I spend a lot here every week. I thought it was a nice place but today I was treated horribly because I wasn't happy they were going to sell me hot chicken that had been sitting around for over an hour I was told. Never been treated so badly I will never go back

Outrageously over priced on EVERYTHING, yes the donuts are great but a gallon of upstate farm milk is $5.49!!! Wegmans it’s less than $3. 18 eggs over $5 at wegmans I get 36 for less money, I honestly feel like it’s taking advantage of the older folks that don’t have access or can’t drive up to Henrietta. But the price gouging is insane, it’s always been bad just today I’ve had enough. Even the woman at the register agreed and said she works there but would never shop there because if the insane prices

This store is a treasure. The donuts are delicious and I love that you can buy Finger Lakes coffee in bulk.Not all staff wore masks which I thought odd since they interact with so many people throughout the day.

This place is great! They have a really wide variety for being a local store. It’s so nice to have a grocery store right in town. We recognize that it’s a small store and prices will be higher because of it, but it’s fine because of the convenience. I would rather shop here than Wegmans any day! The cashiers are really friendly and chat about the day and ask about you. The only issue I have ever really had is in the deli. No one really ever looks at you or really seems to want to help. They make good pizza, though!

Stopped in today and had their Buffalo chicken sub and it is honestly the best one I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly and good amount of tenders(added some bacon and cheese). Sauce was well balanced with heat and flavor with a fresh loaf of bread. Definitely recommend!

I used to say they had the best donuts ever. Now they're just better than most, not nearly as filled as they used to be and seem over cooked on Sundays. Still a step above all other donuts tho!Grocery selection is average and typically higher priced than Wegmans.Deli has a large selectionWeekly sales are awesome!

Tried ordering a pizza at 640 and was turned down and told they shut their ovens off. Pretty early to be turning customers down for food especially when the store doesn't close til 8. Now I have to go out of my way to get food somewhere else

This little grocery store has a much better selection than so many others, including Wegmans. They always seem to have what I need and more! I love the variety of flavors that I just can't find anywhere else (everything from beer, ice cream, and seltzer, to bread and instant oatmeal)

Very friendly staff, great selection.. bit pricey, but.. BUT with that said, I would rather shop local, and you just feel more welcomed walking in and seeing a smile or someone waving hello!!

Its ur average small town grocery store. High prices, not the largest selection of things. It gets the job done tho. I payed $12 for coffee here when i can get the same thing at Walmart for $6 soo the prices are definitely spiked.

Honeoye Falls Marketplace is such a special place to shop. They have an amazing selection of products in each department. Many specialty and gourmet products have creative offerings and visual displays. The fresh produce selection is stellar, and there are unique items prepared fresh from the meat department prepared daily which are ready to cook (and with no preservatives) which I love! The bakery and gift/floral departments always provide the freshest and beautifully made items.The store is always clean, well organized, and aesthetically beautiful. All workers are consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. The prices are competitive, and very reasonable which is very nice. I am always so proud and thankful to have such an amazing hometown supermarket that reflects our beautiful, quaint community. I can honestly say I have never had a poor experience in any way at Honeoye Falls Marketplace, which is unheard of for any business, and I spend my fair share of time there trust me! Definitely go shop Honeoye Falls Marketplace..you will be so glad you did.

This store is always extremely clean. Aisles are wide, merchandise is well stocked. The store is well lit. Produce is fresh and well displayed. I love the selection of coffees and being able to grind it on the spot. They have daily specials on popular items. Shopping here is an enjoyable experience.

This place is a hidden gem that nobody knows about besides the locals. The prices of groceries are a little high but they're prepared food section and their donuts are all homemade in-house and always awesome.

I really love the store but the deli really needs an attitude adjustment,I was at the deli one day and on of the people rudely told me that they had pre cut cold cuts, excuse me at over $10.00 a pound I would like my meat cut fresh.And today I bought a $9.99 HFL medium sub that had hardly any meat on it.Look I know the prices are a little high but just give me the service and quality to go along with the price and I will be fine.

Honeoye Falls Marketplace is like stepping back in time. They actually have customer service and more than one cashier. The baker makes the best bread and donuts. They serve Fingerlakes Coffee roasters coffee, 99 cents with your own mug! The deli department is always friendly and helpful. I have had service desk call me or others over anytime there was a line at registers. I cannot think of a single poor experience I have had there. If you like craft beer they always have a really good selection and it rolls along the seasons. People smile and are genuinely happy to help you, it truly is like stepping back in time.

I guess I wasn't expecting much, but this place certainly impressed me. Clean and modern inside. Pretty normal grocery selection, but the staff made it 5 stars. I was greeted when I walked in and it felt like I've been going for years. Then I had a question and the employee who answered seemed happy to do so! You might think "Impossible!", but i tell you true. It doesn't stop there. The trifecta of good service. The cashier wad nice and personable and interested in a bit of small talk, but not too much. If i could give 6 stars i would!

Pricey with experation dates expired or close. Not enough registers open. Self checkouts are a scam, I don't work here and refuse to bag my own groceries, not to mention putting carts away .

Convenient location, however, constantly get ignored at deli counter. They selectively serve people and leave others waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. It would be great if diversity was welcomed in this supermarket and some people acted more professionally. Yes. Think twice is a great motto....which hopefully includes everyone.

Fresh, local fruits and veggies are great. Very expensive to shop here. Cashiers aren't friendly. Very cold, sterile environment. Deli folks are always nice. I only shop here if I am desperate for a gallon of milk and don't want to drive to Tops, Wegs, or Walmart. One gallon lactose free milk cost me over $7.50. ☹️

Great subs! The size & portions of the toppings are FANTASTIC! The staff are very friendly, & knowledgeable about thier craft.The selection of food & grocery is nice for the size of the store. There is plenty of free parking, out front. It's not quite a Wegmans, but the place has the charm that Wegmans lacks.All in all, this is a great place to shop, if you need a quick snak or grocerys for the week/month, in rural Honeoye Falls.
