As you pull up to the gas station portion of 7-Eleven you noticed that the gas is listed at 3:29 a gallon. As you pull up to the actual pump the gas is actually $3.52 a gallon. When I approached the clerk he said whatever the owner does the owner does I have nothing to do with it he wouldn’t honor the 329 price so I went to another gas station

The staff make you uncomfortable by the music they play and the night time staff guy is always on the phone. Price of the gas is the highest in the neighborhood

Just left there and had a problem at the pumps. I paid more than the posted price at the pump and all the manager did was walk out to my pump and change the price and then proceeded to accuse me or "someone else of putting the wrong sticker up". Watch the camera's and see how wrong you are to falsely accuse a good/honest customer. Worst customer service ever! Will not ever be going back to that 7-Eleven and will be letting all my friends and family know about my negative experience there.

The gas deal they have by using the rewards card starts out at 11 cents off. It brings the overpriced gas to a regular price. Unfortunately, the 11 cents stops and just turned to 3 cents off. Buyer beware. Will no longer be getting gas at this 7-11. I have a better place that beats this by 18 cents a gallon on a regular basis.

Although the location is convenient, I am disappointed with the way a transaction was handled on April the 1st, 2018. I bought the Sunday Newspaper which is $3.99. I handed the woman $4.00 and she shuts the drawer and goes back to talking. I held my hand out and with an attitude she said "oh , you want the penny?" I said "it is my money and I hate when people do that, it is so rude." Why would she think that it was "ok" to keep my change? I work hard and will take every cent that is owed to me. I was purchasing gas and the paper here but I am now turned off and will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not how a new business should be welcoming customers. And that is my two cents, or one cent in this case.

Their employees work without masks and their manager allows people to enter without a mask and says nothing about it. I've witnessed this several (at least 5) times over the past few months, and I've spoken up to the manager about it, and yet nothing changes. You wonder why so many people are getting COVID-19 and it's because of PLACES LIKE THIS that don't do anything to enforce safety measures. The lack of concern for public health is absolutely unacceptable.

Love that we have a 7-Eleven gas station in Holtsville. Would be 5 stars but they are not enforcing their masks. As I was sitting in the car I saw someone walk in without a mask, not even holding one, and walk out with there redbull, still no mask.Edit: Changed to 1 Star. Came back to get a drink and as I was pulling up I saw another person walking out without a mask. I’m done with this place.

Evening on a Thursday, milk and half and half were all chunky. Put the least experienced as cashiers to take forever. No manager on duty to make sure milk products are kept cool near coffee. Stay away from cold/fresh products here if they are this neglectful.

Cashier was more interested in being on her phone then ringing me up. Poor customer service no greetings either and the manager was there disappointed.

Got gas filling up with $35.50 worth of gas went into store for change from $40.00 and a receipt. Clerk said he can not because it doesn't show up in the register. Need receipt to be reimbursed from my job. This is B.S.

What makes this 7/11 charge $2.89 a gal for reg gasoline when the other local gas stations are on avg of $ 2.59. Costco is selling gas for $2.45. The gas prices at 7/11 are disgusting high.

The 7-11 on Waverly and Union Avenues always has disgustingly dirty bathrooms.It seems they clean them every 3 weeks.The store itself is clean.

I was just accused by the cashier at the 7-Eleven on Waverly Avenue and Patchogue of stealing when I clearly paid as a point of sale and then was chased out of the store where I had to show her my receipt on my phone and then she still didn’t believe me and apparently has called the cops on me so I would like an apology from this person right away thank you
