’re going to pay $10 for a supermarket burger patty.

Loved the area it was very picturesque and refreshing. The day which started out cool warmed up and fabulous. It's a great place to go with girlfriends, coworkers and family. Pick best apples straight from trees and wipe them off and eat. They have apple cider and excellent Mexican food stand. They could make a killing with some candy apples but that is the only thing they don't have. Overall go it was best day trip.

We came during the off-season on a weekday, but even so the offerings and attentiveness here wasn’t great.Highlight: The view from the windows on a beautiful clear day. The wine selection was local and so enticing.Lowlight: We smelled something baking like the fresh smell of apple cider donuts. But when we went closer to the smell, the only baked offering was bread.Another lowlight: There was no wine sampling at the moment or offered to us even though we sat down at the tables.

I’ve been to Fishkill Farms several times now and just reviewing because this place is AMAZING!! Such a nice escape from the city to the best “Pick-Your-Own” farm around. Whether it’s in the summer for berries and tomato’s or fall for pumpkins and apples, they have it all! I’ve had the best apple of my life here! There eco certified and organic produce is delicious every time. It’s one of the best experiences of my life tasting the freshness that is grown here. As a culinarian it’s a must stop if you want to do a “farm to table”. The staff has always been kind and knowledgeable. It’s so wonderful too to see all the bees and butterflies going about their little lives unbothered by people. The grounds are also well kept and easy to navigate. It’s truly a wonderful respite from the city & suburbs. And if you are there and they are making donuts; GET SOME! I highly recommend visiting and supporting this farm. They’re great!

Our second time visiting Fishkill Farms. The staff is nice and professional. We went when they had their Harvest Fall Festival, there were a lot of people but it was well organized. They had 3 food trucks and a band. The line for their apple cider donuts was long but it was worth it. They have tons of apples, some veggies and herb in their orchard. It was a wonderful experience!

Very crowded, I wish they would advise us upon entering where there are a lot of apples. We walked along so many areas of just bare trees. There's great scenery for beautiful pictures. The grill and bakery need more employees, waiting 45 minutes to an hour on line just to order is crazy.

We had a Very nice and relaxing day it’s a beautiful farm we went last Sunday and This is the perfect time for you to get your apples, it’s a bit pricey you have to make a reservation and the entrance is $46 dollars and 5 more per extra person, they give you a sack for your apples but if you want pears or something else it’s separate price. Still very fun🍎

I went there with my couple of friends to picking up Berry fruits. When we have been there and parked vehicles over there! I think it was a private farm and she might be owner of the farm! When we were going to picking up Berry fruits and than she was yellow at us saying that "don‘t come back again and don't Park the car over here". She was rude, disrespectful to us. We don't know that it was private farm. Otherwise we won't be there!!

Ate lunch here and they happened to have a musician noon on Saturday. Really enjoyable and good cider, nice expansive territorial views. Extensive knick knacks in the farm store. Cider donuts were okay but I way prefer Harvest Moon’s.

I have done pick-your-own fruits and vegetables at Fishkill Farms twice now. The farm is very well maintained, and has organic certification. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I also appreciate that they manage admissions with reservations which they only release slots for if there is enough crop to harvest.Their Emperor Francis cherries were absolutely amazing in the first week of July. And in mid-July, we got a lot of zucchini, various peppers, eggplant, and string beans in their vegetable garden, plus white and yellow peaches in their orchard.

It's one of the best farms in NY. I am really glad I visited. Everyone is super friendly and everything is delicious. It's an hour and 15 minutes from NYC but really worth the drive. There is a train can take you nearby and you can grab a taxi for a very short ride. From strawberry to blueberry to cherry to apple to grapes picking plus different kinds of vegetables.Country music is fun to hear in such place. They have Yoga, dancing and barbecue and many other activities for kids and adults.

Farm fresh goodness in the Hudson Valley. Delicious non GMO fruits and vege. We have been doing the Summer CSA for years and look forward it to every time. Sure there are no lack of farms to go to in the region but Fishkill manages to retain its sense of a small family run spot. Be warned, it's not built or designed to handle hundreds of tourists from the city like a mega farm (like say Barton Orchards) so if you show up on nice weekend you can expect to wait to get in.

We went to the farm for blueberry picking on a Tuesday morning. It’s so quiet, we really enjoy our time there. Their prices are very reasonable, and the farm is massive with a shop and cafe. Btw, the small blueberry is super sweet, and the big one actually is sour to our taste.

Always a good experience here. Beautiful orchards you can drive right into. Allowed to bring your own food to picnic outside. But they do have delicious food for sale as well as a cider bar with wrap around porch that allows for gorgeous views of the orchard. Live music as well. Used to be inexpensive pre-covid but now $48 for admission for 5 people with 1 bag to fill with apples.

I came just in time for peaches, pears, and apples all at the same time. It was quiet enough that there was no need to race to pick stuff before someone else comes. The pricing makes sense for how many ripe, extremely fresh fruits we got. The store's apple cider & doughnuts were great, and while I'm not sure if the apple & blackberry ice cream was made in house or just locally sourced, it hit just the right balance between sweet and tart.

The farm is nice. The organization of the fruits picking is professional. The parking is plenty. There is an area to sit and chill and also the area to dine in. We didn't try the food here but it looks good. The farm shop could be better. Things are a bit expensive.

We first visited during a weekend, it was insane, but fun. We returned during a week day, much more peaceful, but then you have to go to town for lunch - not a problem. The store isn't worth, but the fresh donuts are! The pumpkin picking will cost you as much as it would in an expensive grocery store in NYC. Be ready to sell a kidney if you have more than one kid. On the bright side: it's fun.

Went for cherry picking season. This farm is kept really well and love the tractor ride to the main picking area. Food at the stand always fresh and nice flavor.

It is a family friendly place. Love to come here. I did last year a few times apple picking and this year I'm already here following the calendar for pick your own options. Came to pick up some strawberries. The farm is great and huge. I can tell you the strawberries are sweet and delicious. And if you are coming for apple picking later in the Summer they have so many options.Make reservation for your ticket and enjoy it. During the weekend they have food available in the food court, tables and you can do cider tasting also. It is a worth activity to do with family and friends. Can't wait for Apple picking this year.

We have been picking fruits at Fishkill Farms for years. Can't beat the views and the gentlemen driving the tractors and working in the orchards. The cashiers are not the friendliest though. It is almost like you are bothering them. In addition, the prices are definitely higher than most farms, but this year, peach picking was astronomical. All the patrons were complaining about the small 2 quart containers you get for the price of $36. There also was a sign as you check in saying that you can't pile the fruit in the box so is looks overflowed; rather, the fruit needs to be level in the box. So, you can basically fit 6 peaches in your box or maybe two large nectarines for a whopping $36. Think about how much that is per pound. Unbelievable and not worth the price. One man (not a friendly man) from the cashier box even stands and watches everyone get off the tractor as if they are smuggling peaches. That is not a good. Sorry Fishkill Farms.....very disappointing for all.
