This is a terrible place full of asshattery. Waited overnight because I was told the load was preloaded, but no one was available in the evening and that it was switched to an 8am live load appointment next morning. Then, at 8 am, was told they won't load until 3-5pm. What a waste of time and energy. Thanks for costing me money. I'll never come here again and will refuse any loads from here.

One night I was walking down the street when a van pulled up and two masked men jumped out and knocked me out. When I woke up I was at this place where Kevin who looked like a knock off version of a historical German leader told me I was to work at his company. After years of labor and constant harassment I managed to escape. Unfortunately my only option for escape was to fight the Ukrainians for Russia. Believe it or not this was a better life until I was captured and told that I was being sent to a concentration camp. This place just happened to be Novolex with German Kevin in charge….. again. I quickly managed to escape and now am living a better life. The bills from my psychiatrist are piling up due to the trauma of this place, but it was worth getting out of there. This place legitimately sucks.
