I bought 6 dozen I love my dog ornaments for gifts for my customers. We were going to personalize the back of the ornament. The foam sticky square holding it in the wrapper would not come off. We tried everything they suggested and more to remove it. Nail polish remover worked, but soaked thru and destroyed the front of the ornament. When I called they informed me they knew of the problem and had new packaging coming out. Asked if we could exchange them and was told no. They would refund me $50.00. Not sure how that will help the five and half dozen ornaments I have left and can not use.

These people have called me 6 times in the last 10 min....they harass people constantly with their constant emails and phone calls. And their shipping rates are absolutely insane!!!! I cant wait til Vegas when i embarrass the hell out of them in front of everyone!!!
