They have a cabinet too small to accommodate the allowable package size for FedEx drop offs and have absolutely no problem solving skills to work around that. They question the weight of the packages, but have no scale to actually determine if the weight is over the limit. They also have staff who seem to enjoy providing horrible customer service and leadership that stand by and watch it all happen. Dollar General in Lima is also a FedEx drop off location and they checked in my packages in under a minute, no issue.

Pharmacist was rude. Needed to buy Sudafed for a cold, the head pharmacist treated me like I was wasting her time.She was curt, dismissive, and rude.I would not trust this pharmacy to dispense medicine and provide helpful, compassionate advice.

I get all my prescription medications filled at Walgreens. I purchase all my papertowel and toilet paper here also, best prices!!! Great sales on cereal and much much more. Friendly Staffing who are helpful.

The pharmacy staff was very helpful, friendly and professional while dealing with the demands of filling prescriptions, answering customer questions and handling u.s. and state requirements for vaccinations. Although customers often have to be patient, the staff clearly are doing their best to juggle all of their responsibilities and make sure that everything is done properly.

Rude woman in the pharmacy denied me of an emergency supply of my daily medication, despite being helped in the exact same scenario before. I’m asking for 1 emergency pill while my doctor’s office sends in my script, so that I avoid going through withdrawal. Thanks for nothing

Unless the one guy with glasses is there in the pharmacy your out of luck with speedy service. Waited for 7 min at the drive through with no help, so I just left. Will be moving prescriptions to wegmans.
