I bought a house with an old outdated open fire place. I got in touch with Jason who came out to give me a quote for a new wood stove and do away with the old fireplace. As the process of prepping for the instal of the stove began, we ran into some clearance issues with the ceiling height. Jason's attention to detail and his persistence to contact the manufacturer to show them our situation and to get the proper variance that we needed to pass inspection was unmatched. I have never had any wood burning products before this and Jason made this process easy and reassured me that things would work out and look good! As for his crew that showed up to do the install, they were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure they covered my carpets and tile flooring. They were polite and courteous. They vacuumed and cleaned anything that did get dirty and left my house better then the way they found it. I can not say enough great things about Jason and his crew down at Big Ash. I would recommend them to everyone and be confident that they will be pleased with their service. Big Ash takes the time to help you and make it seem like you are their only customer and walk through the whole process from start to finish.

It has been a pleasure working with the Big Ash crew. We hired Big Ash to service 3 commercial gas fireplace units at 3 different grocery store locations, they were able to complete the service on the units all in one day. Their service staff Tyler & Robbie were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Julie has been very accommodating and great to work with getting this service taken care of. We met several times with Jason to work out the details of our project, after I changed our minds a couple of times & the end result is just what we wanted. Tyler and Robbie who installed our new fireplace were personable, efficient and always cognizant (and tolerant!) of our cat Toby who always wanted to help! Very professional. Very mindful about not causing a mess. The installation crew had to adjust their game plane once they opened up the ceiling but did so without a problem and minimal delay. The wood stove works great. My only concern is getting enough wood cut and split as I am sure my wife will have it going every day once the fall weather kicks in 😁😁I would highly recommend them even if your just thinking about getting something.Have them come out and look at your home and they can give some great ideas as they did for usMark & Kellie Gregoire

The price was ABSURD.. Will do it myself...I feel it was an insurance claim so prices doubled .. Tyler was very nice and knowledgeable.... He liked my install I did 25 years ago. I can redo it for under 2,000 verses over 6,000. Thanks for your time

Taylor and Robbie did an excellent job fixing and explaining what he was fixing and how my gas fireplace works. Cleaned everything up when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company. You may have to wait a bit for an appointment but it was worth the wait.

Jason was amazing. Incredibly thorough. He is even more knowledgeable. You can tell he doesn’t want to do a bad job, and takes tremendous pride in his work. In today’s world of poor quality craftsmanship, it’s refreshing to see people take responsibility for their work and take even greater pride in it. Our plans changed of what we wanted because of his knowledge but we will be working with him to have a gas stove installed by him. Can’t recommend him and this company enough.
