Kate and Therese took care of our boy Gander every month with a medicated bath for his itchy, dry and smelly skin. He suffered from very severe sores on numerous parts of his body. Kate found a plan that worked for him, and each month he’d go in for his day of pampering. After two plus years of dedication we found a balance of getting his skin on track with monthly med baths. Kate and Therese are always so accommodating for this old dog. Although he no longer can tolerate his monthly baths due to his old age, Kate still will take him in and cut his nails whenever asked! They both truly care about the well being of your pet and give them the treatment as if they were their own!!! 💙💙

Kate (the owner) was our groomer when we lived in New York for many years. She always did an absolutely gorgeous job on all three of our dogs and they loved being there. A couple of our dogs actually were so excited whenever they went in there that they would run to the back the second I got them off leash. I highly recommend Park Ave Pet Spa and any work that Kate does!

When I was stationed in upstate NY, we brought all three of our dogs to the owner. What kind of service did we receive? Well, our dogs never looked better, never smelled better, but behaved just the same (they're stubborn, what can I say?).In all seriousness, if you're looking for professional, caring, clean and stellar service, this is where you go.

Truly the best groomer out there! Was kept updated and so so easy to communicate with! She took my shaggy 9month old doodle and turned him into a sophisticated pup!
