This market is convenient for the location but I find the prices to be unbelievable sometimes for certain items. They often have expired items on the shelves including in the dairy section. I've had to bring it to their attention many times because it seems they didn't notice it which is a little concerning even after days. I've accidentally bought and had to return expired items here. It's frustrating. It happened twice and I know now to always check the dates on everything even things where I see them restocking items. I normally check dates on items when shopping but when you're in a hurry you don't expect to be picking up items that are expired in a supermarket especially when you see the workers restocking shelves all the time. I went here to buy an item before and it was expired and on the shelf in the dairy section. I figured they maybe didn't check this section for the day so I returned two days later and the same item was still on the shelf. I brought it to their attention and they said they would remove it. In a few days I returned (they are the only store in the area that sells this item) and they did remove the old ones and put new ones. Recently however, I've brought to their attention that several items in the condiments section were expired (expired for over a year) and week after week, it hasn't been removed or replaced. Things like that keep me from returning to this supermarket regularly. I'll go for little things that I need in a pinch.

Cozy fully stocked market. Great tropical Caribbean selection. Nice produce, juices, meat, fish, dairy products. Some selections can be pricey. Efficient responsive mgt and staff

Always well stocked, good produce, decent prices. The checkout ladies are not always the same but always friendly and helpful. I was shown compassion here 15yrs+ back when I was down on my luck with little children and never forgot it. Now the owners, workers and I all have Grey hair....

The veggies are very fresh. They they have sales from time to time, and to get the best deals you have to keep your eye on them. Most of the time, the sales are close to the end of the week.The layout of the store doesn't change much, which is good, because most of the staff doesn't seem to know where anything is anyway.

This store is ridiculously overpriced. I needed milk powder for my toddler which I usually buy for $20 they sell it for $49 here almost $30 more. I didn’t mind if it was like a couple dollars more but wow. Also stuff in the freezer isle that kids can heat up on their own is double the price here.

Very rude cashier, walking around ,as I was waiting to check out , than she has very unpleasant way to talk, I would never ever shop at C Town specifically people like her work at this store ,Her name it says Diana, with broken English, islander, with big attitude,Terrible service. Owner should find better cashier .to improve his business,

Pricey supermarket but I get it it’s the only one in the neighborhood. I hear every one saying it’s clean and neat but please check EVERY expiration date I’m not talking about meat or milk I’m talking about anything that has a expiration date I have bought prunes that were expired 5/2021 today is 1/8/22. It’s not the first time check the pasta Sauce, can goods, box goods, rice, the bagged green such as collard greens. Now I’m not talking about 2 days expired I’m talking about weeks and months expired. I would never forget the first time 16 years ago when I purchase can juice for my daughter opened a juicy juice big can and the juice was not the color of the juice I marched backed with an expired juice that I almost gave my daughter. Ofcourse they gave me the money back but to stop by today and see my prunes her almost 7 months expired triggered that memory. Please be careful it’s the only supermarket that pretty much has everything but buyer beware you have been warned.

It is okay to shop there occasionally. It's convenient and within walking distance to my home. The prices are on the high side but again it's only for convenience sake. Overall the store is okay. I wouldn't buy any meat from there. The guy at the deli counter is selling and only use a glove on one hand. It's definitely not an ideal place to shop.

I was running to be there before closing at 9pm. I reached 8:54pm. They didn't let me in and say shop is closed. I ask it not 9pm yet. Just wanna grab quick items but didn't let me in.

Prices are more expensive here.Update 2021, nothing has changed. People that work and do not have EBT, this is NOT the store. I went and spent my hard earned $$ because it is close to home and snowstorm was predicted. Only for some little man to come as I was packing my groceries and start moving items as if I was I was stealing. Disrespectful littleperson should have been paying attention to the couple that was stealing.

They have good deals sometimes, but their "fresh" fruits and vegetables leave much to be desired. They always have the appearance they have been sitting around for days. Even when they are restocking, the items they are putting out look to have only a couple days of shelf life left.

The Farmers Blvd location is insanely expensive. $5.99 for a Pineapple that is typically 2.99 in other supermarkets. "I can't believe it's not butter"11.69.I wish I took photos of the price tags.The Cashier Diana (name on my receipt) was miserable. She handed me my receipt, I thanked her she didn't answer..I thanked her again and she just turned her head. It's a shame that people in the area don't have many options that within walking distance. Next time we will go to the new store on 112rd and Farmers.

I only stop here for my sandwiches for lunch and recently stopped going cause after giving the Spanish guy 3 tries he has seriously no passion to make a good sandwich. I've been making them for 15 years and this guy serious does not care. He only puts a few slices of meat no matter if you ask for a roll, hero or extra meat. Try going after 6pm and get it from the Indian guy he is a lot better. The deli has so much potential and is very clean.

Usually have sales on things I'm looking for. They have a free taxi if you purchase $40+ groceries. First time I took the taxi, the driver dropped my groceries about 3 times, broke one of my products, then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Sure he went back and replaced said product but to ask for a tip after all that?? And your not obligated to tip them because it's a free taxi. Made me super uncomfortable

It was was easy to shop here. I was able to find what i needed and get to the register without any hassle. The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable of tue store and what I needed. I would definitely recommend this supermarket for a quick and convenient shopping experience.

This store always has expired food. I have been goin to this store for 17 yrs and they never care they have expired food especially in the dairy section and if you bring it back to them and tell them it's expired they resell it and put it back on the shelf if I could give them a half star I would

The prices are overpriced like 4.27 for 1 garlic roll.. but over all it's a good store. I would go there to buy a few things, but not go to shop like crazy for grocerys.

There's not many options for food shopping near here, unless you're driving or taking a cab. Between c town and fine and fare is definitely recommend c town. It's not like stop and shop and it really only carries the basics, no butcher shop to request your cut and no fish(this is prepackaged and delivered to location each morning, imho) but they have great deals on stuff like OJ, milk, cereals, and I personally suggest their produce(veggies) I typically run here when I've ran out of something, need fresh veggies, milk or bread.

They have varieties of consumables and groceries. Very big and spacious, their staff are cautious. The only thing I have against them is that their products is a little bit on the high side compared to other stores.

Prices are very high. Quality of meat and produce is inferior to other neighborhoods. They take advantage of people who don't have transportation. I only go there when pressed for time or the item is prepriced.
