This was my first time coming to the store, so I'm a Big Lots fan, I'm not originally from this area so, I was in luck, so many selections and stocked 😆 ...but chileee This cashier there was 🍌's, she made me feel uncomfortable and I was with my baby as well. She talked so loudly about people's kids stealing and how she will hit them if she catches them... She had the audacity to say if she says hello to a child and they don't respond she will hit/yell at them. Needless to say... She was a little off her rocker smh... I will return but get your employees in check because it's best to be Quiet sometimes Especially in the Morning.

The staff is really good at this store which is why I keep coming back. It is really cramped, the seasonal section is super tight and hard to navigate and if somebody else is in any of those aisles you can't be. I sometimes wonder if their Furniture section does the amount of business necessary to justify it because it takes up a lot of floor space but I never see anyone over there. Not my first choice when I need a few things just because of the store layout but most things are in stock and as I said earlier the staff is really very nice

I ordered items online with curbside pickup which was offered, but when I got there they said they do not offer curbside. If that is the case, the website should be corrected.

Placed an order online that I never received yet I got the text saying my order was picked up. Got beat out of $5 and change when I called the store looking for my credit. Supposedly my order came from 2 different locations and they could only credit part of my order. Told me I have to figure where the rest of my order came from & call that store. Sounds shady to me.

Purchased the Branford tan rocker recliner. Didnt fit in my car or going through the entrance way where i wanted it so i was glad it was in 2 pieces this made it so much easier. Also was very easy to assemble! Took litterly 2 minutes. Very soft and comfy, loving it may get a second one. The young man at the store helped with getting it in my car.

Some are commenting on merchandise which I can understand. But I have never had a problem yet. So I want to give the BIGGEST thank you the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Lauren (manager) Unbelievable she went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I was more than satisfied. Some of us are leaders and Laure is without a doubt a Leader and absolutely an asset to any company. Thank you Lauren

I like Big Lots because they have some items that you usually cannot find in the grocery store... I always end up leaving with more stuff than I went there for.

I purchased a sectional for my deck. Mary a cashier helped me with my purchase. It was on clearance so I asked if the ticket price was the final sale. She supposedly went to check and it was was lower then the ticket price. I purchased it but had to put it on hold for a day. I went back to pick up my sectional and all of a sudden I was informed that the price she gave me was incorrect. No manager was available to speak to of course. It was her mistake not to mention I was purchasing a display item. I got my money back and left. I’m so disappointed

Gerri is very rude and has a nasty disposition. She doesn’t like to help people and will blatantly tell you what she’s not doing. What happened to great customer service!? If you don’t like your job then you should work somewhere else!

Worst customer service ever. The cashier had the biggest attitude because I had and was very short with me while I was respectful to her. I had to diffuse the situation by walking out because she seemed bother by helping customers. If she didn't like what she was doing, then she should find something else to do. I love the store but never returning to this location. I'll stick to the Carle Place and Elizabeth locations where the customer service is professional and courteous.

Place is remodled and neatly organized in departments. Food snacks small household appliances. Lots of seasonal items. Good prices. . checkout girl was not friendly and got nasty when i asked her to put the items in my bag. I've been turned off to the store and the bagging should not be expected apparently.

I love to get my coffee here because they have the big box of 96 I like $24 and I like the tropical coffee pods so the store is perfect for me. I also end up with a lot of Home Goods

I really was not impressed with this store. It felt like they had a lot of things you could get from a dollar store but prices higher. I was glad to go so I could say I’ve been and know it’s not the store for me. They do have a large selection of things but very random without the feel of having “everything” like a Walmart: It felt very random and mismatched.I’m giving it 3 stars because there was nothing horrible about the store it was clean enough and cleaner then a dollar store and I didn’t have any horrible experiences just not somewhere I’d be likely to ever go again.

Average discount store. Merchandise has become a lot more generic cheap stuff rather then closeouts or unique items. This one is a lot smaller so at least there are not 100 sofas to walk around.

Well you know how it goes...I go there for one thing. In this case cat food. And walk out of there with several items. :-) Prices and choices are always very nice. They always have new stuff that wasn't there a few days before. The staff are professional and courteous, and many know my wife and I by name.

You got to love Big Lots. Everything is so inexpensive there, you always find things you need, and sometimes even things you didn't need. From household items to seasonal furniture, food health and beauty. And when you get the Big Lots reward card you can save 10 to 20% additionally at checkout.

It was cool. My first time in a Big Lots store. I only went in to pick something up so i can't comment on how my experience was. But I'll definitely go back to check it out.

They have great merchandise for sale. I bought 2 beautiful outdoor pillows and they were priced very reasonably. Then I saw they were on sale 2 for 1. That made them even more beautiful! Everything is clean and organized.

Gabby is the best. They didn't have the fire place we wanted and she called another store and found it right away. She even had that store put it in hold for us. A week later she assisted us with a price adjustment. She definitely cares about the customers and is both knowledgeable and professional.
